extraordinary service by these guys at Mobile2Mobile They helped recover my lost data on the iPhone 16 Pro Max, which was liquid damage. Apple Store couldn't do anything for me and just recommended buying new phone. My data and pictures were priceless to me and for this reason, I am forever grateful to these guys here in . Thank you so much. A+ Come see them! read more

Ali rocks! He wasn't sure if he could fix my phone but was willing to try. Walked out a happy customer an hour later. Great guy, reasonable price. Nice clean laid back environment. read more

Great place for mobile needs. Atif was a real problem solver--he quickly figured things out and got me back on track.

Great service, he was able to replace my wife's cracked (shattered) screen on her iPhone within 5 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Based on the damage he said it could be one of two types of repairs, one very inexpensive and one that would be a lot more, while we would have paid whatever to fix the screen, he quickly assessed the damage and it was only the glass that needed repair and not a full front panel replacement. I respect his honesty and not trying to gouge us. Workmanship was perfect. Very grateful! read more

I had Mobile2Mobile replace both a Samsung battery and an iPad Air battery. Atif's service was excellent from start to finish: reasonable and transparent pricing, clear and friendly communication, and high quality workmanship. Atif clearly took the time to do the job excellently, rather than as quickly as possible. My devices are working much better now. I recommend Mobile2Mobile to anyone. read more

Fair, honest, friendly, and helpful. I completely trust and recommend this place to repair your screens and cases. they explained , documented, and fixed all of the problems caused by the phone re-sellers at a price that beats most places that installs the high end True Color screens as opposed to the crappy LED ones. read more

Atif was awesome! He helped me out with my note 9 battery and was able to change it in store and work with me on price (and fix my charging port). He also was helping people in the community and the street get deals on phones so everyone is able to have access to community. Very humanistic & heartwarming experience. My phone has been working like new since I went last week. Thank you Atif, would recommend! read more

I picked this place because it seemed to have real and somewhat recent reviews. I walked in on a week night, had no wait, Ali was kind, explained my options and my screen was replaced in 30min. I also used the Yelp Deal and checked in and got a free glass screen protector they put on for me as well as the second deal that gave me $10 off. The price point seems great too - UBreakIFix quoted me at $299 (Apple brand) and $150 (off brand) Apple Store quoted $199 me for a screen repair. Here I paid $127 in total for their mid-tier screen - that has been working perfectly. I was going to to for their top tier the omh (?) refurbished $159 but Ali actually talked me down, he said because those ones have started to have touch responsiveness issues. It could've been helpful to know more about screens and the options and trade offs. But I'm very happy with Ali's guidance and repair -- my phone looks as good as new read more

Mobile2Mobile - Getting my phone fixed! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Washington, DC, District of Columbia

Ali and Atif were very easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. They charged $25 to diagnose an issue with my iPhone I was called within an hour, and they fixed it the same day. The price range from other services was from $99-$160. The issue was a faulty part and fell under the higher price. The $25 is credited towards the repair. I am very satisfied with my experience. read more

We were very appreciative of the courteous and considerate service we received at this location. We went to get assistance for a flip phone that was not charging, after trying another place that was totally unhelpful, and the gentleman who assisted us at Mobile2Mobile was able to promptly address and resolve the issue. He totally saved our vacation! We would highly recommend this place. read more

The man that helped me was SO patient and made sure I understood his process. I felt that the pricing was fair for the level of service received. I also felt very comfortable leaving my phone with him for an hour while it was being fixed. I also received a discount on a screen protector/phone case with purchase! Will definitely return if needed (hopefully no more broken screens). read more

Fixed my iPad Pro where the usb port failed to charge. They were incredibly helpful, limited my expectations, was fairly charged (apple support wouldn't even touch it) and then fixed it exceedingly well. Great job and would highly recommend. read more

I visited this business in order to get the cracked screen on my iPhone XS repaired. Originally, I thought the price was going to be a little bit lower than I paid. Whenever they quote you the price you should know that it is the price for a screen repair that is not the exact same as the original iPhone screen. In order to get the exact same screen, the price is a little bit higher. The service was great! My screen was repaired while I was shopping across the street at Whole Foods. And I have not had any issues with my screen since the repair. read more

Quick service! Was visiting from out of town & my mom's phone suddenly stopped charging. Found this spot on yelp & they were able to help us out. Dropped off the phone in the morning, picked it up the same day. As for prices, I'm not from around here so I wouldn't know what standard is. I imagine for the area (cite center), it's reasonable. Paid $129 (less $10 discount) for a replacement charging port, and they also found damage to the motherboard (water) which they fixed for free. We arrived a little after 11 but they were around 15 minutes late to open. There was also confusion with communication regarding the repair. So I dinged 1 star. But overall still a good experience. Staff was kind and professional! read more

My phone completely stopped recognizing touch and locked me out at the end of a big trip, during which I took a ton of pictures that I of course didn't back up. The official store told me I would have to spend a ton to fix it and might well wind up SOL in the end anyway, so I came here for a second opinion. M2M solved my problem more effectively and efficiently than I could've imagined. I would've been thrilled just to recover my pictures, and I got a fully working phone in less than half an hour for a very reasonable price. They walked me through each step of their efforts to fix the problem, which made clear they knew their stuff better than Apple did. Can't recommend this business highly enough! They're real pros offering a fantastic service--after a vacation disaster, they saved the day and made it look easy. This will be my first stop next time I have a problem. read more

Came in for a cracked iPhone screen and broken LED display - amazing service, took only 20 minutes to fix and cost $80 less than Genius Bar estimate. Works like new now! Atif kept me updated on everything he was doing as he did it and clearly explained what the problem was. Super friendly and professional throughout. I would definitely come back! Absolutely recommend for any phone issues. read more

I was so unbelievably stoked to get my old iPhone phone battery replaced, but as I watched they didn't reassemble my phone the same way they disassembled it, so I asked right then & there why, & got grief from the tech for back seat driving. They disconnected or broke or stole the primary camera on my phone, & made me feel it was my fault while I watched. It took days to figure out they had. They utterly nullified the good of the expensive new battery by very expensively making matters worse. read more

Great service, great price. I had my phone battery replaced, giving me 2-3 more years of use and saving me tons of money. The man who helped me was knowledgeable, made sure I needed the new battery and coached me on how to care for it. Highly recommend. read more

Took my phone in for a repair after making an appointment online. The staff was very friendly and worked quickly. My iPhone screen repair took 20 minutes. I was also offered a new phone case for $10 off the original price with my repair. My screen looks better than ever! I highly recommend this place for any phone repair you may have! Oh, and you get a free glass screen protector when you check in on yelp! read more

Ali was the best! Took him my completely smashed iPhone 6s with a broken camera and flash, and it was repaired in under an hour. The shop is super clean and bright with fair prices. The techs are professional and reassuring (sadly our phones are this important to us now). I used to be loyal to Cell Phone Care Center in Arlington but moved to DC and needed one here. Ali took me as his first customer of the day bc I needed the phone repaired for a family member who was flying out that day. He explained all the costs associated with the parts needed, while going over the repair in front of me. He also gives the option of OEM or aftermarket parts and works extremely quickly. Excellent experience, superior service-- highly recommend. Remember to buy the Groupon before you go in (mentioned I had forgotten while checking out and was kind of bummed I wasn't offered the chance to still purchase it)! read more

Mobile2Mobile - Before Mobile2Mobile: iPhone 6s with detached glass, broken camera, and broken flash - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Washington, DC, District of Columbia

I needed a new battery for my phone and walked in without an appointment. The man behind the counter was courteous, and he installed the battery in about 10 or 15 minutes. The price was better than others I got over the phone. All in all, a great experience. read more

Came in to get my Samsung Note 8 battery replaced. While it did take pretty long and really way longer than it should have (3 days with 2 days of someone there to actually work on it) I am happy with the end result. They made sure to not screw up the components of the phone and were very careful. While I'm sure they don't get that many Samsung phones, its kind insane that they can do an iphone in 20 minutes and it took 2 days of work for a Samsung. Regardless, they got the job done, had great customer support, fair prices and I'd definitely recommend them. read more

Love this place! Atif, the owner, has helped me several times with my iPhone, extending its life. I've had my battery replaced, my screen replaced and my phone dried out after I dropped in water. Prices are reasonable. It's a real resource in Dupont Circle. Thank you Atif! read more

Detaching my specific circumstance from Mobile2Mobile's service, they are great. Kind and respectful when you walk in, follow up in a pretty timely manner, and when they say that they will, approachable with banter like conversations able to be sparked up, elaborate in explaining the process. Price could've been less for the service, but not too bad. Basically $374.99 for a motherboard clean in order to be able to do data recovery. read more

So this guy is amazing and this review is LONG overdue. My bestfriend broke her phone over the weekend and Mobile2Mobile was able to fix her phone within 20min on a Sunday, 45min before closing! Absolutely amazing! Breaking your phone during a holiday weekend (4th of July) can be extremely stressful! It literally took him 20min to fix her phone. We just walked to a few bars had a drink, came back and her phone was fixed. And it wasn't super expensive (less than $150, I think). If you live in DC, you know there is only ONE Apple Store and most iPhone places are closed on Sundays, especially during a holiday weekend. This guy was absolutely amazing. He even offered us glass protectors on our phone so they won't crack. Great customer service and efficient. If I ever have issues with my phone, I am heading back to this guy. read more

Could've been much cheaper. It's really my fault for not doing the research or asking for references. I've gone to Mobile2Mobile twice now as it's in my neighborhood, to repair two Androids/Samsung. Yesterday, I went to another shop, just a little further downtown DC (not far from Chinatown), that repaired the same broken screen for less than half the cost, within three hours; unlike, Mobile2Mobile, whose shipment of parts for the phones they fixed took two days. read more

My precious Iphone was dropped on the cobblestoned sidewalk one afternoon, and the screen shattered. I spent the next day at work debating whether to live with the cracked screen or get it fixed. After getting poked by the glass shards, I decided to get the screen fixed and chose Mobile2Mobile because of its great Yelp reviews, was much cheaper than Apple, and opened late (til 8pm). I rushed here after work and arrived around 7, not expecting there to be a line. Unfortunately, there were two other people already waiting to get their phones fixed (word had gotten out about this place!), but the tech told me to not worry because he would get to my phone tonight too. It was very nice of him to stay past closing to fix my screen. I hope I never have to fix my phone again, but if I do, I'll definitely come back here! read more

UPDATE -- I went in and Atif was very helpful and was able to fix my phone. Although I still paid $150 for a new screen, he was quick and prioritized my time and issue as I had been there a week earlier and discounted me the $50 of labor. I understand that the cost of the screen is something out of their control and a good product can be expensive so I appreciate Mobile2Mobile doing what they can to help me. --------- I brought my iPhone XS here to get fixed 6 days ago. The screen was cracked but I was able to use it. It was $200 to get my screen fixed, which I thought was expensive (and said so), but it'd been that way since October so I figured it was time. Yesterday after work, I go to take my phone out of my bag and the screen is cracked again. It's obviously not as resilient as the apple screens and was lifting in the top left corner? Like the whole screen is lifting up. I don't even know how this can happen. I even changed my phone case as was recommended to have a lip that covers the edges. Oh and the screen doesn't react to touch anymore. I seriously feel like the screen self imploded while it was just sitting in my purse at work. I'm frustrated at what I think is not great handy work for what I paid. read more

Great service! Changed my battery in less than 20 minutes for a very good price. Explained the root of my issue and how to fix it, in addition to showing me how to verify he had fixed my problem. Very quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone with phone issues. read more

I cannot recommend this place high enough. Let me make it clear - I did business with this store - **BUT THEY REFUSED TO CHARGE ME! *Professional and courtious *Prices were straightforward and accurately described *Convenient Location in DC *Native English speakers - no bias, it just makes it easier to communicate a technical problem and to receive accurate information with no surprises *Beautiful Storefront - no flyby night, out of my car or we only come to you. This means they have a registered business, lease, and accountablity to BBB and DC Business Bureau My situation was I had a screen bleed on my ASUS Zenfone AR (they do work on all types of phones.) I had another version of the same phone. It was a Sunday and nobody else was open. I described my problem to Ali (owner), he immediate went back and researched ASUS and the problem. Tried numerous solutions (the screen bleed one was not worth the wait for parts or the cost) so he offered the solution of switching batteries from the old one. We tried that but it did not work. He speant a straight hour (while taking care of other walk ins.) Our agreement and price were set on if it works, you pay. Since he spent more time than I assumed, I offered to pay a fair amount - he refused to take it, and said just write an honest review on yelp! So that is what I am doing. BTW, he generally does not does off-site at your location, but there are exceptions ie like when he was contacted by someone at a VERY HIGH government position and was asked to make an exception - what a story!! Gotta love DC! read more

I was having a problem with my cell phone yesterday. I made an appointment online for the same afternoon. When I came in, I received careful, thorough attention. Ultimately, the person who was helping me recommended that I not spend money on a repair; they said they thought a repair would not be cost-effective. They spent almost 45 minutes with me, and didn't charge me anything. They also suggested that I get a second opinion, which I also appreciated. Great service; they're on your side. read more

Excellent service! I was worried my iPhone 11 screen was cracked beyond repair and immediately calmed down when the 2 guys there told me they can fix some "pretty bad stuff". Sure enough, in 20 minutes it was completely fixed! The gentleman there even made sure all of the features worked by doing a bunch of tests to my iPhone before I left. I am so thank for their quick and good work and excellent customer service. read more

I came here to see if my son's demolished 6S screen was repairable after checking reviews on Yelp for neighborhood suggestions. After checking to see what other issues the phone may have had (LCD exposed, front camera not working), we were out in less than 30 minutes. I was even able to grab some groceries across the street at Whole Foods while waiting. Great customer service, attention to detail, explained everything thoroughly, and did not rush me when other customers arrived. Atif was great. I would recommend him and Mobile2Mobile who needed a screen replacement. read more

The service here is beyond stellar. My little antique iphone 6E in a 5 body sustained water damage the night of 12/20/22. Slightly panicked, I brought it in the next afternoon, very concerned that it wouldn't work again. (Easy to schedule an appt on-line as well). Patiently and thoughtfully, within two hours of my walking in, the very polite tech brought it back to life, keeping me appraised the whole time of what he was doing. I was ready to leave it there and come back much later, but he said, no, just stick around nearby and we'll take care of it. This is already the second time we have used Mobile2Mobile and both times, their service and price are excellent. Plus, they are polite and calm. Highly recommend! read more

I needed my screen replaced for my iPhone (I dropped it at the beginning of the quarantine!). I made an appointment online (though it wasn't necessary). When I arrived, Ali and his team were super efficient and took every precaution necessary for everyone to stay safe. It took 30 less than minutes to get the screen replaced and I was very happy with the service. For one of my first ventures out to a retailer, this was worth it! I hope I don't have a need to go back, but I will certainly recommend them to friends and colleagues. read more
