Great service and prices. 100% recommend. My phone was acting up, (over heating, battery was draining, etc). I went in to get my phone checked out and they immediately knew what was wrong with it (my charging port needed to be replaced) Gave me a quote for free and didn't pressure me to fix my phone. I took my phone to Apple to see if they can replace it prior to getting it fixed. The guy brushed me off and told me my phone was fine. It wasn't until I told him to check my charging port that he noticed it needed to be replaced and told me it would cost $500 to fix.... It's 1am on a Saturday night and my phone display screen randomly starts turning green. With minutes the whole screen was blacked out. The phone was functioning but unusable. I had to prepare for work on Monday and couldn't afford to not have a phone. Luckily I had my laptop, so I clicked an Apple link to troubleshoot my issue and schedule a repair. Surprised to find that I couldn't even get support for my iPhone without logging in to my Apple account. I quickly logged in only to find that they required a text with a code on my phone. No other way to do it, since I don't have any other Apple devices. I went to Yelp! and looked up some repair places. This place like the others were fast to respond. I went with them because they had the best reviews and seemed like they had the most reputable work. Mohamed was easy to work with, prepared, and knowledgeable. He's straightforward on pricing and can explain the different price points. I decided to go for the highest end replacement screen (OEM Apple refurb). They include a screen protector at that price point. Driving there was tough only because street parking was hard to find and this is on a rainy Sunday morning/afternoon. I would recommend taking the Shaw/Howard metro instead. Literally a straight 2 blocks up the road. The repair happened right in front of me and was fast. Clearly Mohamed is experienced. He's also well mannered and treats clients like a human being which is more than what I can say for some other people running a business. Place was clean, put together, and easy to locate. Literally on corner of 7th street NW and Florida Ave NW. The repair cost me ($180) more than what others quoted me, but I chose the highest of 3 options he gave me ($90,$130, and $180). Best price I could find in D.C. proper for an iPhone 6s screen repair. Person who handles screen repairs is friendly and willing to level with customers about pricing and the quality of the different parts available. The service provided was quick and same-day. My phone was repaired about a month ago, and the screen is still in good shape, despite a couple of short drops onto hard surfaces. Definitely would recommend to a friend. read more

I had low expectations for this place as it was only familiar to me for the music that it blares. If they could have done a better job fixing my Galaxy S7, I don't know how. They did it in less than an hour, it looks better than it did before (I changed the color) and the guy who handled the repair was friendly and fun to talk to. Basically the appearance of this place (though they did just renovate the exterior) is deceiving and they do a very professional job. read more

I scouted a couple different places to get my phone screen fixed. The first place charged $120 to fix ($130 plus tax but they don't tell you that). I immediately walked out. I went to this place instead and got my phone fixed quick and affordably with an almost $50 dollar difference--although the price varies on the phone model that you have. Unfortunately although my phone was fixed and looked great, it then started freezing so that I couldn't answer calls or even use the screen for texts--and this only two days later. I called and explained my issue and was instructed to go back to the store. I met Mohamed and he was amazing! (Mohamed wasn't the same guy that fixed my phone the first time). He replaced my screen with a brand new one, was very knowledgeable, quick and an all around nice guy. I'm very happy with the service and their quick help to resolve the issue (from calling to walking out with a new screen was about 30minutes). I would highly recommend them!! read more
