These guys are awesome! Great service. Needed to activate a new iPhone from apple ID, but it required 2-factor authentication on a second device that had to be a verified device. Didn't have a second verified device and apple tech couldn't help set it up. Phone company couldn't help either. We were told we would have to wait a few days for apple to confirm identity and remove the 2-factor authentication. The guys at Millennium Mobile figured it out instantly! I need a new Power button flex cable for my iPhone SE. Was told I would have to get a whole new screen with it. NOT true! The cable itself is one of the cheapest replacement parts for an iPhone, but it requires a teardown of the phone, which is why I want a pro to do it instead of tackling it myself (go ahead, google it - the screen has NOTHING to do with this cable). Four months ago I needed my phone's LCD repaired. I had an important event coming up and needed same-day service so I drove two hours to this store. I realized when I hit traffic that I was going to arrive after their close so I called and the owner said that he would wait for me since I was coming from so far away. When I arrived he was very friendly and professional. My children accompanied me on this trip. While waiting for the repair, the owner and employees were patient and kind. The work was done right behind the counter and the owner had no problem answering questions about the process. Overall the service was fast, educational, and very friendly. Like some other reviewers, I waited months to write my review. The phone has functioned perfectly since my visit. Prices were very competitive which was a plus. If I need phone repairs again. My iPhone 5s screen met its demise on a brick sidewalk in Baltimore, so I looked up phone screen replacement and saw that the Apple Store did replacements. However... after dealing with multiple problems with the Apple Store in Clarendon - first they lose my Genius Bar reservation, then they made an in-store reservation for some store in Holyoke, Massachusetts instead of Clarendon, I was fed up with Apple and decided to bite the bullet for a non-OEM part. I went on the Yelp machine and found Millennium Mobile. Located in the strip mall across from Skyline, at first glance, it is hard to find the shop. Go behind 7-11 and there is another row of stores. They are located at exactly where their address says. The total screen replacement cost $100 cash ($99.75) and I was in and out in half an hour. The Apple Store wanted $150 and who knows what other charges they would've tacked on. These folks are no BS, straight to the point, no gimmicks and no erroneous charges. My phone looks completely new and now I don't have to go into Clarendon and deal with the pretentious Apple Store. I'd definitely recommend them over Apple for a screen replacement. read more

So I took it back and got it fixed and when they gave it back to me, the screen was super dark and he said he'd have to charge me another $130 to fix it again..... Terrible experience. I had trouble with my touch screen not working and people not being to hear me on phone calls. I brought my phone back not once, but twice when the problem kept coming back. Amazing customer service! I had to upload a video from my phone to my computer for a school assignment. After over an hour on the phone with Samsung tech support, I realized my phone and computer would never be compatible without an SD card and reader. I scanned Yelp for cell phone stores close to me and called Millennium Mobile. The guy told me to bring in my phone and laptop and he would help me with the SD card and transfer to my computer. I have an iPhone 6s and my camera was broken due to an object falling on the phone causing both front and back cameras to stop working. I took my phone to apple and they said both cameras needs to be changed costing $180. So I yelped other places and called this store, they said bring your phone and we'll change both cameras for $75 which was less than half of what apple had offered. I went to the store around 7:30 pm after walking for 2.5 miles in a hot and humid weather. Yousif, who fixed my phone, gave me a cold bottle of water and told me to come back in 45 minutes. Before leaving the store I asked if he's charging me $75 as promised and he said it'll be $60, $15 less than what he first told me. I took it to AT&T and when I told them I had the screen fixed at a third party vendor (Millennium Mobile), they said it probably led to the phone's system being damaged. I had gotten my iPhone screen repaired at another store a few months ago. Unfortunately today I dropped my phone yet again, causing the entire screen to separate from the back of the phone. Distraught, I took it to two stores before calling here. He told me to go ahead and bring my phone in and we will figure it out. So that's exactly what I did. It was a two hour round trip for me but I would do it again in a heartbeat. He was so nice and professional. Great experience! Went to see Yoseph because of other good Yelp reviews. He gave me two quotes over the phone for a broken iPhone screen, one for a basic screen, one for a higher end screen. We opted for the basic one and have had no problems with it. He even offered to change it out if we don't like it after a few days. When he found out that my son had to pay the repair himself, he gave him a student discount (a free screen protector). The whole process took about an hour.
