Was in desperate need of somebody to replace my iPhone XR microphone and during the COVID19 shutdown, it's been hard finding anybody open to perform the repairs Millenium Mobile took my phone on a walk-in appointment and had it fixed and good as new in about an hour - reasonably priced. A true lifesaver as now I'm able to make and receive calls, record Snapchat videos, etc Thank you! -Greg read more

My friend was all distraught when she broke the screen to her cellphone after dropping it in the ground. I got tired of her using my phone and listening to her complain about not having one so consulted trusty ol' Yelp and found a place open late plus it was on the way to our next destination. Enter Yosef, the "cellphone whisperer". He worked wonders and replaced my friends screen in about 20 minutes. On top of that she got a discount because of the Yelp mention. Woot! Woot! One thing to keep in mind is the parking situation can be a challenge at this shopping plaza so be prepared. read more

Just like most customers who posted positive reviews for this store, my impression of them was very similar even though they did not provide the service to the glitchy iPhone I brought in, their honesty and the way the young lady handle herself with another older man before me was quite impressionable!!! I will keep them in my fav list for future reference and services should I need to bring my phone over. The young lady did not charge the older man a dime for helping him to get back into his laptop that he logged out and did not remember his password. I asked her a question and her honesty confirmed that it's time to get a new phone. Thank you and may your business prosper because of your excellent customer service and honesty!!! read more

They were super fast and even nicer will come here again... this is a hidden gem of baileys cross roads

Quality service and exceptionally fast turnaround. Brought my phone in for a screen replacement and it was ready in 45 minutes. Yosef is friendly and efficient, and gave me a great price to boot. As others have noted parking can be a bit crazy in the shopping center where the store is located, especially around dinnertime. If you add an extra five minutes to your trip you should be good to go. read more

I came in because I was having problems with my current phone and phone service, this guy took care of me like no other. I walked out with a new phone and new service for an incredible price. I brought my mom back here for her phone which she was pleased with. They have multiple options and great prices. I highly recommend it! read more

Four months ago I needed my phone's LCD repaired. I had an important event coming up and needed same-day service so I drove two hours to this store. I realized when I hit traffic that I was going to arrive after their close so I called and the owner said that he would wait for me since I was coming from so far away. When I arrived he was very friendly and professional. My children accompanied me on this trip. While waiting for the repair, the owner and employees were patient and kind. The work was done right behind the counter and the owner had no problem answering questions about the process. Overall the service was fast, educational, and very friendly. Like some other reviewers, I waited months to write my review. The phone has functioned perfectly since my visit. Prices were very competitive which was a plus. If I need phone repairs again. This will be THE ONLY place that I consider, drive and all. Yosef, thank you so much for running a quality business! read more

These guys are awesome! Great service. Needed to activate a new iPhone from apple ID, but it required 2-factor authentication on a second device that had to be a verified device. Didn't have a second verified device and apple tech couldn't help set it up. Phone company couldn't help either. We were told we would have to wait a few days for apple to confirm identity and remove the 2-factor authentication. The guys at Millennium Mobile figured it out instantly! I also purchased a glass screen protector, and they even put it on for me perfectly!! :) read more

Yoseph at Millennium Mobile has saved my iPhone5 THREE times!!! Exceptional customer service, super quick turnaround, efficient and most importantly affordable. Yoseph goes above and beyond to truly accommodate his customers. Would highly recommend his services!!! read more

I need a new Power button flex cable for my iPhone SE. Was told I would have to get a whole new screen with it. NOT true! The cable itself is one of the cheapest replacement parts for an iPhone, but it requires a teardown of the phone, which is why I want a pro to do it instead of tackling it myself (go ahead, google it - the screen has NOTHING to do with this cable). There is nothing wrong with my screen - they are clearly inflating the job. UNETHICAL! read more

Awesome service from Yosef.  He was helpful,  friendly,  and fast.  I went to two different repair places that said they couldn't help me,  then this place came through.  They were accommodating, affordable, and honest,  and I'd go there again if I ever needed help with a cell phone or computer. read more

My iPhone 5s screen met its demise on a brick sidewalk in Baltimore, so I looked up phone screen replacement and saw that the Apple Store did replacements. However... after dealing with multiple problems with the Apple Store in Clarendon - first they lose my Genius Bar reservation, then they made an in-store reservation for some store in Holyoke, Massachusetts instead of Clarendon, I was fed up with Apple and decided to bite the bullet for a non-OEM part. I went on the Yelp machine and found Millennium Mobile. Located in the strip mall across from Skyline, at first glance, it is hard to find the shop. Go behind 7-11 and there is another row of stores. They are located at exactly where their address says. The total screen replacement cost $100 cash ($99.75) and I was in and out in half an hour. The Apple Store wanted $150 and who knows what other charges they would've tacked on. These folks are no BS, straight to the point, no gimmicks and no erroneous charges. My phone looks completely new and now I don't have to go into Clarendon and deal with the pretentious Apple Store. I'd definitely recommend them over Apple for a screen replacement. read more

They replaced the screen and I could no longer hear when someone called... never had that issue beforehand. So I took it back and got it fixed and when they gave it back to me, the screen was super dark and he said he'd have to charge me another $130 to fix it again..... Terrible experience. Will not be coming back, now I'm on my way to go get my screen fixed .... AGAIN. read more

Great experience here. Had my screen repaired and was told if I had any issues within 90 days to let them know. I had trouble with my touch screen not working and people not being to hear me on phone calls. I brought my phone back not once, but twice when the problem kept coming back. I was treated kindly every single time and my time was valued. When I came back the second time I even saw him making a call to his phone several times to make sure the problem was resolved. I was only charged for the initial screen repair, not the additional work. Really great customer service. I would come back again and again read more

Amazing customer service! I had to upload a video from my phone to my computer for a school assignment. After over an hour on the phone with Samsung tech support, I realized my phone and computer would never be compatible without an SD card and reader. I scanned Yelp for cell phone stores close to me and called Millennium Mobile. The guy told me to bring in my phone and laptop and he would help me with the SD card and transfer to my computer. And he did in less than 20 minutes! It's rare to get customer service like that. FYI parking in this shopping center gets really crazy. Try to go during business hours if possible. The store is in the back of the center. read more

I have an iPhone 6s and my camera was broken due to an object falling on the phone causing both front and back cameras to stop working. I took my phone to apple and they said both cameras needs to be changed costing $180. So I yelped other places and called this store, they said bring your phone and we'll change both cameras for $75 which was less than half of what apple had offered. I went to the store around 7:30 pm after walking for 2.5 miles in a hot and humid weather. Yousif, who fixed my phone, gave me a cold bottle of water and told me to come back in 45 minutes. Before leaving the store I asked if he's charging me $75 as promised and he said it'll be $60, $15 less than what he first told me. I returned in about 35 minutes and the phone was ready and the cameras were as good as new. I paid 30% of what I would've paid at apple and didn't have to wait 3 hours GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! GREAT PRICES !! GREAT RESULTS!! THANK YOU!! read more

My HTC One M8 needed a new battery, which is a big challenge since it is glued in behind the motherboard and basically requires the phone to be rebuilt. No room for error and lost my nerve. I almost bought a new phone but fortunately found my way to Yosef based on his Yelp reviews. He is skilled and conscientious and did it for a very fair price considering the difficulty. read more

Super quick service, great quality work and affordable. Yosef is passionate about his work and he goes above and beyond to truly accommodate his clients. I was extremely happy with the repair and currently writing this review on a phone that I thought was done for good. :) read more

The screen on my S4 was pretty badly cracked. I searched yelp for the best reviewed place to hopefully get it repaired. I found millennium mobile, took my phone in on my lunch break, and picked it up good as new after work. Yosef was very accommodating and took care of everything. read more

I came in to get Yoseph's help keeping my iPhone 5S running until the new version comes out. I was greater as soon as I walked in the door. He took care of me and recommended I not get some of the screen work done that I had requested. I appreciated that he looked out for my interest rather than just getting paid for the work. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will be back for any future iPhone repair needs. read more

Millennium Mobile did a great job fixing a water-damaged Iphone. They were friendly, helpful and offered top-notch service. They also guarantee their work for 90 days -- we fixed the phone about a month ago, and no complaints. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars as opposed to 5, is that the hours of operation are a bit inconvenient for me; I prefer an earlier opening time. But their work is good - I highly recommend them! read more

Super fast service and very friendly! $105 to replace a cracked iPhone 5C screen in 30 minutes! Yay!

Go my busted iPhone 6 screen fixed over lunch (~45 mins) and couldn't be happier. Make sure you look for them behind the street-facing shops (i.e., look behind the 7-11), as they can be a little hard to find. Good price, great service - can't beat it. read more

My phone died -- screen went black, does not charge, has essentially turned into a brick. I took it to AT&T and when I told them I had the screen fixed at a third party vendor (Millennium Mobile), they said it probably led to the phone's system being damaged. It's now beyond Millennium's warranty and my options are to buy a new phone or send it to AT&T's repair folks for an expensive fix. Ugh. read more

I had gotten my iPhone screen repaired at another store a few months ago. Unfortunately today I dropped my phone yet again, causing the entire screen to separate from the back of the phone. Distraught, I took it to two stores before calling here. He told me to go ahead and bring my phone in and we will figure it out. So that's exactly what I did. It was a two hour round trip for me but I would do it again in a heartbeat. He was so nice and professional. It was just a couple simple screws needed to be redone and he completed it quickly and free of charge. I am so thankful for his help. Hopefully I wont break my phone again but if it happens this is where I will be coming. read more

My phone experienced water damage and the owner gives me an honest suggestion to replace a new phone with apple instead of wasting time/money to let him fixed. I didn't use the service here, but I appreciated his suggestion. Next time if my phone has something wrong, I will check this place again. read more

This is my new go-to spot for iPhone repairs. Fixed my cracked screen for $60 in less than an hour. Super friendly staff too. Thank you, Millennium Mobile! read more

If you need your phone screen repaired due to your own slippery butter fingers carelessly dropping it on its face and shattering the screen into a million pieces--but don't want to spend an arm, a leg, and handing over your first born on top of that--go to Millennium Mobile. They are super helpful and reasonably priced. I didn't get either of their names, but I'm guessing the guy and the lady who work there are the owners. They were very friendly and super sweet and even let my two kids go behind the counter to watch him work on my phone. Great customer service. If I ever mess my phone screen up again, I'll be sure to come back here! read more

My hero Yoseph fixed my busted iPhone screen in just half an hour or so. He was able to fit me in on a Sunday last minute, was very clear about expectations, process, wait time, etc. and my phone is good as new. I would absolutely come here for phone issues in the future. Thank you!! read more

Yoseph does an incredible job! I took my iPhone in early this morning because it had been damaged extensively by water and the screen was cracked. They employees there took great care in their work and kept me up to date all the way through until I picked it up in the evening after work. 5 star service. My total came out to $170 which is nearly half the price of what it would have cost me had I taken it to an Apple Store, and 3-5 days quicker read more

Great service and great prices! Got my phone screen repaired there tonight. It took around an hour and they were able to put an extra protective screen on too. read more

This place is great! I brought my iPhone4 in because I'm the screen was completely Shattered. I don't think it was savable. Well. 45 mins later it was fixed. Excellent service! Fixed my cracked iPhone screen in half an hour. Will definitely send people here!

Great experience! Went to see Yoseph because of other good Yelp reviews. He gave me two quotes over the phone for a broken iPhone screen, one for a basic screen, one for a higher end screen. We opted for the basic one and have had no problems with it. He even offered to change it out if we don't like it after a few days. When he found out that my son had to pay the repair himself, he gave him a student discount (a free screen protector). The whole process took about an hour. Will definitely come back here if we need another device repaired. read more

Quick, easy, and affordable- the service was great and employees are friendly. Definitely recommended!

Yoseph was GREAT!!! I brought my iPhone in with a fully shattered face (screen and edge). Yoseph fixed it right up, less than an hour, completely reasonable price, VERY friendly service. Even added an extra protective screen cover when he was done. All in all, could not be happier. Fully recommend them if you have need of a repair. read more

I had the screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy III cellphone (it was completely cracked). The service is excellent, much cheaper than other places - only $60, compare it with other prices! - and the people are very, very nice and polite. I am so satisfied, that I decided to write this review (I never do so). Just remember that it's a little hard to find the shop (it's behind a little shopping center), but it's worth the effort. (Or call before and ask for details). Will definitely recommend it to everybody! read more
