Tony was great to work with and was very responsive in his communication with me. I had a broken apple watch screen and it's Ridiculous the price apple charges you without apple pay. I mean, you might as well buy a new watch..junk. They were able to fix the watch screen for less and even sending it to them via mail was easy. Highly recommend them! read more

Had an external hard drive that the USB connector had come loose on so could not access the data. Had data I needed same day. Tony was able to retrieve all the data and have it back to me the same day to complete the necessary projects. Repairing the hard drive would have taken longer so transferred data to another SSD drive. Kept me informed of everything. Excellent service. Great value!!! read more

I needed my keyboard replaced on my laptop. I popped in and they were able to assess it immediately and for free (which is a plus) and ordered the part. It took them a day to replace it, which was great. They also took great care to test out all the keys. I thought the service was a bit towards the expensive side and I also wish they had a longer warranty on their work. But overall, the service was quick and efficient. read more

I was having issues with my I-Phone so I began asking people I knew about the best place to take my phone for repair. I had the same company named a few times however, the reviews were not so great so, I began a search of my own and I am thankful that I did. The service provided was too notch. Every question was answered and response and time allotted to complete the service was just as stated. Anytime I have an issue, which I hope doesn't occur too often, this will be my first and only my choice. I give several stars and thumbs up to this establishment. Thank you so much for the prompt and professional service. read more

Had my late 2014 Mac Mini upgraded to SSD. Geeks Zone turned this job around in 24 hours. This old Mac is running better than new! This is the third or fourth time I've used them for repairs or purchases. 5 Star experience on all occasions. read more

I was very pleased with the diagnosis and repair of my laptop. They were very professional and convenient. They gave me a window of time for the repair and did complete it within that window. I don't know how their prices compare to other places. read more

Had to get my screen replaced on an iPad Pro 11 and I was really hesitant taking it anywhere. I did a lot of searches and took it to different places and it's ridiculous how much everyone charges. Luckily I found Geek Zone, they beat everyone else's price by a significant amount. I am now 2-3 weeks post repair and it's like new. I've never cracked a screen before and hope I never will again but if I do I'll gladly bring it back. read more

Guess who's baaaccckkkkk? I find myself here yet again. Thankfully it has never been for myself and hopefully ever will be. My daughters friend was visiting for the day and she had a broken screen. Since I am fully aware of the quality of work Geek Zone provides, I suggested we go and inquire about her getting her screen fixed. We were able to drop her phone off, run an errand and then come back and her phone was ready. It could not have worked out better. In addition, if you check in on yelp while at the store, you can get a free tempered glass screen protector or a charging cable. Not a bad deal right? She opted for the tempered glass which they also put on the phone for her. I love the fact that they make sure everything is in working order before you leave. Bonus points for ensuring customer satisfaction! Geek Zone comes highly recommended! read more

We have previously used their services for screen repairs. Today we went and the older gentleman quoted $129 to fix a cracked screen on an iPhone 11. About a month ago the exact same phone was repaired at this facility and the quoted price was $79. When we asked why was the price so high he said they've always charged that amount and proceeded to act as though he could not understand what we were saying. No sir. No. read more

I found Turon very knowledgeable and supper helpful. My ipad's screen was shattered and the frame had bent. He walked me through the process and carefully considered data loss and other edge cases then took the responsibility of fixing it for half the price of apple store. Also had a chance to interface with a few others in the store, all supper professionals. They are not focused on money, talking to them is like talking to a friend. Their focus is on finding a solution to your problem. Let's support this local business and help keep this valuable asset accessible. Repairs is not all they do. Please stop by and checkout chargers, cases, sleeves, stylists, and a good collection of refurbished and custom made hardware. I am a developer and don't like the fact that when I buy a new lap top I also have to buy the operating system that it comes with, no question asked ( windows or mac). For my next project with Geek Zone I will provide a shopping list of hardware capabilities, let Geek Zone put the hardware together then I'll install my own OS and configure it to my liking. Looking forward to it. read more

I have had a chance to visit this location over and over. Few times got my iPad screens replaced, once iPhone screen replaced, iPhone fixed, bought covers, chargers and even used them for protector screen on our phones. Never had issues with product, services nor customer service. Prices are within reach compare to the market they are less expensive. Will I go visit them again? Absolutely!!! read more

Bruh this was the most painless and quickest service I have ever gotten. Their prices are totally reasonable. Walked out with a brand new tablet for the kiddo at fraction of the cost because they bought an old tablet at a more than reasonable cost! I highly recommend this place. read more

I left there with a big smile on my face and told him I would definitely write an awesome review .. thank you so much Geek Zone.. PS.. the keyboard looks awesome read more

I went into get my fiancé's laptop. Turan was very nice and provided excellent customer service. He explained the whole process. Shortly after writing my original review he gave us a call explaining what was going on. Since a small a business it is a small operation so other employees are just running the shop and not always aware of what Turan is doing so can't provide customers information as to what specifically is going on with their computer. We did chat about it and understood the process and was very nice and did give us a discount on our diagnostics which was appreciated. read more

I have a Galaxy Tab4 10.1 that was stuck in a boot loop. I dropped it off and it was fixed the next day! While checking it over, they found a split in the power connection wire which they repaired as well! I highly recommend them for all of your electronics that need repair! read more

Laptop battery caused major damage by overheating on main board and both needed replacement. This was not just a office laptop but a high end gamers rig with custom configuration. GZ could not only get the hard to find parts but checked and found keyboard key not working. Prices for parts and labor were very good considering the extra effort required. This man has a passion for what he does and it shows in the results. read more

Brought my daughter's iPhone for battery replacement after we tried ourselves...and damaged it. Both of the guys at Geeks Zone were great. This is a great local business that I'm proud to support. Took my wife's iPad Air 2 for screen repair. Some local shops don't even bother with the more costly screen repair of those. These guys did a great job and were highly courteous and pleasant. They also sell cell phones, tablets, and tons of accessories. Thanks for great job guys. read more

Excellent knowledge in protocols. Works with both macs and windows, good customer services.

My family and I have been here three times and we will continue going back whenever we have computer or phone issues. 1st time we went they replaced my husband's seriously cracked iPhone screen within an hour. 2nd time they fixed my daughter's laptop screen within a day and 3rd time was today when I went in to get my daughter's charger port repaired. They are always very professional, knowledgeable, affordable and have been able to fix everything we've needed repaired. They deliver quick service with a smile and today they were nice enough to give me a free charger!! They will forever be the #1 place for us to go to and recommend for all electronic services!! Support this small family business...trust me you won't regret leaving your devices in their hands! Thanks Geeks Zone for the fantastic service! read more

No hassle service. Honest with pricing and service. Clean facility with a very knowledgable staff. My Mac Book was a paper weight. No pulse i.e. No power. Wouldn't even turn on. Mother board was toast (technical term). Staff evaluated and gave me options. Removed the data from the laptop and replaced components. Picked it up the other day and it runs great. I am pretty sure they could fix almost anything if asked. Small mom and pop shop. Support a family run business if you can. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it was to deal with Geeks Zone. Don't let the storefront fool you. They know their business. Thanks for the service. read more

So I scouted out the area for a Black iPhone 6s Plus screen repair, and the typical feed back I was getting was $150 and it would take 2-3hrs. Then I stumbled upon this tucked away gem of Geeks, and they quoted $125 and the work will be done in an hour. With a military discount and my phone looking brand new in 40mins, I was ecstatic. RIP OFF. DO NOT GO THERE. IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. I went to get a cracked screen on my Samsung S5 changed because they said they had the parts in stock and could do it in less than an hour. I showed up and the staff was friendly, the price was good and he said they could even upgrade me to tempered glass in a half hour to an hour. DEAL. I watched him pull the part off the rack and send the phone to the back room. No sooner did I get home but the troubles began. First, the tech called and said they didn't have the black screen in stock after all (huh?) and would white be OK? Sure, I don't care...I just needed my phone back for a business trip the next day. He rogered up and said it would be ready in an hour. No problem. Two and a half hours later...no phone, so I called the shop. Whomever answered the phone said the repair guy was busy with a customer and would call me right back. A half hour later, no call, so I drove to the shop to see what was up. I asked for the status of my phone and the tech came out, not only holding my phone, but a USED WHITE S5 THAT HE WAS TRYING TO PRY THE SCREEN OFF OF. Talk about ballsy! I asked what the deal was and he said "I can't get it off- it's tough, and I'm not sure if it is compatible". WTF??? The guy admitted to me that he was trying to give me a used part that he wasn't sure would work. What happened to the real part that I saw the other guy pull off the wall? Probably some piece of crap that they use as a prop. Seriously. The tech said that if I left my phone, maybe he could find the right part and get it swapped out in a day or two. Um...NO. I took my phone and left. On my way out, I noticed (as I should have before) that all the phones and parts they sell are some sort of third world knock-offs- brands that I haven't seen anywhere else except maybe in a stop or two in the middle east and Asia. Definitely NOT name or OEM brand. What's scary is that this shop was referred to me by the local Verizon store. I made a point of driving straight there and letting them know what happened. The fine staff there apologized and in fact, sold me a new S5 and set it up for me for about the same price the repair would have cost me. NOW THERE is customer service. Bottom Line: Don't go to Geeks Zone. Or Transformers Computer. Or whatever they will call themselves tomorrow (the sales ticket has one name rubber stamped over the other). read more
