These guys are awesome! I broke the lense on my Galaxy S6 rear camera, completely shattered it. So I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if they could repair it for me. They were super friendly and informed me they didn't have the part, but that since he was out he needed to order them anyway. I was informed to just show up on Monday and they'd have the part and be able to do the repair. He also quoted me a repair about $20 cheaper than the other cell repair places I called. So Monday rolls around, I headed in to see what they could do for me. These dudes were great, super friendly in person. They were able to repair my camera lens in literally 10 minutes.... no wait! Then it came to charging... they blew there quote out of the water and beat every other cell repair store by $40! Not only was Computer & Cellular polite and helpful, but they were super fast and affordable. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone that needs cell or computer repairs. These guys know their stuff! read more

I would definitely recommend this place to any and everybody. I recently cracked my IPhone 5 screen to pieces and was desperate in getting it fixed a reasonable price, since I didn't have apple care or a warranty. It would have cost me $269 to replace my IPhone at the apple store, but here at Computer & Cellular I paid less than half of the apple store price and the gentleman was generous enough in applying a hefty discount since it took him longer to finish my request than usual due to the high volume of clients that day. The service was top notch and professional and I was very impressed with the fact that the gentleman was knowledgeable as well as helpful. Hopefully I wont crack my screen again, however, if I do I will make sure to go to Computer & Cellular right away!!! read more

I turned on my laptop and got an error message that I was not able to access my logon. I was told by a major computer company that my system had probably crashed and that all of my data would be lost. I was in a panic thinking that I was going to lose everything. I remembered that I had gone to this company a few years ago and had very good service. I took my computer to them on Saturday 4/7/18 and told them my situation. I left my laptop there and I was contacted a few hours later and was told that they were able to access my laptop and save all of my data and I was able to still use the laptop. I was extremely happy. This was excellent customer service, and the price was affordable and it saved me from a lot of stress. . Thank you very much, read more

My iPhone fell and broke. I called Computer & Cellular, Beacon Hill, and they were extremely polite, helpful, prompt and fixed my phone. A positive experience during difficult times. I had called them earlier asking for help regarding a different IT issue, with which they couldn't help but still were extremely helpful and polite. So, when my phone broke, I called C&C for help again, indicating that is was very concerned because of Covid-19. I hadn't left the house since quite a while and showed up in mask, shield and gloves. They had distancing tape on the floor, wore masks, were very accommodating and fixed the phone in 45 minutes after which they called me to pick up the phone. Thank you very much read more

So happy with this store! We have been here a number of times and ALWAYS been happy with the customer service as well as the quality and the prices. They are knowledgeable and professional and explain in terms I can understand. My phone has had trouble charging, so they fixed the port, but it was still acting funky. They kept it and called me within the hour to let me know what they found. By the next morning, I had a whole new phone, data transferred, old phone wiped. PLUS, the money I paid to fix the port and cracked screen they deducted from the new purchase of another phone same model~no upsale pressure! We'll continue to use Computer and Cellular! Highly recommend! read more

I got my brand new Pixel 2 phone, and I was so excited that...I INSERTED THE WRONG SIZE SIM CARD UGHHHH. Took it to Lapfix, they couldn't get it out. Took it to Verizon, they said go to the goofy place near Shoppers. The place next to Shoppers - they sent me to Computer & Cellular. SO GLAD THEY DID! The building doesn't look like much but inside, these guys are MAGICAL and were able to fix my phone! I was prepared to buy insurance and and file a claim ($200+) but they fixed it in like an hour for $35! SEE - MAGICAL! Any time I need anything I will go to them first. I was planning for the worst and they came to the rescue. Incredibly grateful! read more

I am beyond impressed with Zayn Farasat and his team at Computer & Cellular. Over several YEARS of seeing Zayn, my company's issues have ranged from data recovery and video conversion to software bugs and iPhone unlocking. Zayn is fast, effective, reliable - and, above all, patient, helpful, and kind. Each time, he explains his diagnosis to me in plain English - and then proceeds to fix the problem. Each and every time - and the price is right, too. I HIGHLY recommend the Computer & Cellular team. They are a SUPERLATIVE computer-repair resource! Aaron Casey / Washington DC read more

Never did I leave a review for a place 2wice... and this would be the first time! These folks at Computer & Cell are legit and pros on what they do. I recently brought back a device they previously worked on and to clean the selfie camera since there were some dust and charged me "0", unlike most repair shops will. Unbeatable and reasonable repair prices. Highly recommend them to everyone who needs repairs on their cell and computers. A special shout-out to Muhammad and Malik (store mgr) hope I got your names right lol.. for helping me out! Thanks guys! read more

This business is on the top of my retail and services list. I have used them for some pretty simple stuff, wiping a hardrive, cleaning up my old computer's insides. The are nice, friendly, helpful and are extremely reasonably priced. They definetly go the extra mile in everyway. Yesterday my Android went a bit crazy. Apps wouldn't work, gmail failed. I called Maliq to see about bringing it in. Instead, he walked me through a successful reboot. Always helpful even if he didn't make anything off it. Highly recommend. read more

I cannot express how happy I am with my experience with the staff here. I had a Samsung S6 active with a destroyed screen. On this phone I had multiple notes and about 4 gigabytes of photos of my dogs and friends and happy memories I refused (foolishly) to store on the cloud. Not only was the staff successful in transferring my data off my old phone to my new one, they were fast, courteous, called me often with progress reports, and came in UNDER the estimated cost! I recommend them whole heartedly!!! read more

These guys are the best service center out there! Period. And i would lump in any service, not just PC/Cellular stuff. The owner is very polite and professional, gives upfront and honest prices, and these prices are mega competitive. They also warrant their work! I had an issue with my laptop and he told me the part wasnt available when he said it would be; so he gave me a loner to use, a nice loner, for as long as it took to fix my machine. And my laptop is working great. Def recommend. read more

This is the greatest place to go for service...I have had to take my phone to them not once not twice but three times for screen repair... the last time someone ran over my phone and the phone was even bent but the miracle workers fixed the screen the speaker and the phone is no longer bent... also got a new case at a great price while there... please know they can either fix it or they will say they can't right away. I'm serious. These guys are the absolute best. They know what they are doing with their vast knowledge in technology repair and programs as well as the interior composition of a computer. I'm amazed at how they helped me. Just o give a small example, I have my phone screen cracked. And where other people said they could not fix it because it was "too cracked" they were able to do it ! I'm using it right now to type this. I'm serious they know what they are doing !!! read more

Forget about a glossy ambience. If you want that go to the Apple Store's Genius Bar. If you want good honest work, at reasonable prices, this is the place to go. Owner is a straight-shooter, will tell you up front if your problem is fixable or not. His work with computers is reliable and does not exceed estimates. This is the kind of small business that civic groups celebrate, but that one rarely encounters. read more

My 3 year old iPhone 5s broke, somehow the teeth for the charging cable jammed. I did not have time to go to an Apple Store and found this place online. Highly recommended! For $45 they replaced the charging port. It took two trips, the first time they used an after market piece so Touch ID did not work, went back 2 days later and he swapped it to an original piece. Each trip phone was ready in 30 minutes. read more

These guys do it all! I had a electrical problem with the rear lights on my Fiat 500 . The dealer said the wiring harness was broken and it would cost over $200 to fix. My son suggested we take the car there because of their knowledge of fixing electronics. We took the car there and they fixed the problem for $40. Maybe the sign should read Computers, Cellular and Cars! Good job.- Bob read more

This place is great! I have broken my screen twice in the past year and they have quickly and effectively fixed it both times. They give you a thirty day guarantes in case anything goes wrong...I had to use this the last time my phone was fixed. My screen was freezing up on me. They fixed it up for free in no time at all! Price was better than or equal to other places I called. read more

I had pretty quick turn around on my iPhone 6 for a cracked screen. It was only $150 and it took about an hour. So I dropped off the phone and picked up some items at Lowes. However, my wife's iPhone 6 Plus needed a new screen and they told me the price was going to be $350! So, I just scheduled an appointment at the Apple store and got it done for $139 and had to wait for 2 hours. read more

I messaged Computer & Cellular about a problem with my laptop and received a prompt reply. After a short exchange, I decided to bring it in to them. They examined it at no expense and were able to ensure it's proper working condition without any repairs needed.
