Spend a $1000 on a new phone, because the time you are going to waste trying to get this company to properly repair your phone, after 4 attempts still not resovled, will cost you more in time wasted and gas money. They will basically keep telling you to come back another day when they have stock, hoping they will wear you down and you give up. Do not pay them in cash to repair. Protect yourself and charge it. The Apple Store themselves recommended Cellairis for screen protectors, as Apple's has shrunk to just three offerings for ~$60 each which is outright ridiculous. Was in and out in about 5min; they installed their own brand of glass screen protector for 1/3rd the price at Apple. They install by hand; not with an application device like at Apple, but they still got it on first try without bubbles, or more challenging, any dust. Unfortunately, when I asked for plastic, all they had was a glass screen protector, which I've never found to be durable. The first one I had lasted a week before it cracked. The second lasted two weeks. The plastic ones last me 6-12 months before showing even slight wear; I don't get why glass screen protectors are so popular - they simply crack without even being dropped. Not only this, but the screen protector Cellairis installed has some weird polarization that means the screen is half-brightness and rainbow colored at all angles and rotations when wearing polarized sunglasses, making vehicular navigation difficult at best - I've never had a plastic screen protector with this problem. Glass screen protectors seem to have no upsides whatsoever; I don't understand the obsession. I have installed a Power Support plastic screen protector myself like I have for many years, will not be returning to Cellairis ever again, and could not be happier. read more

BEWARE!!If you have an IPhone, DO NOT get your screen replaced here!!! They charged me over $300 to replace the screen on my IPhone 11 and said there would be an error message only for a week or two and then would go away, which it never did. Batter life is now a lot shorter and phone glitches. They even took my phone at the end and gave the store at 5 star review!!!! I had a horrible experience with Cellairis today. I gave them my iPad on 3/15 and did not get it back until 5/31! They never called me to pick it up and then the store closed due to the coronavirus. Again, I was not contacted. I had to contact the corporate office and wait several more weeks to get my device. The Manager, Hermit, is extremely rude and disrespectful. I came in to fix a small crack on my screen and wanted to get a quote. They quoted me $75 and it would take about 25-30 mins for the fix. Being in a rush that day, I agree to the quote and walked around the mall for 30 mins. Everything with the fix seemed good. This is where they got me though, as the rep was ringing me up they asked how much they quoted me for again and after I told him, the rep decided to change the price to $80! I was shocked and asked why the price changed and he stated that it was a service fee. What's the point of the quote if you're not going to honor it. Now after 4 hours my screen is not picking up certain letters on my keyboard... if you're going to use them I advise to get the quote in writing so they don't bate and switch on you. read more

Anyways, it faded from red to pink and I was hoping they would take care of me. No go. I got my iPhone5s screen replaced here. I immediately noticed that the quality of the new screen was terrible, the colors are dull, the crispness and the brightness is not there. When I asked what was wrong with the newly replaced screen and why the colors had a bad blurriness, the response was that their screens were after market! I asked why I wasn't told this -as it would have affected my decision to get my screen fixed here. As if the terrible color quality and losing the crispness of images wasn't bad enough, I started experiencing a white screen when I touch the home or power button of the phone to turn on the screen. So far when I turn off the screen and try again it disappears but this is another proof of the bad quality of the replacement products they are offering. I called the Fair Oaks location on Saturday evening for a broken screen repair on my iPad. The person I spoke to was nice enough to price match the Springfield location. I therefore chose Fair Oaks because I was told that the repair could be done in about 30 min and the Fair Oaks store would have white screen available, which the Springfield location would not have till Tuesday. Living in North Carolina, I needed my iPad repaired ASAP. I showed up exactly at 11 as discussed the night before. I was told by Pranay that there was no white screen. He got I believe the manager on the phone and the manager was kind enough to discount the price for me having to use the black screen. Around 11:15, they finally began and I was told that the repair would be finished by noon. When I came back at noon, I was told that 15-20 min more were needed for the repair. I waited and waited. Pranay told me that another 5 minutes were needed for the repair. I was then beginning to worry if they could repair my iPad screen. Finally, around 12:55, the repair was completed. I took a look at the iPad and the screen was not flush near the home button and the home button did not work!!! Having to leave, Fusi offered for the screen to be repaired at no additional cost the next time I am back in VA. I was also given a 60 day warranty and a free iPad case which were very kind to do. However, I would have been a much more satisfied customer having the following: 1) the white screen that was told was possible the night before; 2) the service being completed sooner than the 2 hours it took; 3) not having to come back for the screen to be fixed so that the home button works. This was the first time I have come to this store and I just cannot imagine coming back. Rather than trying to get a better deal, I should have just paid more to have Apple repair the screen. read more

Got my iPhone 6s fixed here a few weeks ago and my TouchID stopped working a day after the repair. Not a huge deal because they probably replaced the home button which breaks TouchID, and I was OK with just using the passcode to unlock. But then yesterday half of the screen stopped responding to touch, which makes it impossible for me to unlock my phone and answer calls. My phone is now a very expensive paperweight!!! And my entire screen shattered about a month after getting the protector from dropping it. Did not protect it, the glass underneath the cover cracked all over the place. If you have an apple product, just get it fixed at the Apple store. If you have another retailer or if you open the phone yourself, Apple will not touch it anymore for liability reasons. New screen at Apple is around $115, but it comes with a warranty and you don't have to deal with shady companies like this one. If you know what you are doing, buy a new screen or battery online and replace it yourself. They tried to give me a defective screen. The salesman would only give me a screen protector (I don't know how that would help), and it wasn't until I spoke to the manager that they would give me a refund. The manager was very unprofessional as well and boasted about how he didn't need my sale because he makes so much money. The same salesman as before was not knowledgeable about the products. He told me to let the phone die before charging it. FYI this is the opposite of what you want to do with lithium batteries. When I asked if there was something special with the battery he put in, he gave me a blank stare and said he did not know much about batteries. I paid $129.00 + tax for the screen repair. Originally I was quoted $149.00, but the representative offered me a discount for my business. But, then I paid $26.00 for the screen protector, which I just found out was 4x what I should have paid. So, the store more than made up for the $20 savings on the repair with the ridiculous cost of the screen protector. The store does not offer a refund and the screen protector has a bubble in it which was not evident when I walked out of the store. DO NOT GO HERE. Worst experience I have ever had. I went hoping to get the screen of my iPhone 6 Plus replaced and ended up having to go back to the store on five separate occasions---now my phone is completely inaccessible. After hoping to get it fixed the first time, the screen they replaced it with was completely distorting the color on my phone because they use low quality screens. I went back to have this one replaced, using their 30 day warranty. A lady there replaced that screen with a new one that wasn't distorted in color but did not work at all. Unable to use any part of the touch screen, I went back a third time during which time she then replaced it with a new screen. Upon going home, I experienced the same issue---no part of the screen was responsive. I went back a fourth time were the same thing happened. On my last trip, I demanded a refund since not only was my screen not fixed, but the people at the store completely ruined the phone all together, leaving it unfixable for any other phone repair store. I had to fight with the man working that night for half an hour because he was trying to only give me a partial refund (charging me for the cost of labor). After much unnecessary arguing, I left the store with a full refund, but a completely damaged iPhone 6 plus. HORRIBLE REPAIRS Helpful and nice employees they helped me understand what went wrong in my iphon 5 and 5s but horrible in practice. I came in to replace my screen and battery and the cracked screen of my brothers phone. Everything looked fine except my brother's fingerprint reader wouldnt work. The employee rebooted the phone and it worked. After 2 weeks of using my phone (after screen repair), i noticed there was a dead pixel in the right mid of my screen. I thought it was nothing and just didnt pay attention (could barely notice). Then both my brother and my phone screens started to appear a bit unsaturated like have an orange tint (like a burn). We were out of the country so we couldnt go to Cellairis and ask them to replace it. Then both of the screens would pop out on the top right of the screen. Then i dropped my phone face down and it cracked straight across the screen (i used a case for all my life and when i had my original screen and dropped it face first it would never break) I knew something was up the Screen they used to replace our original couldnt be an apple product it was probably a knock off and the screen was not installed correctly because of it popping out on the top right. My brothers phone would also have white squares on the top and bottom of the screen after reading up the problem online it turns out its caused by the screen being loosely connected. I confirmed this when my brother dropped it on the ground (not a hard fall and no screen cracks or damage to the sides). when he dropped it the white squares spread to all of the screen and left it unresponsive. This company claims to be good but their repairs are Sh**. the people who work on repairing the phones dont spend the time to make sure it was properly done (remember the employee telling us they had a lot of phones to work on and that it would take a while but we arrived an hour later and said it was done). The guy who i think worked my phone was a white male medium build and had a crew cut. BEWARE when trying to get your phone fixed here. read more

When I after 30 days and couldn't find the receipt at the time, was told it would be $119 or $35 if I could find my receipt. Absolutely horrible. I have been to the store 4 times now. Not only do they use extremely low quality parts, but the workmanship is quite awful. The first time they fixed my phone the corner of the glass popped up because of the quality of screens they use, and the associate attempted to have me pay for a second repair when the damage was not my fault. The second time I was there the touch was not calibrated correctly and it would not recognize where I was clicking, the front camera cable was not connected, and the battery was shorted. The third time went there I was in the store for 4 hours, and had to come back 3 times. When I left the home button and speaker cables were not connected. The 4th time I went, I spent another 3 hours to have them tell me the home button will not work because of the glass they put on my screen and at least my touch was working. I have to say that this "accessory" store is one of the best I've been a consumer for. For three iPhones versions I've been shopping at Cellairis Fair Oaks for my iPhone cases. They don't try to upsell you, and they're extremely friendly and NOT by any means pushy. They let their accessories do the talking. I walked into this store in Fair Oaks about three years ago with an iPhone, and said, I don't want bulky, but I want protective.... before I had a chance to go into a full-on rant of how accident prone I am with phones, the associate at the time "you want a protective case?.....Watch this...." and with that he literally took his phone out and chucked it across the floor of the store almost the entire length of that store..... to my surprise, his phone was unharmed! The Rapture line of cases is phenomenal and I recommend to anyone looking for a protective case that's not only stylish but slim and super protective.
