Stopped in here looking for a protective case for my new HTC phone. The gentleman was very pleasant. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the different color cases he had on hand. I couldn't make a quick decision so he helped me out by opening the package and set it all up for me so I could see my phone with the cover and all. Still undecided. Then he took that case off and put my phone in the second color choice. I went with a girly pink case. He was patient and waited while I made a decision. Place is a legit store with a large location inside the mall. They are right next to the Target inside the mall. I came in to have my wife's cracked iPhone 5S repaired. They repaired it in 15min on the spot for $100. I was expecting to leave it for an extended period of time and have to return hours later to pick it up. So it was nice they got it done so quickly. This is the first place I've been to where they can do the repair so fast; 15 minutes! Seriously I timed them! Lol. The staff was nice and friendly and they had plenty of things to look at while I waited; cases, phones, chargers, etc. I'd come back to this place in the future. read more

Fixed my cracked iPhone screen, and it's in great working order. My only complaint is that I received my phone back with a protective glass covering without my consent and was charged $10 for it. I just bought a new pack of glass covers from Amazon and did not need it placed for me. I would have liked a heads up prior to them placing it on and forcing me to purchase it. Breaking your phone is hands down an awful feeling. MobileZone, specifically Vamshi, made it all better! I did my research and the going rate for a broken LCD (Samsung note 5) is around $250, but it was harder finding good reviews until I found this store/location. I was impressed with how much they cared and asked if I had insurance before fixing it. I was even given my pick to a new case so I could protect my phone. I finally cracked my iPhone 6 Plus screen after having a good run of close to 3 years with no issues. I called MobileZone after reading many good reviews about Vamshi, an employee who works there. Vamshi answered and gave me the price of repair ($100) and said he could repair it short order, while I waited. I raced straight over and not only was he very professional and courteous, he also did what he claimed -fixed my screen in 15 minutes while I waited. I had a massively broken screen on my iPhone 6S+ or whatever it was. This dude Vamshi was insanely good. He repaired the screen but my battery was about to explode so he (after proving it) quickly slapped a new one in. My front camera was broken, but in two seconds he fixed it free of charge. I paid 200$ to get my screen replaced for my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I am an artist, and I have this phone as a quick way to draw commissions for people buying art from me. After the screen broke, I could draw with it still, but the cracks were distracting. I went to get my phone screen replaced here, and they fixed the glass within 20 minutes. They even threw in a free phone case, which was nice. I was happy with the speed, but immediately noticed that the pen was not working. I was distressed, because this was my tool as an artist on the go. They said to wait a day or two, and that if it still had issues, to come back. I came back on a Saturday, and they said to come back Sunday because the person there at the time only did iphones. I came back sunday, and the man who originally replaced my phone said to come back on Monday. I came back on Friday because I couldn't come on Monday, and I was told to come Sunday. I came Sunday, and they told me to come back on Monday again, because 'the specialist for Samsung doesn't work on saturdays or sundays.' I came back on a Thursday, and they said to come back Sunday. I went to that store more times than I can count, to fix a problem they SWORE their warranty would cover, and my pen still doesn't work. Essentially, they only fixed the glass of my broken screen. They glass by itself costs roughly 12$ on eBay as a kit. The entire display, which they replaced, has a Pen Digitalizer which is 185-200$. They fixed a 12$ problem and put a 185$ problem in its place. Then, despite saying that it was covered by warranty, and despite their promises to fix it, they danced around week after week so that the warranty would be over. I wasted my time, money, and gas and now no longer have a small drawing tablet for work. Would not recommend this place. read more

New battery in my phone started fading and takes a while to charge 2 months after purchase. Told could get another but would have to be charged since only 30 day warranty. Then got the do you charge battery overnight line and was told them no your colleague did not say anything about leaving it charged over night. But I have to since it takes forever to charge now. Totally unhelpful and bad customer service after only having battery for two months. Would you go back to a place to pay for another battery that was on the fritz after only 2 months??? Left my phone for a battery replacement. My phone functioned normally and displayed normally before bringing it in, the battery life was shoddy and the charging wasn't great. Was told multiple times my problem will be fixed and I'll get back a phone with no problem, always one more day and I'd get it back. Problems kept happening and I was told that if it was going to be too complicated they'd replace the motherboard. 5 days later (from something that should take 30 minutes to resolve), now the backlight doesn't function on about 15-20% of the screen, mostly the upper left portion. The service people I spoke with seemed nice enough, so there's a star for that. But this whole experience became sour the moment I was told they would give me back a fixed and normal phone. I'm grateful the battery life is normal (maybe, haven't had the phone back for more than an hour so far) and we'll see if the charging is normal. Just felt like a lot of false promises and maybe techs that aren't as good as an apple store or whatever. I don't recommend this location or this company (my phone was sent to Maryland for the big fix). read more
