I was told genuine Apple parts would be used for my phone repair, but Apple later confirmed the parts are not genuine. After the repair, my phone developed new issues: the mouthpiece does not work properly (people can't hear me on calls), and there is a lot of noise from the speaker. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I don't even want to give a star. I had a cracked iPhone screen. Brought it here because I had a fair experience years ago on an older iPad. I was so wrong to do that. After showing the guy my phone he quickly went to work and had the screen changed within 30 minutes. HERE IS THE PROBLEM..... After replacing it he shows me my phone which now has a message stating that it's not a genuine apple part. I ask him about it and all I get is "it's ok, it's, ok". Well it's not ok. My screen isn't working right, my battery (which I just finished charging) is half way after being on my phone for less than 20 min, and stuff that worked before EVEN WITH THE CRACKED SCREEN is no longer working. I went back the very next day to request a genuine apple part replacement and the owner basically says I'm stupid and everyone knows that you can only get apple parts from apple. NOT TRUE. I searched the internet and found a few places that do it. I'm most upset that the guy did not tell me it wasn't going to be an apple part. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY DECISION, not theirs. I was planning to go back again to get another screen, after wasting almost $500. It's actually not even worth it. I want my money back. But the scam of an owner isn't going to do that. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN MY LIFE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THE OWNER IS A SCAMMER. I brought 3 iPhones, a MacBook laptop, and an iPod here for replacement screens and batteries. I payed over 600 or 700 dollars for all these repairs. They replaced the parts quick and showed me they were in working order while I was in the shop. As soon as I went home they all stopped working and holding a charge. The laptop in particular worked for one day then it wouldn't even show signs that it was charging anymore. I went back and complained directly to the owner and asked for him to refund some of the money or fix the phones with better parts, but he refused. I never thought someone running a store front could be so shameless. He knew the parts he was using don't work and I could see it in his face when he told me the parts stopped working because the phones have water damage. Be wary if they tell you that you need a new battery. They quickly diagnosed and fixed my phone. The phone would not charge. Even the Apple store said they would not fix. IFixPhones determined it to be a broken charger port which they replaced quickly and cheaply. The problem I have is what they did after fixing my phone. They told me I needed a new battery. I had my phone for about two years at this point, and though I did not notice any degradation of the battery I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The new battery I received is far worse in performance. It will go from full to zero in about an hour with heavy use. This is much worse than the replaces battery. After some time he came back and he told me sure we can repair it come on down. I drove down and he looked at it and said I can't repair it we don't have that part. He then proceeded to tell me that I did not have an iPad Air that I had an iPad Pro. I told him that he was wrong that I had an iPad Air. He took my iPad. He looked it up and said we don't have that we only have the 10 inch I said what do you mean you told me that you had the part before I came down here for the iPad Air he said oh we only have the part for the 10 1/2 screen. I said Sir, there is only one iPad Air fifth generation there aren't different size iPad Air fifth generation's, so he was just refusing to admit that he made a mistake and hurt me to come down here for nothing. Horrible Customer Service! The Indian owner replaced the shattered screen on my Iphone with a cheap Chinese knockoff. The problem was that it did not work 100% after. When I make calls, the phone wouldn't detect the proximity, so the screen wouldn't go dark and it would end up pushing random buttons with my cheek during a call. I went back to the owner who sold me the screen a week before, and even with the receipt, he said he could not help me since it was a week old and I should have came right after I found out about the problem. People have jobs and responsibilities in life, I can't drop everything and make a trip to your shop. He continued to make excuses as to their policy and had a rebuttal for everything I said. The screen protectors are low quality and over-priced. Paid $40 for an iPhone X case that spontaneously started chipping around the edges within 5 days, without dropping the phone or having any other trauma/force. Rather than admitting what they sold me is crap and fixing the problem with a refund staff insists I dropped the phone, which I haven't. I strongly discourage anyone from buying phone protectors here! There are cheaper ones that are more durable elsewhere! read more

Needed a phone repair? This is a place to go. The owner is very kind and patient to fix my iphone 6s even though they are 15 minutes before closing. It was really nice to leave your phone to someone trustworthy. It did not take an hour to get it fixed. The screen replacement was original and they did splendid job making it look like new. They also added a great tempered glass screen protector for less than $15 (which I would really need). Most importantly, the cost is affordable compared to other repair shops. You can also trade in your old phones with new original unlocked phones. There are different cases, tablets and other good stuff. Spent over $280 to replace iPhone 11 Pro Max screen yesterday for my little brother. The gentleman that was assisting us claim that the reason for the charge is that they use authentic Apple parts in replacing. In less than 24 hours the screen has cracked more than four spots due to one fall inside the car. Keep in mind the phone has a sturdy case as well as a screen protector. It is of my opinion that this establishment is using subpar equipment and parts to replace and repair phones. Save yourselves the money and the headache. Gentleman that was assisting us said he will assist us when we came back today. He was attempting to charge us another screen replacement fee but give us a 25% off, The audacity is unbelievable. This sheer lack of willing to communicate was abysmal, he just kept repeating " it's your property". I pleaded with a gentleman letting him know that I understand where he's coming from but there is no way that a genuine Apple part would break that easily that rapidly. They also offer service for data with the lesser known data services in the competing market such as Simple Mobile, and Net10 along with the more known telecommunication services such as TMobile and MetroPCS. The customer service that the store offers is average at best with a friendly staff, but if you're in a hurry for a repair there's usually a lengthy waiting time due to there only being two active members in the shop.
