Professional staff. Took less than 1 hour to replace my iPhone battery. Cost was less than $100. Battery life has more than doubled. read more

I've been coming here to get my phone fixed for the past year now. The guy here is super nice! He gets the phone fixed fairly fast usually within 2 hours. He also treats his reoccurring customers nice and takes care of us with occasional discounts. I'm super clumsy so I've gotten the back of my phone fixed 3 times. This time he said my battery was swelling so that's why the back screen cracked. He offered to price match apple (for the battery) which was $89. So he gave me a new battery and replaced the back of the phone for $120. In total it was $209. You can also sell electronic devices and purchase them here as well. He has laptops, phones, etc.. Overall, I highly recommend this spot. He's deff competitive pricing for the area and he's kind!! read more

A fantastic experience! Extremely fast and knowledgeable and a completely reasonable price. Made an account just to leave this review.

Easily the most honest and highest quality work of this kind in the area. Fixed a botched repair from another 'repairer' for me in next to no time and provided a number of reasonable and excellent options for me when my phone needed repair and another "repair wasn't really possible". Thank you for your honest work and I have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending this place for your needs. read more

needed my phone screen fixed and they did it for $250 and broke it even more. Do not recommend at all.

These guys provide quality service and repairs, along with honest advice about costs versus benefits.

I've been using this service at this location for over 10 years they have never ever let me down. In fact, they fixed a Watch version one that Apple said could never be fixed if you want something done right and done quickly and professionally, take it to them. Had two successful visits so I fixed it today. Screen protectors on both my new iPhones and cases and chargers. Where else can you go for service like this all with a smile if you want it done right and done professionally go to Leesburg. read more

I just got my phone fixed here and James was so nice and the prices were very reasonable

I dropped my phone yesterday and broke the screen on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. I called around and was fortunate enough to find iFix Cellphone. They charged $100.00 less than their competitors and repaired my phone in less than 45 minutes! They were extremely courteous and did an exceptional job on my phone! Thank you iFix!!! read more

fully fixed my phone however they told us it was going to be $100 initially. after they fixed it, they proceeded to tell us there was an option to fix it for $50. when we told them we werent told about the cheaper option, it wasnt their problem because "we didnt ask about a cheaper option." how the hell were we supposed to know? they didnt have prices up at the booth. they continued to argue with us about how it was our fault since we didnt ask until we just gave them the money. you can get your phone fixed here at the cost of horrible ass customer service. read more

They charged $60 for a basic factory reset. They did not ask my permission to do that. The phone is worth $75. The factory resetting service is $30 everywhere. Beware of these scammers. I could give zero star if I could, it does not let me to do it. read more

Helped me out in a bind when I was visiting from out town! Service was prompt and they were very personable. More importantly, they were fully transparent which is critical in any repair industry. What could've been a really stressful situation was made better by iFix, and my phone was left in excellent condition. Highly recommend! read more

iFix did a great job repairing my iPhone when I was in from out of town. It was quick, in and out. I left the phone for about an hour and they were done by the time I got back. No issues at all, the phone has been in great working order for over a year now. Highly recommended, professional customer service, great prices and top notch quality work. read more

I couldn't be happier with the service this guy provided. He fixed my Android phone and two days later I broke it again, he only charged me for the new screen and not his labor the second time around even though I offered to pay for it. Fast service, great workmanship and integrity, can't imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended. read more

Screen was repaired, but doesn't work the same way it should. Why? I have no clue. There's some sketchy work that goes on in this place. Do not recommend read more

This place is a Godsend! I dropped my phone yesterday afternoon and it completely shattered. Facial recognition stopped working. I was able to stop by today around 4:30 and picked up my phone an hour later! You can't even tell it was cracked. This will be my go to place for all iPhone needs moving forward. read more

I felt I must leave a review after my second visit here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I came in for something so simple yet frustrating for me and that was installing my SIM card. After trying for at least an hour, I ran up to this great establishment. It took the professional there about 20 seconds, literally, to fix it. I was not charged for my ignorance and left happy as a.... Thanks to all. I highly recommend them and know you will be satisfied. Chris Johnson read more

Joel and his team have done a great job fixing our iPhones and other devices. They always fix it right the first time at a reasonable price. Highly recommend I Fix Leesburg. read more

This company is uninformed about Apple warranties. They are also poor communicators who deflect accountability, use sarcasm with customers--and they deny it all. Use them and if you're desperate and can afford money or time to invalidate any part of your Apple warranty. In terms of temperament, they can escalate and enrage the most patient if people (I work very successfully in retail, and I know). I have told BestBuy, who referred them, about my two-week grief with them. In the end, all they want to do is get you to upgrade to a new iPhone, then they blame you if for whatever valid reason you decline. CAVEAT EMPTOR! Buyer Beware! read more

My iPhone 7's screen went black and the phone apparently stopped working. I brought it here and it was repaired within 30 minutes for less than $100. I can't recommend iFix Cellphone enough! read more

Best experience of getting my phone fixed ever. The whole process was quick and easy. I needed my phone fixed, I called, and they were able to fix my phone immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired in a hurry. It took about 30 mins -- 5-star service. read more

Fair prices, very helpful, and good about communicating the issues and options in regards to my phone which they basically brought back from the dead. Thanks! read more

I bought a refurbished iPhone which we immediately realized didn't work well. Took it back the next day and was told the do not take returns. I had to argue with the manager for days for him to 'make an exception' and return the broken device. Terrible service, and breaking VA law by not posting a sign that all sales are final. read more

They really came through when things went wrong. I had my screen replaced a few months back and started noticing little aberrations with the touch screen. Nothing crazy but I went back and the tech did a hard restart and they seemed to clear up. The problems returned but I was too busy to deal with it. Fast forward a couple of months and the screen is dysfunctional. It's out of their warranty so I go back and tell them I understand it's not covered, I just want it fixed. I left it there, and then come back and the screen is replaced and there was no charge. James helped me out through the whole deal and was great to deal with. In adversity quality stores shine and James certainly made the store shine with my screen issues. Can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I badly cracked my iPad screen by dropping it on an iron dumbbell (ouch!) and searched places to fix it. Another place in Leesburg never got back to me. But iFix got right back to me: I could bring it in that day and it was done by that evening, all for $89 plus tax. And they're honest: they called me to inform me I'd managed to also scratch the LCD a bit, and they could replace that too, but since it's not a brand new model he recommended not doing it. The LCD scratch is completely bearable (and reminds me how much of an idiot I was) and I got it almost new for under $100. Quick, fair price, honest... everything I could ask for in a repair shop. I'll be back! read more

Fast, professional service and work. Best price in town, after calling three other locations that do screen repairs to cellphones.

My iPhone 6 had mild water damage and after more than 36 hours of being turned off to allow drying I wanted to be sure it was cleaned of debris from rice that it sat in and potentially any corrosion. Of course I was told no guarantee that it would work and after explaining the situation to the technician he wanted to save me the $30 clean fee so he felt comfortable enough to attempt turning it on. The phone came up. Even though everything appeared to be in working order I still did follow through with the service for just in case and at $30 it was completely worth it. I was told 45 mins to an hour it would be ready and it certainly was. Thank you iFix. read more

Have taken phone their multiple times and all times they have either not fixed the problem on my phone or broke something else. Constantly had to go back and fourth because they didn't fix it. They randomly said we rushed them and they need 3 or 4 days to do tests on the phones wants they repair them. They said to bring it back at the beginning of the week so they had time to fix and test it. When I did they acknowledged they broke my home button and never fixed my charging port. A few days later they left me a voicemail saying the phone I brought in first wasn't the phone I brought back. When I went in their the employee denied telling me they broke my home button. The few days I waited to take my phone back the screen randomly stopped working like the home button did. Their story changed to it was the same phone but I had gotten the inside dirty and had a lot of water damage in it in 3 days! Then multiple workers came piling out from the back yelling they did no wrong doing. The owner was pointing and yelling putting his hand in my face multiple times and put his hands up saying enough! He kept saying he wasn't going to argue then made rude remarks. He refunded me 59$ and slammed it on the table and was yelling rude remarks as I walked out the door. When I originally brought my phone a different employee was very short and rude as well! It was so unprofessional and a horrible way to run a business! Joel was very unprofessional and rude. They are very polite at first but as soon as something goes wrong it changes jurastically go their if you want to be ambushed lied to and screamed at. Dude was jumping around and getting so angry just wanted to argue! Same stuff goes on at the ash burn store. I was shocked amazed and very adjatated. Never let these people get a hold of your phone!!!!!!! read more

I have spent over $500 a year in this place into be treated in a very rude fashion by Josh. Hes very snippy and speaks in a condescending manner to customers. He's the worst representative of customer service at this business. I am also concerned that they may be pushing unnecessary services customers similar to the way it happens at Jiffy Lube with add on services, etc. They repaired my iPad and told my old battery was basically no good even though it would run for two days straight without a charge prior to the screen breaking. I thought maybe it was damaged after the fall to the ground and gave them the benefit of the doubt to allow them to replace the battery. I've since learned that it's likely he fried my battery while hearing the case to open the iPad. At present the "new" battery is terrible and will not even last one day of sporadic use they either he lied or gave me a very inferior battery. Service total was $300.00. The same for my iPhone on the same day. He gave me a new battery with bad charge life. There are too many other places that provide this service I can go to where I will be treated much better than here. read more

Notice (and read!) the negative reviews that aren't factored into this company's rating. Very odd that all negative reviews are buried, not factored in, not recommended, etc. I can find and take a pic of my bill/receipt from the company if necessary. I took in an iPhone 6 and and 2 iPad Minis to have cracked screens repaired. They couldn't fix one of the iPads, but fixed the others, for more than what the quoted prices on their website. Immediately I noticed that the home button of the iPad was not right; It was sunken in, which I pointed out when the employee gave it back to me, which he apologized for but he said it was operational so "Don't worry about it". Only later did I realize the charging port was also off kilter, which made charging difficult. When plugged in for charging, it wouldn't charge and had to be heavily manipulated to do so. Within a few months, and despite having an Otter cover, my iPhone's screen had a chunk fall off, a length of the screen going across the top! Years ago, I used another a mobile screen repair service and never, ever had an issue. Not the case with this company. The tech clearly did not know what he was doing and provided a subpar repair that lasted only a few months as both devices now need to be repaired again. There are many screen repair places, and based upon the service I got, I'd look elsewhere. read more

Took our iPhone that had a screen that was lifting up. The owner opened it up and explained that the battery was expanding due to gases etc. told us how much it would cost and said it would take 30 minutes to fix. 10 minutes later he handed the phone back to us and we were on our way. Excellent service and fast to boot!! Would strongly recommend these folks!! Also the shop is very well organized and clean, exactly what I want to see in a repair shop. read more
