I've been coming here to get my phone fixed for the past year now. The guy here is super nice! He gets the phone fixed fairly fast usually within 2 hours. He also treats his reoccurring customers nice and takes care of us with occasional discounts. I'm super clumsy so I've gotten the back of my phone fixed 3 times. This time he said my battery was swelling so that's why the back screen cracked. He offered to price match apple (for the battery) which was $89. This company is uninformed about Apple warranties. They are also poor communicators who deflect accountability, use sarcasm with customers--and they deny it all. Use them and if you're desperate and can afford money or time to invalidate any part of your Apple warranty. In terms of temperament, they can escalate and enrage the most patient if people (I work very successfully in retail, and I know). I have told BestBuy, who referred them, about my two-week grief with them. They really came through when things went wrong. I had my screen replaced a few months back and started noticing little aberrations with the touch screen. Nothing crazy but I went back and the tech did a hard restart and they seemed to clear up. The problems returned but I was too busy to deal with it. Fast forward a couple of months and the screen is dysfunctional. It's out of their warranty so I go back and tell them I understand it's not covered, I just want it fixed. I left it there, and then come back and the screen is replaced and there was no charge. James helped me out through the whole deal and was great to deal with. I badly cracked my iPad screen by dropping it on an iron dumbbell (ouch!) and searched places to fix it. Another place in Leesburg never got back to me. But iFix got right back to me: I could bring it in that day and it was done by that evening, all for $89 plus tax. And they're honest: they called me to inform me I'd managed to also scratch the LCD a bit, and they could replace that too, but since it's not a brand new model he recommended not doing it. The LCD scratch is completely bearable (and reminds me how much of an idiot I was) and I got it almost new for under $100. Quick, fair price, honest... everything I could ask for in a repair shop. My iPhone 6 had mild water damage and after more than 36 hours of being turned off to allow drying I wanted to be sure it was cleaned of debris from rice that it sat in and potentially any corrosion. Of course I was told no guarantee that it would work and after explaining the situation to the technician he wanted to save me the $30 clean fee so he felt comfortable enough to attempt turning it on. The phone came up. Even though everything appeared to be in working order I still did follow through with the service for just in case and at $30 it was completely worth it. Have taken phone their multiple times and all times they have either not fixed the problem on my phone or broke something else. Constantly had to go back and fourth because they didn't fix it. They randomly said we rushed them and they need 3 or 4 days to do tests on the phones wants they repair them. They said to bring it back at the beginning of the week so they had time to fix and test it. When I did they acknowledged they broke my home button and never fixed my charging port. A few days later they left me a voicemail saying the phone I brought in first wasn't the phone I brought back. When I went in their the employee denied telling me they broke my home button. The few days I waited to take my phone back the screen randomly stopped working like the home button did. Their story changed to it was the same phone but I had gotten the inside dirty and had a lot of water damage in it in 3 days! Then multiple workers came piling out from the back yelling they did no wrong doing. The owner was pointing and yelling putting his hand in my face multiple times and put his hands up saying enough! He kept saying he wasn't going to argue then made rude remarks. He refunded me 59$ and slammed it on the table and was yelling rude remarks as I walked out the door. When I originally brought my phone a different employee was very short and rude as well! It was so unprofessional and a horrible way to run a business! Joel was very unprofessional and rude. They are very polite at first but as soon as something goes wrong it changes jurastically go their if you want to be ambushed lied to and screamed at. Dude was jumping around and getting so angry just wanted to argue! Same stuff goes on at the ash burn store. I was shocked amazed and very adjatated. I have spent over $500 a year in this place into be treated in a very rude fashion by Josh. Hes very snippy and speaks in a condescending manner to customers. He's the worst representative of customer service at this business. I am also concerned that they may be pushing unnecessary services customers similar to the way it happens at Jiffy Lube with add on services, etc. They repaired my iPad and told my old battery was basically no good even though it would run for two days straight without a charge prior to the screen breaking. I thought maybe it was damaged after the fall to the ground and gave them the benefit of the doubt to allow them to replace the battery. I've since learned that it's likely he fried my battery while hearing the case to open the iPad. At present the "new" battery is terrible and will not even last one day of sporadic use they either he lied or gave me a very inferior battery. Service total was $300.00. The same for my iPhone on the same day. He gave me a new battery with bad charge life. There are too many other places that provide this service I can go to where I will be treated much better than here. read more

Very odd that all negative reviews are buried, not factored in, not recommended, etc. I can find and take a pic of my bill/receipt from the company if necessary. I took in an iPhone 6 and and 2 iPad Minis to have cracked screens repaired. They couldn't fix one of the iPads, but fixed the others, for more than what the quoted prices on their website. Immediately I noticed that the home button of the iPad was not right; It was sunken in, which I pointed out when the employee gave it back to me, which he apologized for but he said it was operational so "Don't worry about it". Only later did I realize the charging port was also off kilter, which made charging difficult. When plugged in for charging, it wouldn't charge and had to be heavily manipulated to do so. Within a few months, and despite having an Otter cover, my iPhone's screen had a chunk fall off, a length of the screen going across the top! Years ago, I used another a mobile screen repair service and never, ever had an issue. Not the case with this company. The tech clearly did not know what he was doing and provided a subpar repair that lasted only a few months as both devices now need to be repaired again. There are many screen repair places, and based upon the service I got, I'd look elsewhere. read more
