This is one of the best companies we've worked with. Andrew has been taking care of our carpets for years. He doesn't nickel and dime you with extras. He just does what is needed to get the carpets good and clean. He's very professional, super friendly and the cost is right on. read more

Super great communication, good pricing, great job cleaning, and Andrew is one of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever worked with. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and why, and he went above and beyond in helping with issues beyond the scope of what I'd expect when paying for a basic cleaning. Highly recommend! read more

Emergency call on a Friday night after I came home from work to find my relative had acted like she needed an exorcism and vomited tomato-based food on all over her bed, and the carpets of her room, the hallway, and the primary bedroom. I don't know how many hours old the vomit was but she told me she had vomited four times before she passed out peacefully on the sofa. Andrew responded to my Friday night message quickly, and scheduled me for an emergency appointment the following morning. He showed up on time, was friendly, informative, and got our carpet looking cleaner than when he got here. He even spot cleaned the mattress and did the rest of the hallway so that the carpets didn't look different in cleanliness. I am so grateful that he made himself available and did such an excellent job. Prices were reasonable given how thorough he was. He was also cheerful and respectful the whole way through. Deserves all five stars. read more

What a refreshing concept: a company that under promises and over delivers! From the initial contact to the result; this process couldn't have gone any smoother and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome! I asked for bids from approx. 15 companies and Stainbusters was in the middle in terms of price; however, what stands out is their customer service and professionalism. They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and were able to accommodate our request to arrive 15 minutes earlier than they originally wanted to come out. In addition to the great job they did in cleaning our carpet, what separates Stainbusters is their attention to detail and the little extras they did. For example, they used a dark light to first see if there were any hidden animal stains (we have 2 dogs). Also, they made sure to raise our furniture while the carpet dried. If that wasn't enough, they cleaned our 3 downstairs area rugs for no additional charge! We will definitely be using Stainbusters again! read more

Andrew was amazing and would highly recommend! He removed years of traffic stains on my basement staircase.

We are selling our house and needed to find a good company to do our carpets. Our carpets in the bedrooms, stairs, and basement were not terrible but had some stains from acrylic paint, some dirty spots from kids and dogs, and wanted a good steam cleaning. Andrew's customer service was top notch! He went above and beyond to fit us in their hectic schedule with only a few days notice! Their prices are great and they do a great job. Plus it is always nice to support a good, local company. read more

Had Andrew come in for the annual carpet cleaning last week and this time was an even quicker process than last. I called, he gave me a choice of 3 different dates and time slots and walah!!! My carpets are clean. Only took a week from the time I called to clean floors. Per his MO, job was superb. We had some heavy stains ranging from chocolate milk, red velvet cake colored kid puke to coffee stains and more. Andrew always gets my carpet to look like brand new again. Plus my kids got a kick from the shoe covers but didn't really need for long coz it was dry in a couple of hours. As expected, I'm more than satisfied with the job and professionalism. Will not let anyone else touch our carpet. read more

I could not be happier or more impressed! I called StainBusters on a Monday morning after using the carpet in the family room to soak up a glass of red wine over the weekend. Andrew took my call and in just a minute or two of conversation, I learned that Andrew was both incredibly knowledgeable on the topic of carpet cleaning and also, extremely professional. In about two or three more minutes of conversation, I had an appointment booked for first thing on Wednesday morning. After booking the appointment and prior to their arrival, I received confirmation texts. Come the day of the appointment, they arrived early, which was awesome, and got right to work. They put down blankets to protect the hardwood floors, guards for corners of the walls, and even a really cool temporary vinly door on the front door of the house, so the hot air and bugs from outside, stayed outside while they were cleaning the carpets - very thoughtful and cool! As for the carpet cleaning itself, amazing work! Andrew and his crew worked hard and took time along the way to explain any important detail. He also left me with a full bottle of carpet cleaner, should I need some help after he left - again, very thoughtful and cool! As for the red wine stain - GONE!! And several other stains as well and the carpets look brand new!! Give Andrew and his team a call, you will be very happy you did! read more

Had a pretty bad red wine stain on our white carpet. Andrew was able to remove it completely. Which really exceeded our expectations. Will definitely continue to use them in the future. read more

I will join the chorus of other 5-star reviews. What a great company! Very professional, highly responsive in their communication, friendly, and perfect results -- our carpets look beautiful. Because they'll need to prop your front door open to get their equipment in, they even have a special contraption to block the door to keep your pets from getting out during that part of the process -- which I've never seen another company do. It really speaks to how helpful and thoughtful they are. I strongly recommend them. read more

Andrew & his team did a fantastic job cleaning carpets in 3 bedrooms for our townhome. Tenant had pet stains and they did a deep clean with acid & enzyme treatment. We didn't have enough time to change them but now we don't need to. Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and punctual. I would highly recommend StainBusters! Thank you for taking care of our carpets. read more

StainBusters is a MIRACLE WORKING TEAM!! Andrew was able to fit me in for a cleaning due to my cat needing to mark the entire office on our first floor. ‍He took a look at all of our areas we had questions on. And he laid out all the steps and was able to get to work. We have lived in 4 states and had to use carpet cleaning companies before. And this company was the only one able to actually lift up the carpet and show us the exact spots and areas where our cat was marking. He was able to give a full detailed plan he was going to do and started the process. When he was done there was a chemical smell from the solution however he told us what to do to help get the carpet dry and the smell was gone. After his cleaned the carpet he even had the tools to put the carpet back into place. The next day Andrew did a check in and we told him about the carpet still being a bit damp. And he took time out of his schedule to come by and drop off one of his industrial dryer for us to use. So far the smells not back. And I can't say anything better about Andrew and the entire team!! If you have a stain smell or any kind of carpet or rug issue these guys are the real deal. read more

I love StainBusters. I won't use any other company to clean my carpets. Andrew and his crew are kind, quick and knowledgeable.

These guys are seriously my heroes. One fine morning, I accidentally sprinkled some mighty fine Crystal Light Raspberry Ice drink mix all over my nice beige carpet _which had just been professionally cleaned_ in my wonderful rented condo. Frantic, I tried simultaneously to clean up the mess and call the experts. No one would either answer my call, come to my rescue or offer a solution until I reached StainBusters. They immediately gave me a solution to help tide me over until they could come in and rescue the carpet. The result? What should have been a permanant stain (and the end of my rental deposit) is now gone and back to boring beige carpet - success! Not only did they save the day, but these guys were pleasant and easy to work with. I finally felt I met some people who actually cared about what they did and who they worked with. I don't plain on staining my carpet anytime again, but I know who I'd call/recommend for any minor/major emergency. Relief! read more

Highly recommend! read more

I can't say a enough good things about this service . They are honest thorough and great to work with . Results always excellent

I rarely give reviews but these guys are great. We've paid them to redo carpet that was already "cleaned" before we moved in and it made a world of difference on appearance and odor. We had to do the same thing a couple of years ago coming into a new rental as well - stains that didn't come out apparently for other cleaners but were not an issue for StainBusters. Great to do business with. read more

I was really trying to find a reputable company that would not only clean the carpets of where we were staying to have a successful move out, but a company that could remove tough stains. Stainbusters did a phenomenal job and our service guy, Dylan, was meticulous with all of his hard work!! I was beyond pleased and impressed with the quality job that was done on our carpets for such an affordable and decent rate. I strongly recommend using this company, and I plan on using them again in the future! read more

Andrew and his team are AMAZING!! I have used them several times as I move a lot locally and they have come through every time! They are very communicative, texting in advance to confirm and for arrival times. Every time, they were early, friendly and quick. The quality of service is the best you can get, I have never had cleaner carpets!! Ink, pet stains, food you name it, they get it out and carpets looking like new! They also give you booties and a bottle of spray in case any soaks back thru (never has) or for future use which has worked well even on red wine! Highly Recommend! read more

They were great!! They were on time, communicated with me before their arrival and the carpet looks GREAT!! We've had other carpet cleaners before and I had no idea how good it could be. There was also no upsell, which I love and their price was the same/lower than the other cleaners that had "specials or coupons". read more

Absolute Professionals. I'd want to write a long detailed write-up discussing the super easy appointment strategy, the thorough explanation of techniques applied, and a thorough lay down area to ensure dirt and debris wasn't tracked. But I won't say that. I'll just say. Absolute. Professionals. read more

I have used Stainbusters several times over the years and I actually feel bad that it has taken me so long to write a review. Andrew and his team are amazing. They have always been prompt, flexible and professional. They go above and beyond to do the best job possible. I used them last week for a move-in cleaning and just this morning for a move-out cleaning. The move out cleaning involved a goo/slime/who know what stain in my sons room. Andrew talked me through the process of trying to tackle that stain and set the expectation that it might not actually be possible to remove it but he did it. Again... above & beyond. I have used other services before... I will not be doing that again. Andrew's prices are competitive with the market, but the quality of service that you get for that price far exceeds the competition in my opinion. read more

We used StainBusters on the recommendation of a neighbor whose mother owns apartments. I'm a repeat customer of StainBusters, and for good reason. Andrew and Dillon (hope I spelled that correctly) arrived promptly and provided terrific, friendly service. The level of professionalism is outstanding and their work is faultless. Incredible job and professional! Setting up an appointment was absolutely easy, very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward! Matt arrived early to a 7:30 am appointment.. I had to be out the door by 7:30 and he was here by 7:20. He was absolutely professional and friendly. We walked through the areas to be cleaned and asked the right questions. I came home and the carpet was perfect! he finished in a little over an hour, made sure everything stayed clean and did not miss a spot. I have deep frieze carpet and three children. All the dry stuck play-doh was gone, make-up stains from the girls room gone and it smelled fresh. No harsh chemicals and the carpet feels sooooo soft Great job! The best part... pricing... absolutely competitive! Incredibly reasonable and affordable! StainBusters' reviews speak for themselves. I was stuck debating whether to have the carpets cleaned or replaced. I decided to have them cleaned with full intent on replacing with hardwood at the beginning of next year. I called Andrew and was blown away by his level of knowledge, care for the service he provided, and the time he took to detail the cleaning process. I scheduled the appointment and he showed up on time, which is practically unheard of in the days of 6 hour arrival timeframes. Andrew's prices were fair and his service was exceptional. My carpets look brand spanking new and I don't see the need to replace them any longer! I will most certainly use StainBusters again. read more
