Emergency call on a Friday night after I came home from work to find my relative had acted like she needed an exorcism and vomited tomato-based food on all over her bed, and the carpets of her room, the hallway, and the primary bedroom. I don't know how many hours old the vomit was but she told me she had vomited four times before she passed out peacefully on the sofa. Andrew responded to my Friday night message quickly, and scheduled me for an emergency appointment the following morning. He showed up on time, was friendly, informative, and got our carpet looking cleaner than when he got here. He even spot cleaned the mattress and did the rest of the hallway so that the carpets didn't look different in cleanliness. From the initial contact to the result; this process couldn't have gone any smoother and we couldn't be any happier with the outcome! They were very responsive to my initial inquiry and were able to accommodate our request to arrive 15 minutes earlier than they originally wanted to come out. In addition to the great job they did in cleaning our carpet, what separates Stainbusters is their attention to detail and the little extras they did. For example, they used a dark light to first see if there were any hidden animal stains (we have 2 dogs). Also, they made sure to raise our furniture while the carpet dried. Had Andrew come in for the annual carpet cleaning last week and this time was an even quicker process than last. I called, he gave me a choice of 3 different dates and time slots and walah!!! My carpets are clean. Only took a week from the time I called to clean floors. Per his MO, job was superb. We had some heavy stains ranging from chocolate milk, red velvet cake colored kid puke to coffee stains and more. Andrew always gets my carpet to look like brand new again. I could not be happier or more impressed! I called StainBusters on a Monday morning after using the carpet in the family room to soak up a glass of red wine over the weekend. Andrew took my call and in just a minute or two of conversation, I learned that Andrew was both incredibly knowledgeable on the topic of carpet cleaning and also, extremely professional. In about two or three more minutes of conversation, I had an appointment booked for first thing on Wednesday morning. After booking the appointment and prior to their arrival, I received confirmation texts. Come the day of the appointment, they arrived early, which was awesome, and got right to work. They put down blankets to protect the hardwood floors, guards for corners of the walls, and even a really cool temporary vinly door on the front door of the house, so the hot air and bugs from outside, stayed outside while they were cleaning the carpets - very thoughtful and cool! As for the carpet cleaning itself, amazing work! Andrew and his crew worked hard and took time along the way to explain any important detail. He also left me with a full bottle of carpet cleaner, should I need some help after he left - again, very thoughtful and cool! As for the red wine stain - GONE!! Andrew was able to fit me in for a cleaning due to my cat needing to mark the entire office on our first floor. ‍He took a look at all of our areas we had questions on. And he laid out all the steps and was able to get to work. We have lived in 4 states and had to use carpet cleaning companies before. And this company was the only one able to actually lift up the carpet and show us the exact spots and areas where our cat was marking. He was able to give a full detailed plan he was going to do and started the process. When he was done there was a chemical smell from the solution however he told us what to do to help get the carpet dry and the smell was gone. After his cleaned the carpet he even had the tools to put the carpet back into place. The next day Andrew did a check in and we told him about the carpet still being a bit damp. And he took time out of his schedule to come by and drop off one of his industrial dryer for us to use. So far the smells not back. And I can't say anything better about Andrew and the entire team!! They have always been prompt, flexible and professional. They go above and beyond to do the best job possible. I used them last week for a move-in cleaning and just this morning for a move-out cleaning. The move out cleaning involved a goo/slime/who know what stain in my sons room. Andrew talked me through the process of trying to tackle that stain and set the expectation that it might not actually be possible to remove it but he did it. Again... above & beyond.
