Daisy Fresh responded to my request quickly and gave me a quote within 30 minutes. Christien arrived on time and got my carpets looking like new again by the time he was done with our town home. There were a couple of problem spots that I worried about and they were corrected by Christien. I recommend them. read more

Christien is careful, efficient and proficient. Carpet cleaning is not something really sexy you want to spend your money on, let's face it. BUT....Daisy Fresh Carpet Cleaning is the BEST. In a world where most everyone does their jobs at 50%, Christien is NOT that person. Job Well Done. read more

Christian cleaned our carpets for us and did an amazing job! We have a puppy who is still in training and is sill having accidents. Christian recommended the deodorizer which did wonders, the room smells wonderful. I contacted them on Friday and they were available the next day to do our carpets. And they applied a coupon of $199 for six rooms! Great deal! Definitely recommend! read more

DON'T use this company! They were a disaster from start to finish. The technician showed up at our door without calling first. He said that the business office neglected to give him the last digit of our phone number, so rather than call the office to get it, he just showed up at our door. We showed him the spots that needed extra treatment, but he basically ignored us. Whatever kind of cleaning this company uses left a bunch of residue and balls of fuzz all over our rugs. When I asked him about the dark spots that were still on our rugs, he got up in my face and yelled at me that we would just have to wait until the rug dried to see if the stains had come out! Big help! He was super rude and aggressive. I literally left the room because I found him so offensive. My husband and I ended up having to re-vacuum all of our rugs because of the deep marks that the cleaner left in them and all the fuzz balls that were left. We called Stanley Steemer, and they came out the next day, and made it the situation right again. So we ended up paying twice to get our carpets cleaned. What a disaster! read more

The tech arrived on time and did the entire house in 2 hours. Happy with the results. Would hire them again.

I guess if you want a mist of cleaner and vacuum lines this is the business for you. I specifically mentioned that I need the corners cleaned and not once was there a mention of not being able to get even relatively close to the wall. Apparently cleaning the carpet right up to the wall will cause damage to the wall??? At least an inch of carpet along my edges was not cleaned, on top of any area that I did not move the items (aside from one dog bed). There is a hanging wardrobe on wheels in one room that (I assumed - my bad) was easy enough to move - nope. If it wasn't wide open carpet, no effort was made to clean. I have at least 1800 sq ft of carpeted area...he was done in about an hour. The carpet doesn't even smell clean. They were timely with response and I got an appointment the next day...and I see why. read more

Daisy Fresh Carpet Cleaners is a wonderful company! The man that came certainly knew his job. He cleaned my entire home in perfect order, did it quickly, and left it here as if it was brand new, and at a reasonable price. I was very impressed. In the future I will be calling Daisy Fresh again! read more

Best carpet cleaning we have ever had. They arrived in time, very professional and timely. The carpets look great...!

I couldn't have been happier with Daisy Fresh! The scheduling process was seamless, the technician called 30 minutes before arrival and showed up on time, my carpet looked outstanding after the cleaning, and the cost was extremely reasonable. I'll use them again! read more

Daisy Fresh did a great job getting my carpet clean. They are very professional. I would recommend them.

The prices were great compared to the competitors and I was scheduled fairly quick but I felt the service was rushed. The carpet were cleaner than before but not as good as getting them "professionally clean". I loved the technician was honest with me and told me which stains were permanent and all. But, he finished cleaning around 1800 sf of carpet in under 55 min. A lot of areas near the corner were not cleaned properly. But maybe for the price, that's the best they could do. read more

I was able to make an appointment online and they came out as soon as I was available. My carpet looked better but I wished one dirt spot was more focused on. Probably missed it because I wasn't home to direct them to that spot. But overall it was a good and easy experience. I would use them again and recommend their services. The manager was very nice and accommodating. read more

Daisy fresh was able to take a last minute appointment after my other carpet guy canceled. They did an amazing job was very knowledgeable and left the carpet very clean and not that damp like other companies! Would definitely use them again!!! read more

Lewis made sure he reached me a day or two before the appointment to keep me abreast of the haps and who the technician would be. Christien arrived a little earlier than expected, which was just fine. He was basically in and out and the carpet and furniture look fresh. I like that it didn't take a long time. He gave me some tips for future reference. I will be calling them back to do a few more rooms. read more

I love this company! The owner and staff are so helpful and always nice - scheduling is super easy and they always show when the say they will. My carpets get cleaned and the dog/cat/kids marks and smells removed, all without all the harsh chemicals. read more

Best available rate. Stains not completely removed. Might try again in the future.

Great communication and fast service! Their rates are super competitive and I was able to get a quote and set up my cleaning appointment without having to first ask for someone to come out to inspect my carpet. I'm very satisfied with this company and will be using them again when I need future carpet cleaning services :) read more

I just had my 20 year old carpets professionally cleaned for the first time. I've been doing it myself and decided I needed professional help to get out the stains. Daisy Fresh have them looking like new. I am impressed. They were quick to respond to my request. There price was the best I was quoted, as they go by square footage as opposed to just rooms or stairs. It was well worth the cost. read more

The technician was right on time and worked very quickly. The house smelled great after the work and the spots were gone. We have a 3 level townhouse and 2 pets. This is an organic chemical cleaning treatment that does freshen things. It does not pull the deeper dirt or deep clean the high traffic areas that a steam cleaning would. Be sure to vacuum well before and after. We had rain that day so drying time is impacted. He was willing to move some furniture out of the way, we moved most of it ahead of time into the kitchen and baths. Heavy furniture remained in place. read more

Daisy Fresh Carpet cleaning was responsive, efficient, and professional. They made the entire carpet cleaning process simple from start to finish. Would recommend this company for anyone looking to have their carpets professionally cleaned. read more

I hired Daisy Fresh to clean my micro fabric sectional sofa, and Ottoman. They did a phenomenal job! I could not be more thrilled. I would not hesitate to have them come and clean my carpets. They were very professional and did not overly charge. read more

Daisy Fresh came out to clean my furniture. They also picked up my oriental rugs for cleaning. They were on time, polite and professional. They thoroughly explained the prices (which weren't the cheapest but def. worth it.) My rugs looked beautiful when they were returned. Also, lived the cute touch- they gave me a vase with a daisy! read more

Not quite sure how they got their Super Service Award. The dude that showed up out my house to do the job, left without doing a thing and when I complained to Daisy Fresh about it, I was told to deal with Angie's List to get a refund. Horrible experience. I think they subcontract out ... Be careful. read more

If we could give this carpet cleaning company a lower star, they'd have earned it today! Their employee walked out of this customer within 5minutes of coming thru to access the area to clean. The house is always in perfect shape, but he was likely having a bad day; chalk it off to the rain! Seriously rude of the owner and employee for not only walking out, but never returning a call from this customer!! Use this company at your own risk! Not only was a better, more gracious company found, Daisy Fresh has lost a returning customer. read more

We hired Daisy Fresh mainly for the discount that was being offered and were terribly disappointed in their service. We scheduled for a Saturday and after spending time at the location we called only to find out they weren't working that Saturday due to a foul up with Yelp per, owner Louis. We re-scheduled for Sunday and again waited at the location about half an hour after the scheduled time. Since it was around lunchtime and since the townhome was empty, we decided to go have lunch close by, leaving the worker there working. We returned in about an hour finding the garage open. After going through the home, we noticed that the job was poorly done! All corners were not touched as the carpets were still dry, and it looked like the cleaning was sloppily completed since the lines made by the carpet cleaning machine were going every which way and not uniformly in-line like previous jobs done by other carpet cleaners. Seems like the worker was in a hurry to get the job done and not interested in having us review the results once completed! I called and sent the owner Louis a video of the sloppy work but never heard back from him after several calls and voicemails! I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone!!!!! read more

They ruined my sofa cushion and I'm in the process of having it replaced. Whatever chemical they used made the entire cushion cover turn from off white to yellow. They were terribly uncooperative and rude when I called to tell them what happened. It's all about attitude and theirs is terrible! read more

Poor service. I'm selling my Townhouse in Centreville and called Daisy Fresh to clean the carpets for the new owners. I was up sold twice, declined, and the tech got upset. $201 and 20 minutes later my carpets were wet and still dirty but Daisy Fresh was done. Thanks for nothing. read more

I was very pleased with their service! They were very professional and very fast! I could not believe they actually got my carpet so clean, I had 6 children in the house trekking all over my family room all the time, food, Gatorade, you name the stain they got it all out. I also had to call them from Georgia because I had not gotten the other rooms done ( trying to get as much done myself as I could) they were very helpful and came back and did the rest of the house at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend using them. read more

I had Daisy Fresh out to clean some wall to wall carpeting. After drying we noticed some old puppy stains that weren't cleaned. I've called Louis twice to try to get them to come out and try to make this right as we're obviously not satisfied with their results. Twice Louis has said he'd have someone come out but it hasn't happened and I don't expect it to happen. I wouldn't recommend this company at all! read more

We were IMRPESSED by Daisy Fresh! They did a wonderful job and removed stains we did not think possible. I would highly recommend them!

Our carpets look amazing! Christian was able to give us a great deal on cleaning an area rug, too. He and his helper were super professional and super efficient, and Christian gave me all kinds of great advice on the carpet industry and what to do for taking care of our rugs in the future. We will definitely use them again. Thanks, Christian! read more

I hired Daisy Fresh Carpet Cleaning about a week ago to remove stains and clean my mattress. The technician named Christien came today and I watched him during the process. First a mist was sprayed over the entire mattress and then he went over it with another machine and scrubbed my stained areas for like 5 seconds. While scrubbing the stains I asked if it was lifting up and he just stopped. I asked if he could apply more solution or if there was a stronger solution, he then suggested in my personal time I try bleach or peroxide. Which then made me ask myself why am I paying for this service if I am being told I need to apply another cleaner or try cleaning it myself. This is not a $50 service charge, this is a $150 service charge. So I politely asked him to at least try scrubbing it a bit longer and then I noticed other spots were missed and the bed still had lent and fuzzies all over it still in the cracks. So then I said I understand the stains might not lift all the way out, but while you here and I am paying for this service can I at least see that you are putting in an effort with the stains and the cleaning of the entire mattress. I politely asked him to remove the lent now and he told me he was going to his truck to grab something while mumbling under his breath. I hear his truck door slams and by the time I made it to my window he drove off. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and not worth the money. I could of sprayed febreeze and carpet cleaner on the mattress myself for way under $150. Update: Lewis just thanked me for the 1-star review and agrees with the technician decision to drive off. They are stating it was the best thing for him to drive off so an argument wouldn't take place in my home. He stated at this price point it is unreasonable for the customer to ask to re-clean something. What type of business is this and where is the customer service. They continue to prove my point that the service is horrible and not worth the price, if you can't ask someone to re-check a spot. Now he's stating this was an attempt to clean it and that I should be happy that I was not charged. Well I didn't mind paying, but I wanted to see that I all attempts were made before paying for the service. read more
