Writing this a couple months late, but Junk Pics came to my rescue again! Quality of service is 5star and as seamless of a process as it was a year ago. I needed help moving my mom out of her 2nd floor apartment and due to some miscommunication between us, there were never any plans made for movers. I reached out to Marco a couple days before the lease expired and he was able to come the very next day. Transparency, proactive communication, efficient, careful service and fair pricing make for the best value out there and I will continue to patronize this business. Thank you again Marco we appreciate you! read more

WOW!!! Marco and his family were incredible. Hire them! As we were moving out, we suddenly realized how much junk that had accumulated and I frantically started searching for help. Marco responded right away with an estimate and his availability. They were able to come out the same day and immediately swooped in to get things carried upstairs out of the basement. It ended up being so much more stuff than I initially included in my photos but they magically got it all on their truck (not magic... they really took time to work the puzzle and figure out how to get it all on there). They were incredibly friendly and kind and made my stressful day/week so much better. Very reasonable rates. Hiring them was the best decision I have made in months. Thank you!! read more

Junk Pics - Junk - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Showed up on time. SUPER friendly and accommodating with changes to my initial request. Cleaned up after they loaded up. Highly recommended.

These guys were great! I called them to take away several large items that others were claiming they'd need an 18 ft truck to remove (which meant $$$$). This team came with a normal pick up and simply spent 1-2 hours breaking everything down nicely and neatly. Saved me money and came on very short notice. I couldn't have been happier. Thank you! read more

Great price and service. Same day response and next day service. Will hire again. Glad I chose them.

Gave me a heads up before they came, loaded everything up, was very courteous, and confirmed they got everything. Will ABSOLUTELY use again!

For some reason, our previous review on this business is not being displayed, I decided to re-post again. I hired this guy to move my three year old sofa to another house. If I can give a minus or even zero rating, I would. When they (father and son) came, they inspected my sofa and asked me if they could drag it to the front door as they thought it was heavy for two guys, so I let them drag although it didn't look too professional. If he couldn't do the job right because he and another guy were not strong enough, they should have left. Once they moved it to the front door, they brought a dolly which is a mini size. He knew what this job is about..but brought a mini sized dolly? While they were carrying my sofa on the dolly to their truck after dragging it to the front door inside, I saw the leather was torn multiple places. I pointed out and asked them to be more careful. He didn't even say sorry, but started to be very mean and acted like that's nothing to complain. He even said his service is cheap and one shouldn't expect a good service. They didn't even have a blanket to cover it to protect the sofa. We told them in advance that it's a leather sofa to be moved. Then he should have brought something to cover. Rather, this guy started being very rude. Then he was very upset and told me they would unload and just leave as he's mistreated. Mistreated? Because I pointed out there are multiple damages on the leather? Did he expect that I say nothing and am thankful for the damages? If that's my business, I would do my best to protect someone's property since it's responsibility as a business owner. So I asked them to pay for the damages if they were going to unload. He almost threatened me he would not pay as they are not a big company like a microsoft and would just unload and leave because he's treated bad. This service seems to be a good one for removing just junks and trashes and nothing else. I'm more upset with his attitude. Wouldn't use this service again nor recommend to anyone. read more

I used Yelp's request-a-quote function to contact a few junk haulers after Olivo Trash Service ghosted us. For the same items, I got quotes ranging from $175 to $350 or so, with Junk Pics being the least expensive. Two guys (Marco and someone else) from Junk Pics showed up right towards the end of the 3 hour arrival window and gave us a call about 30-40 minutes before to let us know. They took out the items including some bulky furniture from our 2nd floor without any hassle and no additional fees for stairs or anything like that. They were also flexible when I asked to add or replace an item or two after the initial quote (adding a bike rounded the job up to $180). Everything I needed hauled was able to fit in their pick-up truck so it was a relatively small job, but they got it done painlessly. The only thing I noticed was that they weren't wearing masks, which wasn't a requirement for us but may be for others reading this review. So if you care about that, maybe just ask nicely beforehand. Other than that, I highly recommend them. read more

This is an updated review. I hired this guy after a good experience a few years ago. If I can give a minus or even zero rating, I would. They came to move my sofa to another house. They asked me if they could drag it to the front door, so I told them they could although I hated it. Since the three seat sofa was heavy, I agreed that he and his son (?) could drag it since it's inside of the house. Once they moved it to the front door, they brought a dolly which is a mini size. While they were carrying my sofa on the dolly to their truck, I saw the leather was torn multiple places. I pointed out and asked them to be more careful. He didn't even say sorry, but acted like that's nothing to complain. He was like his service is cheap and I shouldn't expect a good service. They didn't even have a blanket to cover it to protect the sofa. We told them in advance that it's a leather sofa to be moved. Then he should have brought something to cover. After those several damages on the leather, I asked if he could use his jacket to protect when they unloaded at the destination as they had nothing to use to protect from more damages. That's when he was very upset and told me they would unload and leave as he's mistreated. He even asked me if I would use my jacket if I were him. Of course. If that's my business, I would to protect someone's property since it's responsibility as a business owner. So I asked them to pay for the damages if they were going to unload. He almost threatened me he would not pay as they are not a big company like a microsoft and would just unload and leave because he's treated bad. Excuse me? I can't believe they do not carry a blanket for this kind of job. He said his fee is cheap and doesn't pay for the damages. It makes sense why they are so cheap and moreover his attitude is very cheap. I provided the first five start review to this business. Now, I'm giving this business the lowest rate possible due to his attitude. As I have ring cameras outside, I even wanted to upload pictures of this event outside. He just kept complaining that he's treated bad and never apologize. But I want to ask if he treated his customer and request well. He shouldn't have accepted this job if he doesn't know how to handle the job. read more
