Very positive experience. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The team was professional and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again! read more

The team just left after removing what we now call the "mystery forest grill" from our backyard--a rusted old grill that probably belonged to the previous (or even the previous previous) owner of our house. Hidden deep behind the bushes, we had no idea it was even there until winter rolled around and the leaves were gone. (Pretty sneaky hiding spot, right? XD) We're so glad we called 123 Junk to help us get rid of this unexpected "Christmas gift." We booked the appointment just the day before, and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. JJ, our client representative, was professional and friendly throughout. Albert and another gentleman arrived right on time at 9am. They were both super friendly, and the whole job took maybe 10-15 minutes--even though the grill was in a tricky spot. Everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and without any hassle. We had a great experience with 123 Junk and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future services. Thank you, 123 Junk! read more

Quick work and it was pretty easy to schedule them in at the last minute. A bit pricy though.

I highly recommend 123 Junk. I needed an old sleeper sofa removed and after doing tons of research I found that most places either won't remove sofas, or they cost an arm and a leg. 123 Junk was cost effective and their customer service was outstanding. We changed our plans a couple of times and they were very understanding and accommodating. The two movers that came were personable and professional. The whole process was quick and hassle free. 123 Junk will be my go-to for any future junk/furniture removal. read more

I'm happy to give 123 Junk a 5 star rating again. They have been my go to for cleaning things out. They arrived on time and got right to work. The guys were friendly, courteous and very efficient. They made sure they had done everything I needed before they left. I definitely recommend 123 Junk! read more

It took less than a day to make the initial contact with the company to then having them out to haul away our stuff. The entire process was explained on the phone the night before they came over. Everything was seamless and very quick. The guys did a great job getting the items out immediately and even went ahead to break our couch in pieces just to get it out of the basement. Well done! Highly recommended. read more

Great experience from my initial call, to the moment they left. 123JUNK efficiently got rid of a neglected treadmill, a mattress, and a bunch of random stuff cluttering up my shed. Best of all, they took out a dryer that literally 4 other contactors said was too big and unwieldy to ever leave my house. In doing all this, they were friendly, respectful of my property, and my opinion. Ive had several contractors working at the house over the past few months and was so fed up with bad attitudes and irresponsible practices. The folks at 123JUNK were such a great suprise, and literally turned my week around. read more

Excellent! Service was wonderful from start to finish. Gave 123JUNK a call and they gave us an estimate. Prices are reasonable. They were friendly, organized, reliable, and professional. We set up a date for our things to be picked up. We got a small discount by placing our things in our garage. Employees came on time, wore masks, and maintained a safe distance. Greatly appreciated. I really love their 1-2-3 Process. Any junk you want removed will either go to one of their many local donation partners or recycled as much as possible (reducing landfill waste). Remaining items that could not be donated and recycled, get hauled away as safely and carefully as possible. What a great company, thank you! read more

They were so nice on the phone when I booked the service that I became suspicious. After all, no vendor is that nice. But I was completely wrong. Their team was polite and efficient and they came in well below their estimate. They were in and out in no time and they were extremely careful as they loaded bulky pieces out of cramped places. I will definitely hire 123Junk again. read more

We just had an excellent experience with 123JUNK. They are highly recommended by our real estate agent. The crew (Able & Darrius) were super nice and respectful. They reviewed with us what was to be taken away and came up with a reasonable estimate. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. read more

I don't know what impressed me more - the ease of finally getting rid of some old heavy furniture, and odds and ends, or the guys doing the heavy lifting. Paul and Nathan took great care not to hit walls or scratch my floor when moving a large, heavy stainless steel commercial kitchen cart, in which the wheels had pretty much come off. Super nice guys - with super strength! I love that they try to recycle things that are usable. In my case, the commercial cart would be usable to a start up restaurant and I had several antique (Mission style) chairs that just needed re-gluing and new seats. Their prices are reasonable as well. I did some comparison shopping before settling on 123Junk, so I'm really happy I made the right choice. read more

I would definitely recommend them. I hadn't moved for 7 years and had a lot of junk I definitely did not need. Thank you to the two young men who assisted me they were both very professional and hardworking. I appreciate it. read more

Everything you read is true, these guys were a dream. Pleasant, fair, professional. I would use them again and completely recommend.

Recommended by a friend, and deservedly so. They quickly scheduled the clearing out of my storage unit, and they worked very efficiently. They adjusted the price downward when the job turned out to be somewhat smaller than anticipated. Staff was helpful and a pleasure to work with. Use this company! read more

Great job with removal. Two guys took my giant, disgusting, ripped couch that weighs a ton - made it look so easy! 10/10 very friendly and timely too. Had an earlier availability that they called and asked if I would like to move up my appointment. Thank you! read more

We used 123JUNK's services back in December 2019 and were so pleased with how responsive, professional, and smooth everything was. I spoke to two individuals prior to the actual furniture pick-up date and they were both very helpful at explaining the pricing structure, what to expect the day of, and scheduling us in. They basically charge by volume using a sofa as the unit of measure, which I believe they said 12-13 sofas fitting in one truck (but don't quote me on that lol). I scheduled a pick-up for my boyfriend's mom but wanted to take care of the costs, so they kept my credit card on file for me. The day of arrival, they still called to double check that they could charge my card which was very thoughtful of them. The boyfriend said the furniture removal was seamless and they had sofas, chairs, and tables from both the first and second floors. I would definitely use 123JUNK again in the future due to the ease and their professionalism! read more

Easy to do business with. The arrived on time. They were efficient, respectful of both my property and my condo common hallways, polite and professional. I will certainly use them again. read more

From my first call to inquire about pricing & availability, 123Junk provided an excellent experience. I did not need to provide a credit card or deposit to reserve an appointment. I also called two other junk removal firms to check pricing -- one never called back (I never understand this), and the other was not only more expensive, they didn't seem interested in my business. My team called to ask if they could come early -- they were running ahead of schedule. The two guys were courteous, careful, organized, and fast! I could not ask for more. Goodbye old tube TVs ... of to be recycled! read more

Great service all around! The phone estimate was easy and accurate. The movers were pros and a pleasure to work with. They took care of multiple pieces of furniture that were 200+ pounds no problem. I'd highly recommend their junk removal service. 5/5 stars! read more

I have been hesitant to have stuff hauled away. Some part was embarrassment at how much junk was in one room. There was worry about the cost. Then the impact of trashing everything. 2 neighbors recently used other services so I decided to go for it. WOW! I am beyond happy. 123Junk was great from first call to the end. I got a 30 min call out. 3 guys showed up and I was shocked how much stuff they could carry out. They were courteous and took care not to mess up any walls or carpet. Why did I wait??? At least I have done it and am so pleased. read more

I have used 123JUNK on three occasions and have always found them to be on time, communicative, friendly and efficient. Their employees are willing to help and go the extra mile. 123Junk removed all remaining items from our house after an estate sale. The service they provided was outstanding. They completely removed all contents (some quite large) from the home without a scratch on any surface and left the house broom clean ready for the new owners. The workers were all friendly, helpful and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly they could clear the house. We would definitely use them again. read more

EDIT: Just to clarify, this move was well before June 2019 when the new policy referenced in the owner's response kicked in. I just wasn't yelping much then. But their response with the policy simply demonstrates my point that they take your furniture and pocket the tax break from donating it. ---- They did a good job getting furniture out of my apartment quickly (although I had to call and email several times to get them to schedule a time to do it), BUT, they were fairly dishonest about the process. This was back when you had them take your furniture, and then they would provide it to a charity and give you a receipt for an itemized donation for your taxes. I donated a lot of perfectly good, fairly new furniture but never heard from them again, even though I followed up. I was told the charities hadn't come yet to look at the furniture and then never heard anything again. I'm sure they pocketed that donation for their own taxes and I understand now they don't even provide the donors with receipts unless you donate directly to the charity, so rest assured this company is probably benefitting from your donations. read more

123Junk was everything they advertised they were and more. Their workers arrived on time; they were uniformed and neat; polite and easy to deal with. They listened to instructions and requests, then performed their task efficiently and quickly, being careful of surroundings. They performed their job in a safe manner. Their price, which I found to be very reasonable, was exactly as quoted. I recommend them without reservation. I'm sure anyone using their services will be as pleased and satisfied as I am. read more

I hired 123 to remove some very large furniture pieces before I began updating my home. The haul included a very heavy china closet, 4 large furniture pieces and some smaller items. To my surprise they were able to get the job done in about 30 minutes with no damages or issues. They were very respectful of the appointment time and called when they were held up in traffic. I was really impressed with their service and positive attitude. The pricing was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend 123 for hauling services and will be using them again soon. read more

Excellent service. Arrived early. Cheerful, capable removers who went above and beyond to remove unused garden shed items, bookshelves, and a sofa. They were careful and efficient. Peace of mind for sure. read more

This service was quick to respond, and to schedule a pickup. On the day of pickup they were ahead of schedule and called to see if they could arrive early. The crew was courteous when in my house and took all the heavy stuff. Cleaned out my back yard of junk. Pricing seemed fair for the market. Received a follow up quality assurance call the following day. read more

I'm a 123Junk fan for life! Darwin, Will, and Kareem were the guys who came out to help get rid of all of the stuff that my parents needed to get rid of as they've been downsizing, and they were great from start to finish. Scheduling with Tim was very easy, and he gave me an idea of how much it would be right on the phone. They then put my mind at ease when I ended up calling them later because I thought we had more stuff to haul away than I originally estimated, assuring me that they would be able to take care of it (their pricing is based on how much room in the truck your stuff takes up.) The guys arrived within their stated 2-hour window, calling ahead of time as promised, and were done within 2 hours despite having a set of stairs to navigate and several big furniture pieces. They were very friendly and worked efficiently, no complaints at all! I love 123Junk's mission to be as environmentally responsible with disposal as possible, first donating to their partner charities like Habitat for Humanity, then recycling what can be recycled, then finally disposing of the rest. I felt good supporting a local business that supports local non-profits, and also felt REALLY good helping clear out sooooo much stuffffff (because honestly, why did my mom have an entire closet full of decade-old hotel shampoos?) I will absolutely be remembering 123Junk in the future, and heartily recommend them! read more

These guys are top notch professionals. I filled out the web form early in the morning. I had a call within 10 minutes of them opening. The driver and crew was awesome. I have used 123Junk twice within the past 3 months. I HAVE NOT REGRETTED IT! Their customer service is top notch, and their staff is extremely courteous. Both times I used their standard hauling service. They charge by the amount of space your items take up on their truck, which I prefer much better than a per piece price that other companies charge. It's also good to know that they work with local charities to ensure your items that are in good condition possibly get donated to those that need them. They also offer a service where they haul your items directly to a charity of your choice; however, that service comes with an additional charge. Whatever your needs are--go with 123Junk! You will be a satisfied customer. read more

123Junk was awesome!!! Very professional and kind. We had all our stuff in the garage ready for them so it was easy and we got a 10% discount for having it all ready for them in the garage. Nice surprise for sure. I highly recommend. We are actually using them again this week to clean out our whole townhouse of items we want donated, and trash. So I'll let you know how that goes. So far highly recommended. They also call when they are on their way which is a great heads up. read more

Could not be more pleased with the service 123 Junk provided. Kodos to the men who came to remove our 2 large sofas and rug (Bruce and Alvin). They were professional, knowledgeable and so careful when removing the sofas--even disassembling them to avoid hitting any walls. And the fact that this company donates usable goods was a plus for us. Highly recommend-5 stars for sure! read more

I had a storage unit I'd been paying a crazy amount for and no longer needed the items inside. I didn't want my sentimental items going to the landfill. I acquired 123Junk's services and could not be happier. Their customer service is over and above and the crew was professional, polite and friendly. I am very impressed by the service I received and I no longer have a storage bill thanks to 123Junk. read more

I used 123Junk to move some old furniture out of my apartment I couldn't move myself. This was my first time using a junk removal service of any kind, and I am so so happy with the entire process they provided. The estimate I was given over the phone a few weeks prior was pretty much exactly what I ended up paying the day of the move, and the two men who did the moving were right on time, super friendly, and extremely efficient. One even asked if my cat would be ok with them leaving the door open - so considerate! :) As a young woman living by myself, I really appreciated having this process be as painless as possible. I absolutely recommend 123Junk for everyone - I don't think you can beat the quality of service and price! read more

Easy reservation process and transparent pricing. They ended up arriving hours late due to an unforeseeable issue at the job right before ours. I had to call to confirm whether someone was still coming, but I was able to connect with a rep quickly and they promptly figured out that there was an issue and provided me with updates going forward. When the drivers got there, they were apologetic and friendly, and had a positive attitude even though they had to work late on a Friday with the delayed schedule. Even with the delay and difficult pick up before ours, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and good at their jobs, which made the whole experience great overall. Would definitely hire them again and recommend, and I'm usually a tough customer! read more
