I contacted them at 4:04pm and everything was cleared by 5:22pm, and this was a HEFTY pile that included 4 mattresses, 3 big chairs, and a ton of other stuff (enough to fill a whole truck),! I will recommend them to EVERYONE. 1 note: (my fault): I forgot to tell them to EMPTY the recycling and trash bins instead of loading them onto their truck & taking them to the landfill(!), and my county doesn't replace them (yikes :(, so just make sure you are really really clear about what goes and what stays ;)

Hidden deep behind the bushes, we had no idea it was even there until winter rolled around and the leaves were gone. (Pretty sneaky hiding spot, right? XD) We're so glad we called 123 Junk to help us get rid of this unexpected "Christmas gift." We booked the appointment just the day before, and the scheduling process was smooth and simple. JJ, our client representative, was professional and friendly throughout. Albert and another gentleman arrived right on time at 9am. They were both super friendly, and the whole job took maybe 10-15 minutes--even though the grill was in a tricky spot. Everything was handled quickly, cleanly, and without any hassle. We had a great experience with 123 Junk and wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future services. Thank you, 123 Junk!

When they arrived to pick up, the elevators in my building were faulty and the building was conducting a fire alarm test. Sean waited twenty minutes for the elevator before the guys could get up to move the love seat. They cleaned the love seat to avoid getting my carpet dirty because it had been on my balcony for years. They then swept the balcony, which I did not ask them to do, but greatly appreciated because I was moving the following day and had an overwhelming amount of things left to do. When they came back up to pick up the couch, my electronic door entry device malfunctioned and the guys had to wait a half an hour for me to track down maintenance staff to fix the issue. Once they got the couch, the elevators again stalled and they waited another twenty minutes to move the couch. The guys took great care moving the items to avoid damaging my apartment or the small elevators. At no point did they complain about the series of events stalling the job by an hour and when they were done moving the items they asked only the quoted price. I paid them significantly more because you really do not get service like this often. I greatly appreciate Sean and the DC Metro Junk Removal team and highly recommend them.

We researched places to get junk removal so we could get it done all at once. They quoted us $179 which was really reasonable! They were available within a couple days of contacting, which was great because we were getting our new couch soon! They called at around 9:15 and said they would be at our house in 20 minutes (our original time was 10am, I think). I appreciated that they didn't have us wait around all day for them. When they arrived, they were quick, efficient, and careful with the objects that had to be removed. I put most of it on the old couch and the paint and wood was by the door so they could quickly gather it up. They got everything done in about 15-20 min! I was amazed. We went to pay and they said we would get a call. Someone called moments after and we paid over the phone. We got 10% off with the coupon on their site for being a first time customer, so we paid around $160. Great deal! We will use them again if needed. Also, they try to reuse/recycle as much as possible! Awesome mentality.
