I recently spotted a truck for It's Haul Good at a neighbor's house, and on a whim asked if they had extra time to move some furniture out of my multi-story house. They not only did that, but they moved other furniture around several rooms and stories, past tricky corners and tight squeezes to make way for all this to happen. They measured ahead of time, and removed doors before (putting them back after perfectly) to ensure there was no damage to get big, heavy pieces in/out of rooms. I had a bedroom set (heavy) moved from an upstairs bedroom, down the store, to their truck, and then hauled away for donation. The 2 guys doing the pick up were prompt, very nice, and moved everything very efficiently. I was super impressed they were able to move the furniture without even using a dolly AND there were no scuffs on my walls or floors (something that every mover the military hired for us over 20+ years were never able to do so I was truly impressed). I am blown away by how wonderful my experience with It's Haul Good was. When I called, I was greeted by the friendliest agent for scheduling, who provided me with a quote that was better than any other comparable company. She also walked me through their donation process, which was very important for me to understand, and explained how they operate to make me feel more comfortable with hiring them. Based off the reviews and this positive experience, I gave it a go. The two guys that came out, Ernest and Rob, were even friendlier. When they called to let us know they were on their way they were respectful and made sure that the arrival still suited us. When they got off the truck, they took care to keep the area clean, confirmed that everything was as discussed (I was looking to donate two large couches), and came up with the best route to move the furniture out of my house. Even during the move, Ernest was thanking me for clearing the path when needed and making sure I knew everything was taken care of.
