The listed price was too much but the man on the phone negotiated down to a more reasonable price for the items I wanted gone. I was able to schedule same-day removal and the young men who arrived were courteous, professional and quick. read more

Absolutely great experience from taking care of the service requested, timeliness / availability, and the price ... I paid what I was quoted. Was also nice that the quote was given over the phone based on what I described needed removal. Called around 3p on a Thurs and the team was able to come out the next day around 10am. They gave me a two hour timeframe of when they'd arrive and did in fact arrive within the timeframe. They were on site for about 10 minutes, if not less. Pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person! Will definitely reach out in the future if needed and would 100% recommend! read more

Out Junk Out was the only company I truly considered after getting quotes. Eddy and his team did a great job on demo and clean up of what I consider an odd job (a tiny house up on stilts). He was responsive to all of my questions and scheduling needs beforehand. They were on time and took care with my property. I would recommend them to others and I will use them again if needed. read more

Quick response and lowest price! Easy to contact through Yelp and I got a quote within minutes and was able to text to arrange a convenient pick up time for mattress box, spring, and frame. Eddy texted me to let me know they were on their way, they showed up on time and and the job is done! Also, I appreciated that they sent a link to pay the amount due - very easy! I 100% recommend them, and will definitely use them again read more

Great communication and punctual. We will definitely use them again. Thank you very much

We sold our house and moved to Texas. We ended up leaving a ton of stuff we couldn't take and stuff we didn't want to take on the front next to the sidewalk. I called Eddy over at Out Junk out and they came out that afternoon and cleaned it all up like it was never there. They also charged me a lot less than another company quoted me. Highly recommend using Eddy! read more

Eddy and his crew are fantastic. Shopped around, Eddy had the best quote and was able to do same day pick up. His professionalism, responsiveness and speed were world class. I would hire his crew in a heartbeat for any job big or small. We needed about 15 bags of about 50 lbs of yard waste picked up and disposed of, and he handled it with ease. Thanks again Eddy!! read more

Perfect. That's my review. Edward and crew were prompt, friendly, professional, and careful (we're going through a reno and had freshly painted walls). The price was very affordable. It's nice to know that if i need these services again, i don't have to search around. We will absolutely use Out Junk Out again. read more

Contacted, and were able to come 2 days later at a time better for me. Friendly, professional, great communication which I think is one of the most important traits, quick on the job, and cost reasonable. Will definitely use again! read more

*Professionalism & Price - Perfect* My wife and I selected Out Junk Out as the team to perform the demolition of our kitchen in early March 2023. Price: Out Junk Out provided a very reasonable estimate for our planned kitchen demolition and removal of junk from our backyard shed. Two other companies provided estimates that were nearly double of the one provided by Out Junk Out. One other company did provide a similar estimate, but shaking their representative's hand was like trying to hold onto wet noodles so that was a "no" for me. Professionalism: I had to request a near last-minute cancellation/postponement of the original demolition date as I couldn't confirm IKEA kitchen cabinet installation as soon as I had hoped. IKEA wasn't providing installation services as their installation teams were in a middle of a lawsuit. I notified Eddy, who was very understanding and remained polite throughout the conversation. Two weeks later I was able to confirm installation for our new cabinets and had Out Junk Out perform the kitchen demolition and junk removal. In addition to executing the task as requested Eddy was very meticulous and asked about items that my wife and I overlooked. Eddy even notified us that the top of one of the cabinets showed signs of a potential pest concern. I have been a longtime Yelp-er and Out Junk Out had zero reviews on Yelp at the time, so it wasn't an easy decision. There's the saying, "you miss 100% of the shots you don't take," and I'm sure glad my boss made me take this shot. read more

I am so impressed by the professional and quick response this company provided! There was a quick follow up after I submitted an interest form online (this often doesn't happen), a touch base in the morning of my move, a text confirmation and a follow up call to arrange timing. Ted and friend showed up early (after calling to see if it was OK) and took away everything I listed along with some additions. I will use them the next time I need to have something hauled - whether it is to the dump or to donate. read more

Good price, send very clear photos of the junk you want removed and be as close in the sq measurement as you can to get a solid quote. Local small business so they are responsive and on time read more
