Fast and easy! I saw they were in Arlington so I contacted them through Yelp. Great communication, Kyle got back to me in an hour or so. Set up a time for the afternoon of the next day and let them know I was flexible with time since I work from home so if they were in the area early they could drop by anytime. They next day they called in the morning to say they were in the area, so no problem there. They were friendly and fast. I didn't have a lot, but I had heavy logs and big batteries, no problems getting rid of everything. I will use them again. read more

Reliable Hauling - I doubled this size with trash by the time they got here. No price change. - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

I recommend this service. It isn't an app-based one, but a simple direct provider of what you need - to get rid of junk. In my case it was a 30 year old mattress. They send they mattress to a green facility. They showed up on time as well and the price was competitive. read more

I just moved and have felt overwhelmed by the number of 'little things' that needed to be discarded/donated/recycled, etc. Things that were needed during the move (boxes), small debris left by former owners in the attic, and stuff I decided AFTER the move I just didn't want in my nice new house--you know the drill. My husband travels often and after spending much of last weekend on maintenance and clutter removal, we decided our time was too precious and I could find a junk removal service. Thanks to Yelp I found Kyle and WHAT A FIND! I called Monday morning and by 9 am this morning, our unsightly trash heap in front of the shed in the driveway was whisked away. Kyle doesn't just take everything to the landfill, he goes through with his team and donates, recycles and curates the items that could use a good home. It's so much easier than posting 50 'curbside' alerts on Nextdoor offering free stuff! Kyle was reasonably priced, easy to communicate with, SUPER quick to respond and the work was excellent! YAY!I read more

Reliable Hauling - The pike of junk/treasures left over from our move. Kyle whisked it away in 3 minutes! - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Kyle Clifford is a Genius of Junk. For the past week, I've had a broken refrigerator in my kitchen and a new refrigerator in my living room. The Home Depot delivery guys were here last week to deliver and install the new one and haul off the old one (identical in dimensions). But lo! They (and I) were amazed to realize that the kitchen doorways were about 4 inches too small to let the appliances pass through. Argh! It appears that the previous owner of my place put the original refrigerator in the kitchen and then remodeled the kitchen with too-small doorways. Really? Really?!! Previous owner, my relationship with geometry is fraught enough as it is. The only solution was to hoist said fridges and coax them through the kitchen window, which is just a 1/2 inch wider than the appliances. The Home Depot dudes said "no way jose" and left me with a fridge in my living room. The guy at Junk in the Trunk said, "We don't do that type of high-risk work, but call Kyle Clifford. I'd trust him to do that type of job." Well, I'm here to testify that this trust is 100% warranted. Kyle and Francisco got the old fridge out and the new fridge in with nary a nick or scratch to the appliances or my kitchen. Kyle even integrated the water line to the freezer and showed me how to work the little rollers and feet on the fridge. I was so thankful to have this issue fixed that I had to hold myself back from hugging him (Dad reflex I think). Kyle smiled and said, "Don't worry, you wouldn't be the first." In short, Reliable Hauling does awesome work at a very good value. I couldn't be happier to have discovered them. Kyle is like the incredibly strong big brother I never had! read more

Reliable Hauling - junk be gone - Junk Removal & Hauling Near Me

Reliable Hauling is nothing short of, well, reliable. May seem cheesy, but it's the absolute truth. I've never met a business whose name was so literally true. Kyle goes above and beyond and out of his way to ensure he can get the job done for his customers. Reliable Hauling is the most dependable business I know and would recommend to anyone. Thanks, Kyle! read more

Reached out to Kyle via Yelp and he was quick to respond, quote and came in 2 days later with his team to remove all the junk I had in the basement. End to end process was professional, reliable, and reasonably priced. Would definitely use Reliable Hauling in the future! read more

I phoned this company to inquire about hauling away some items on my property. The employee I spoke to on the phone was very, very disrespectful in the way he treated me. read more

Very responsive and more affordable than other places I called for quotes. Friendly, personal service from Kyle (owner) and Chris. Flexible and accommodating in scheduling. Clear integrity and professionalism in scheduling, following up with me, showing up precisely when agreed, and not changing the quoted price (even when I added a piece to the haul at the last minute and requested a revised quote.) Will definitely use this service again and recommend to friends! ***Update 6/2018*** Reliable Hauling moved all my heavy stuff one apartment to another in the same building. Again, more responsive; flexible in scheduling; and affordable than anyone else I called. Knowing Kyle was going to show up to handle the bulky stuff made my move much less stressful. read more

Called and within 30 minutes they were moving my couch. Great service and really nice guy!

Very professional, and meticulous work. They helped haul a couch and other items out of my townhome. Due to space constraints, the haul was a challenge. Kyle and Edgar of Reliable Hauling took the time to evaluate the best options for removing the couch and ultimately ended up uninstalling a bannister. They were extremely careful to not scrape my walls or counters and Kyle communicated thoroughly and thoughtfully throughout the job. I highly recommend Reliable Hauling. read more

Kyle and Reliable Hauling have done several jobs for us. Whether it is moving a heavy item from one part of the house to another or taking away "stuff" from the yard, they will handle the job with extreme professionalism and a wonderful attitude. Additionally, they donate items that still have value. You won't be disappointed with the job they do and are a true pleasure to work with. read more

I contacted Reliable Hauling about removing a mix of yard and household junk from my house. Kyle promptly contacted me and arranged a time within days to do the job. He arrived on time, gave me a very reasonable price and got to work with his assistant. They were both very hard-working, friendly and professional. Kyle mad the process stress-free and easy. I will definitely be relying on Kyle and his team again in the future. read more

Once again, Kyle Clifford, his helper and his truck came to my rescue this week! I had a TON of big, heavy furniture and garage junk to get out of my home. I easily scheduled a pickup, gave Kyle an idea of what was going and he gave me time that he would arrive. I got an email confirmation the day before and earlier than planned, his truck pulled up! The whole process was done professionally, with no damage to my home and 90 minutes later, they were off and my home was hundreds of pounds lighter! One of the cool things about Reliable is that they will try to see if charitable organizations might need what you've given them. It is a relief to know that some of my decent stuff that isn't going to go into my new home will be of use! I'll be using Reliable again once or maybe twice before the transition is complete! read more

Happy to report that since my initial review, I have asked Kyle and his team to return about twice a year to haul away more stuff. Without fail, Kyle promptly returns my email, provides me a date and time for pick up and then calls when they are about 30 minutes out from my house on the day of pickup. Fantastic, friendly service and at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend! read more

I actually ended up not needing the service, but these guys were very responsive, had reasonable rates, and were quick to accommodate my schedule. Saved for future needs. read more

I was in need of having some old furniture removed. I turned to Yelp and quickly got around a half dozen choices. Yelp has a nice feature by which you can select vendors, send one message, and receive a quote for the service you're seeking. I received a very prompt and more importantly fair quote from "Reliable Hauling". I accepted Kyle's quote and he was very flexible to work with me on scheduling. I was trying to coordinate the pickup, a carpet cleaner afterwards, and then a delivery. Kyle was able to accommodate my scheduling needs also which was a plus. So if any of you reading this are in need of having items taken away at a fair price (some quotes I received were 150% higher), I urge you to get in touch with Kyle at Reliable Hauling. He'll do right by you and get the job done promptly and completely. Thanks Kyle read more

Great response time. I was in a time crunch for some debris I desperately needed hauled away the very next day. Called and got Kyle (owner) and he was very responsive and understood my predicament. He came out the very next day as he said he would and did an excellent job. I will post before and after photos. Prices are fair. Go to website for prices. Prices are transparent as they get. My kind of company! I was so relieved once they sent a photo that the debris was hauled away. Thank you Reliable Hauling!! read more

We were cleaning out our house as part of a move, and had a range of things from old building supplies to a garage that needed emptying. Kyle was very responsive, he worked into our schedule (which was constrained), he and his crew were very professional and took great care around the house. The price was reasonable, and we feel better about the value-add Kyle provides of donating/recycling where possible. Would highly recommend and would use again. read more

Honest, reliable, great communication. Responded to my email with a phone call within an hour, looked at my mother's condo and gave me an estimate for hauling everything away the next day, sent emails to let me know what was happening and when throughout. Kyle's service was as good as it gets. On top of that, he recommended his wife as a Realtor. She called me the next day after looking at the condo and told me why she wasn't the right person to use. She gave me a great recommendation. I appreciated her honesty and integrity. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. read more

We recently moved into a house that included a shed with numerous items we did not want (saw horses, tables, various wood pieces, kitchen cabinet, various tools, garden hoses, etc) and wanted to get rid of them. We decided to go with Reliable Hauling based on the positive reviews and easy/quick communication in setting up the appointment . They exceeded our expectations by having a) good easy/communication via email to describe what we wanted hauled and set up the appointment b) ability to do weekend hauling c) giving us a good time window of 10am-12noon and called us 20 mins before arriving (and they arrived at 10am) d) they were in and out quickly and without issue. I spoke and worked directly with Kyle (owner). The price was reasonable compared to what it would have taken us to personally remove the items via our SUV and back and forth to the dump. So all in all, we are very satisfied! read more

Had a few pieces of old furniture we needed removed. I put a request for a quote through yelp and Kyle responded with in 10 minutes. He definitely had the best/most reasonable prices (over $50 less than other quotes) and was able to fit me in that day. He came when he said he would and loaded the items quickly. Kyle, the owner, was prompt and courteous -- and the best: came by less than 24 hours after I called. In, out -- moving furniture and "stuff" in a flash. I was very happy with the service....and am looking forward to now cleaning out my garage in the spring! They were very inexpensive. I recommend highly. read more

Kyle was quick to respond and provide a quote! Let me tell you, if there was someone more affordable, I didn't find that service... Kyle had all those I've called beat! Kyle and crew have been tremendous help in moving furniture items for donation, and others from room to room, at several stages while recently renovating and reorganizing my home. This is my first Yelp review. I found Reliable Hauling on Yelp and thought I would give it a try based on the good reviews. They responded to my call within an hour and came out within the same week. We had a gas grill, treadmill, elliptical machine, and 2 doors that needed to be removed from our home. Reliable Hauling texted me before they arrived, arrived on time, and couldn't have been more professional or polite. The elliptical machine was too big to fit through the door without scuffing it, so they spent extra time taking it apart. They even vacuumed the room before leaving. A++ service, and the price was very reasonable. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again. read more

Kyle and helper were wonderful. From the first phone call where all questions were answered to the on-time arrival, the team was terrific! Kyle gave me an estimate on the phone but charged me less when the work was done. An honest man in this day and age - go figure! These folks have removed stuff from my home five times in about 15 years, usually from a basement with L-shaped stairs to maneuver and a low ceiling. They are always fantastic to deal with and the prices are very competitive. The owner responds to requests for quotes very quickly. On one occasion they removed an old stove and they had to use a special saw to cut it into two pieces to get it up the stairs. Some items have been very heavy - never any complaints. I highly recommend. read more
