Excellent experience. Extremely responsive, courteous, and thorough. Needed to clear out a not insignificant amount of nail-ridden construction materials and other items from a small demolition job that had been taking up space in our garage for years. Called Friday, job done Saturday morning. Price seemed quite reasonable. Very satisfied and would most definitely use again. read more

Peace Junk is amazing! Luis and his team are so kind and helpful. They show up on time and text you to let them know when they are on their way, and take the extra effort to make sure everything is done exactly right. I love that they not only haul away our unwanted items, but take the time to donate and recycle when appropriate. I would much rather have our stuff go to someone who can use it other than a landfill, and they make it so convenient. They turn a chore I usually dread into an experience I feel really good about! Pricing is up front and reasonable. I put them on my phone and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend! read more

I've used Peace several times to haul away junk and they have always been very easy to work with. Friendly, punctual, professional, flexible and reasonably priced. Scheduling a service is as easy as texting some photos of the job and getting back an estimate and schedule. Will happily continue to use their services! read more

This company is great. They offered the best price in the market and they were very nice and professional. It didn't take more than an hour between talking to them online and them coming to pick up the junk in my backyard. I higley recommend doing business with them. You will not find a better junk removal company! Luis and Ashley know how to run a successful small business! They are extremely kind, polite, professional, reasonable, and friendly. If you skip over using their removal services, then you're losing a great opportunity. read more

Safe, friendly, efficient and fair. If you are looking for a company to remove furniture, TVs, fridges, etc., I highly recommend Peace Junk Removal. A wife and husband team showed up and got right to work. They were very pleasant and respectful and quick. Current events have us all a little concerned about inviting people into our houses. No need to worry w this team, they wore masks, gloves and practiced social distance and all of the admin actions were completed via text and over the phone. A pleasant surprise, they were able to donate some of my items to one of my preferred donation sites. If you want "junk" give Peace Junk Removal a try, you will be happy you did. read more

Luis and Ashley are our go to removal company! After a recent basement flood, we ended up with a plethora of items to depose of. We moved everything to the backyard to make the removal process easier. Luis and Ashley arrived prior to their scheduled time and immediately began working. Peace Junk was great to work with when we needed a few piles of trash and old items removed from our attic. They were quick to schedule, transparent about their (very competitive) pricing, and even got a few items donated for us with tax-deductible status. Highly recommend! read more

I had comtacted Peace during the summer to get rid of a large projection screen tv. Prices were competitive and Luis was very quick to respond, maybe a few minutes tops and on a holiday. I scheduled for pick up a few days later and they text you about 20-30 mins in advance which is great. Luis and Ashley were very professional and very cautious with the walls, wood floors and everything else the tv could damage. I contacted them again to remove a fridge along with a couch and some other misc items at my moms house. They were just as careful, prompt and courteous as the first time. Would not hesitate to contact them again if i need their services. read more

Great small local business! Professional, punctual, quick response and easy to work with. I live in an apartment and the freight elevator broke the day they were scheduled to come. No complaints from Peace Services, instead they worked with me to use another elevator although it made them walk around the whole building. I highly recommend them! read more

Communication was excellent, and everything happened exactly as we had discussed. Great folks to work with...would not hesitate to call them again. read more

Moving is stressful. Add to that a new baby grandson and a house undergoing renovation and the stress just grows exponentially. Thank goodness for Peace Services. Professional, generous, thoughtful. Kept in touch as to when they would be arriving and showed up as planned. We had large pieces of furniture and stuff to be removed from all three levels of our house and from the shed in the backyard. Mr. Luis and Ms. Ashley took care of everything. They donated whatever furniture they could and sent us the receipt for tax purposes. I cannot thank Peace Services Junk Removal enough for their efficiency, ethic, and kindness. read more

Ashley, her sister, and Luis were a fabulous team in removing our couch. From the beginning, they were prompt, communicative and above and beyond friendly. They made the whole experience a breeze and followed all Covid safety measures. The "tremendous trio" was a delight to have in our home and we were happy to support their family business. It takes a lot of effort to move out of your home (and out of the country) during a pandemic, and Peace Services made the process so much more effortless! Appointments are easily booked online, and their responsiveness is top notch. While we had constant changes with the amount of items that needed to be hauled away, Peace Services were extremely flexible and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. Additionally, they provided updated cost estimates at every step of the way so that there is no surprise of the final bill. Overall, the process was smooth, with great communication, positive attitude, and quality work. We highly recommend Peace Services! read more

Super professional, super courteous, amazing service. I'm hard to please about these kinds of things having used services on Yelp before for things like junk removal and moves. Peace Services Junk Removal blew me away. They were on time (if you dont think this is a big deal, try your luck with another company). They didn't try to nickle and dime me, their quote was honored. And they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Would use them again in a heartbeat. read more

These folks saved us when fairfax county cancelled bulk pickup bc of covid-19 and we moved out and sold our home with a pile of junk out front. Thankfully they had availability the same day and texted a picture when it was all picked up since we are out of state. I could not be more thankful for them..... highly recommend! read more

This sweet couple was very efficient and went out of their way to be helpful. Our basement started to flood in the middle of their job and they helped us with that issue too even though it made their job more difficult. Very much recommend their services‼‼‼ read more

Very satisfied with Peace Services. Very fair price and outstanding service. They came same day and got some old furniture out with no hassle. Even helped me move an extra piece down the road. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Peace Services next time. Thanks guys! read more

This was the WORST junk removal service I've ever used. I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from. The guy who came to my house - I can't remember his name, but he was a short Hispanic dude with a shaved head, and his truck had a VA license plate ending in 7630 - was the rudest, most incompetent man I've met in recent memory. He just had no clue what he was doing, took forever, and left an absolute mess in my yard. Oh yeah, and he drove over my grass as well. Never again. read more

Very quick to respond to my quote request, showed up exactly on time, were very quick and efficient with loading, cleaned up after emptying the unit, were exceptionally nice, donates eligible items to charity, and charged me less than the original quote--they had quoted it sight-unseen and when they showed up they said it wasn't as much as they had thought so lowered the price, they could have charged me the original quote and I wouldn't have known the difference--honest folks. It was a fantastic transaction. read more

I went with Ashley and Luis because they were quick to respond to my messages and they seemed like they would be reliable and trustworthy. They didn't disappoint. Like they had promised, they texted me ahead of time and they showed up within the 1-hour window they gave me. They were very friendly and respectful and they work well together to get the job done. I would definitely call them again and recommend their services to others. read more

We recently bought a new couch and needed to get rid of our old one. The company we bought from recommended Peace Services so we figured we'd give them a try. We called the day before we needed their services and they were happy to come by - accommodating our work schedules. The weather was really bad and while they got to our house right on time my husband and I were both stuck in traffic. They were super accommodating and waited 30 minutes for us to get home. Luis and Ashley were very fast and even wore shoe covers so as not to leave any marks on our floors. We would definitely use them again! read more
