The manager was extremely pushy at the end, told us they had a crew for the job, but the work was not completed and they repeatedly asked to be paid before finishing. I am disabled and it was quite the feat to try to get out of my apartment and packed up and moved within expiration of my lease. By the time I had everything packed and had to hobble up flights of stairs more than I really should have, I was beat and too tired to finish clean up of my old apartment. I called John and 911junk out and within an hour one of their employees came up to help me. He Literally picked up small refuse throughout my apartment and bagged it up along with larger trash type items. May not seem like a big deal to most people, but when your knees are shot and time was running out, this guy was a godsend. I cannot thank this service enough. Sent an email to Jonathan on December 19th -- he never responded. Called up and spoke with Luis and scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 1pm. They never called or showed up. Spoke with them the next day, Luis was very nice and apologized for the mix-up. Rescheduled me for Monday Jan 7th and then again -- No call, no show! Spoke with Luis again and he offered to come by the next day and give a discount of 5% - which would come out to about twelve dollars. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!!! I'm relocating to another state and in true young adult fashion I procrastinated and left the packing to the day before/day off. I quickly found out that I had A LOT of junk I wanted to throw out and figured it would take my little Toyota Camry at least 30 trips to the dump to get rid of it all. After searching everywhere I found basically two options (due to it being Sunday and Father's Day most places where closed) and decided to give 911 Junk Out a call. The owner was super nice about it and said he could be here within the hour. I was BLOWN AWAY. I called him at around 9, him and another guy showed up at 10 and by 10:23 (yelp review time) they were gone. As a 19 year old who doesn't roll in money I found them to be really inexpensive and efficient at the same time. The guys were sooo nice and friendly and even swept up something that had shattered right outside their truck. I think I've only ever yelped once before this but I just HAD to write this review because of how happy I am that I contacted this company. Best part, he offered me 40$ off bc I live in Burke.
