Edit: Susan. Stop playing with me. I have a check from your very company's name. And I have a text from Earl. I'll add the screenshot since you wanna play games. They poorly packed my stuff into my two storage units. Some things broke or were smooshed. They stole extra $40 from me and gave me a poor lie for why they did it. They had to send me a $40 check after I called them out on it. Their boss wouldn't believe me and defended them, almost to the point of scolding me for accusing them of stealing... only for their lead mover to apologize to me with a weak ass lie. Edited to elaborate, since Susan continues to be in disbelief and refuses to think it's possible her employees would do such a thing and to make all of you potential customers aware of my experience: I counted out my cash out loud maybe 3x. The lead mover saw that I had multiple $20 bills amounting to hundreds of dollars. I laid some of the $20s in piles on my vehicle dashboard and counted out the cash to the amount that I owed, rounded to the nearest $20. When I gave him the money to count, he gave a fake sigh and shook his head and said I was $40 short. I didn't believe him and asked him to count again. He said I owed $40 more. So, I gave it, but I felt lied to. After that, I still tipped them smh. I shouldn't have. He left and I recounted all my money. Now I was short $40, meaning if we subtracted what I owed to them from what I withdrew from the ATM and also subtracted the tip, I should not be missing extra $40. I did the math multiple times and brought it up to Susan and the company. They accused me of lying and trying to steal from THEM. Susan said "it's only $40! I'll just send you a check. It's only $40." (Mover's name here) later texted me and apologized and said he got confused. He said when he counted the money, he set the $40 aside in his sock because it was tip. That's why he asked for $40 more. That doesn't make sense? When he counted the money in front of me, he never put any money in his sock. He just counted the money and looked me dead in the eyes and said I owed $40 more. I also didn't include tip until AFTER he said I owed $40 more and we settled what I owed first. Susan, the reason why I didn't pick up when you called today (8/10/26) is because you showed me months ago that you are argumentative and not interested in listening to me or believing me. I already know you're gonna argue like before and probably pressure me to take my review down. I took months to post this review because I knew you'd do this, call me and claim I'm lying or have your business confused with another. But if you thought that, if you truly couldn't find me in your data base, then why did you call me just now? Looks like I was in your data base after all. read more

So because she wouldn't honor her word on paying for making sure all items were in their proper place and she wants to keep blaming me for not knowing how many people it should have taken for the move . I would give this company a 0/10! She is really a disrespectful individual that won't take accountability for her mistakes! Don't give this business your time or money because Susan will try and gaslight you and make a 2-3 day move all one day so she can get as much money from you. Update**To the owner..there wasn't a "crew" it was one person who came out to do half the job back in February which took all day as it was on Valentine's Day and weekend. As I stated I needed to start moving in my new place and wanted to make sure I went through as much as possible totes/boxes I could so I separated what needed to stay and what needed to go back to VA. And I contacted the person (Steve) who helped me out (not you) during this time so we could see when it would be a good time for both of us. As we all have lives and not just around fanning ourselves apparently what you do all day. So yeah I still have several empty totes that needed to be taken back to VA. So stop with your arrogance as if I'm trying to get over on you. I'm a veteran so I paid my dues and worked for everything I ever had! And I showed you my entire house as you said on FaceTime I had a lot. I have it recorded so stop your madness. Take accountability that you messed this entire move up and wasted everyone's time! The movers Clarence and George arrived early, worked super hard, and were an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to have in my home moving our precious things. Benny, George and Brad did a wonderful job helping us move. It was a complicated local move with some items being dropped off at one location and others dropped off at a second. They were very proficient at keeping this organized while also maintaining their rapid pace. It was a long day and we were really grateful for their stamina and positive moral. We asked them to make a third stop after dropping stuff off at the two locations in order to pick up a lot of stuff from a storage unit and return it to the original location. I was concerned about the price bc movers can be really expensive. From the customer service agent to the gentleman who came to provide an in person quote, they told me little ways I could save money and I always appreciate companies that look out for you. I was actually going to go with another mover but was sold on this factor and the fact that they actually followed up with me. Fast forward to moving day...Tracey and Philip were my movers. Ok folks , you know moving is the pits....add a 3 level walk up to my 2 story condo to the picture, then moving is excruciating. Benny and his crew were amazing. They came in and surveyed the rooms, constructed a strategy and moved my entire home from the 3rd level into storage in 4 hours. I am retired military so I have had experience with many moves - both cross country and overseas. Recently sold our house in Gainesville and moved locally into a new, local residence. Found several companies on-line. After looking at reviews, talking to company representatives and receiving estimates, I decided to go with Randall Moving and Storage. I could not have been more pleased. Kelly talked me throug the whole process (including a Baby Grand Piano drop-off to my son) and the estimated cost. It was very competitive with the competition (not the cheapest nor the most expensive). Clarence and his crew showed up right on schedule and got straight to work. The entire crew were company employees with years of experience. They took extra care with all my possessions (including cherished items from years of trave). The move went right on time - started in the morning and finished by late afternoon, as scheduled. Could not have been more pleased. But like in all moves, some mishaps occurred. Couldn't find patio chair cushions, back of a folding chair, and a chip to a glass-top coffee table. I called Kelly and she took immediate action. Noah said cushions were behind some racks in the the storage area; there they were. Said chair back was wrapped in paper and in same area - found it. Kelly had repairman take measurements for the glass, and it has been replaced. Very responsive and helpful. My son was also pleased with the piano move and praised the professionalism and care exhibited by the crew. I fully endorse Randall Moving and recommend them for your moving. Randalls moved us today from Manassas to Culpeper. 5 great guys, all very competent, friendly and extremely hard working, made it the easiest move we've ever done. I don't know how they managed to get our huge extra fridge into our new basement down the cramped stairway, (and they seemed a bit skeptical as well at first) but it's down there now, and without a scratch. We hired this company to perform an office move for 12 people in Phase 1. They were not prepared for the commercial buildings required coverings for the elevator, walls or floor. Just happened to find Randall moving & storage on yelp and saw good reviews. The last movers I had found on yelp were just "ok". So I wanted to give this company a try. The guys were so nice and fun. I felt bad because I am not able to reserve the loading/docking zone. Another moving company beat them to the loading dock but they were so nice and flexible and told me not to worry or stress about it. They did a great job wrapping my furniture up, disassembling and assembling it back at the new space. They also had to work with the elevator space they had and share with the tenants and other movers. They didn't make one complain about it! They were very professional and quick! I can't say enough good things about the moving crew. They were on time, professional, and hardworking. They worked long and hard while keeping smiles on their faces. They were the best!! To be honest, I have never used a moving company before. But, I have heard plenty of horror stories about other companies. So I was really stressing out about finding a good place. Moving from a 3 story town-home to a 4th story apartment, I thought it was going to be SO expensive...I always hear that places charge by floor. Not these guys! Flat rate :) and it was a good rate, it was right at my budget. Plus, they had a Yelp deal so it was even cheaper! It was the middle of August, very hot. I am sure they weren't in love with the weather and steps. But, I never heard a word. They were professional the entire time. Our TV stand was missing a screw, and we didn't even know it. They caught it and let us know so we could fix it before it got worse and our TV would fall. $2 at Home Depot for a screw vs. hundreds for a new TV and stand. So glad they told us! Overall, they were SUPER friendly, SUPER quick and have fair pricing. I could not ask for more when it comes to movers. read more

Clarence, Wayne, and Xavier. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making this most challenging move a positive experience! My husband and I are boomers. This usually means that some of our furniture is older, consisting of very heavy pieces...which definitely was the case. Now let's add multiple flights of stairs to both ends of the move, and under normal circumstances with normal movers, disaster would be the end result. One week ago yesterday, these three personable gentlemen moved us out of one townhouse, packing our household to boot, and into our 3 story townhouse the same day. Today, I just emptied our last box of many. I had six large dish boxes, weighing so much that I couldn't slide one across the floor. Not one item broken, chipped, or missing!! My husband and I are retired military of over 20 years, and we have never, ever experienced a move without at least some items being broken. How is this possible? Attention to detail in every item moved and wrapped. These guys worked as a well oiled machine. There were no constant breaks, no cell phones ringing every ten minutes, no bickering amongst themselves, or discontent of the big job before them. They were friendly, focused, good spirited, professional, and they had a plan before each execution of every piece of heavy furniture being moved. I was moving from Northern Virginia down to Williamsburg Virginia. I had contacted numerous companies to come to my home to look at my belongings and provide an estimate.  This process reminded me of the goldilocks story.  One was to expensive (interstate), one was double talking (global moving systems), and then I found the right one which was Randall movers.  Ms. Susan Goltra the representative was very helpful and informative on moving regulations and with the orchestration of the move.  She answered all my questions thoroughly and professionally. When doing their in home estimate I received a good approximation of how much my move would cost based on the weight, he was only off by a few 100 lbs while other companies were off by thousands of pounds. As customers we entrust our belongings to the care of the movers.  The best part of this company is their moving guys.  The men were so efficient, professional and the friendliest bunch ever.   Moves are usually stressful but they made it relaxing and believe it or not, fun.  They were top notch.
