    great rental experience, it was easy and only took 15 minutes. I was able to rent and put my stuff away on the same day.

I would give this company a 0/10! She is really a disrespectful individual that won't take accountability for her mistakes! How you think a customer feels when you keep trying to bring up what a customer should have know as if I was the moving expert. I hired you to do a job and you failed! Don't give this business your time or money because Susan will try and gaslight you and make a 2-3 day move all one day so she can get as much money from you. Then if something goes wrong it's your fault for not telling her something when you gave her all the information she needed. But she didn't do her job so it's your fault! I didn't even bring up all the scratches, dents, dings all on my walls and stairs her crew made! I had thought I was going to be able to up the stars after she reached out, but I can't as she seems to forget she the one that botched this job! Now I have to go in my pocket to pay someone to complete the job she PROMISED! Horrible business owner!! Update**To the owner..there wasn't a "crew" it was one person who came out to do half the job back in February which took all day as it was on Valentine's Day and weekend. As I stated I needed to start moving in my new place and wanted to make sure I went through as much as possible totes/boxes I could so I separated what needed to stay and what needed to go back to VA. And I contacted the person (Steve) who helped me out (not you) during this time so we could see when it would be a good time for both of us. As we all have lives and not just around fanning ourselves apparently what you do all day. So yeah I still have several empty totes that needed to be taken back to VA. So stop with your arrogance as if I'm trying to get over on you. I'm a veteran so I paid my dues and worked for everything I ever had! And I showed you my entire house as you said on FaceTime I had a lot. I have it recorded so stop your madness. Take accountability that you messed this entire move up and wasted everyone's time! It's done and over with so no need to reply anymore I'm done with it. And I don't accept your apology.

    I usually refrain from writing negative comments unless it's really bad, but I think certain…read moreelements are worth highlighting . Draw your own conclusion. 1. First, with a positive, the follow up and customer service is great. It has to be, due to the following comments listed. 2. Moved a 1 bedroom apt( bedframe , mattress, dresser , 2 TVs , and a sofa), and it took 5 hours , with a locked elevator , in the same building, separated by 2 floors.Everything additional was boxed or bagged. No loose items. 3. They attempted to change the charges the day of the move , even though we had confirmed less than 24 hours prior. Claimed the 3rd person Was due to their double booking, snow , etc . And the additional man would speed up the process . Did i mention this simple 1 bedroom move took 5 hours for an in building, one bedroom transfer? Does that seem expedited ? Everything was a group effort, and teaching moment. this slowed the move down. For example, it Took 20 minutes of discussion to figure out how to disassemble a bed frame efficiently . Constantly going back and forth to the moving truck on the clock ( for what idk ) . If not watched , disappearing for 15-20 minutes at a time . 4. I was advised that I could leave my dresser items in the drawers, and they could move them efficiently. I now have to find someone to take my dresser apart, due to items some how making their way to inside unreachable areas insiders dresser. 5. I have to find someone to reassemble my sofa. They didn't put it back together. 6. You're charged 30 minutes to and from . So, you owe an hour before they start . They didn't have to leave the property, but charged me fuel . How do you charge someone fuel, and time for arrival, and departure ? Seems like the rate is only labor . You're also charged for any items used to rap to transport furniture . The intimation that they try to give you when you book is that is inclusionary. 7. With a discount, A DISCOUNT, this move cost me $1,000. Between the random 3rd man up charge , wrapping items for the large furniture , fuel charge , insurance that they make you cover that they don't disclose until the last minute that is almost $200 additional ... 8. Moved my items into the hallway, and left them there unattended while moving. 9. Even if you pay by phone, they want you to write your credit card information on a random piece of paper. It's a hard NO, for me. Yes, I signed, and let them go about their business. It's exhausting to keep debating obvious discrepancies, and hidden fees during a move which is a top 3 stressor in general. Just .... Don't . Use someone else .

    5 stars for Brenese, 1 star (less if possible ) for Scarlett:…read moreI recently returned a U-Haul truck to this location and had one of the most polarizing customer service experiences I've ever encountered--all in the span of a few minutes. When I arrived, the system was down, making it impossible to log our return via the usual method. I noticed the store door was open, so I walked in to ask for help after hearing the phone line had a 45-minute wait. That's when Scarlett shouted at me--yes, shouted--"We're closed!" There was no greeting, no explanation, just immediate hostility. I calmly explained the situation and was relieved when another employee, Brenese, stepped in. She kindly explained that the system was down and gave clear, helpful instructions on how to proceed with our drop-off. Her tone was professional, calm, and understanding--exactly what you hope for when something isn't working and you need guidance. Meanwhile, Scarlett continued to simmer in the background, muttering a passive-aggressive "AND because we're closed" under her breath--just loud enough to hear. When I asked her to repeat herself, she doubled down with the same tone. I told her directly, "You don't need to be so rude," because the truth is, she was extremely rude, unnecessarily aggressive, and completely unprofessional. Frankly, she has no business working in a customer-facing role. Scarlett's behavior was not just bad--it was unacceptable. If I were a manager, I'd consider retraining or reevaluating whether she belongs in this position at all. Her attitude is damaging to your brand. Now, on the complete opposite end of the spectrum: Brenese is a gem. After helping me inside, she even walked out to check in the truck in front of me to offer peace of mind. She went above and beyond--without being asked. Her customer service was exceptional, and her professionalism saved the experience. Give Brenese a raise, a promotion--something. She's the reason this review isn't one star. To management: If you're reading this, Scarlett could learn a lot from watching how Brenese treats people. Frankly, so could a lot of people. Scarlett's presence is a liability. Brenese is an asset.

I dropped by 3 days after to collect them and found out that they did not even have them ready for collection. Had to wait 15 minutes for the staff to fulfill my order, funny how I paid for items to be ready for pick up only to arrive at the store to watch them pick the items. What made it worse was one of the items I ordered was super low in stock- the main reason why I order for pickup and guess what? Sold out. Hah. After a week of letting the bad experience go, I found the cherry on top of this bad experience- one of the medium boxes had a large COCKROACH hiding, wedged in between the flattened edges. I'm done. Good luck going to them for your next move. I wish I didn't have to give a star to be able to submit this review.
