    I usually refrain from writing negative comments unless it's really bad, but I think certain…read moreelements are worth highlighting . Draw your own conclusion. 1. First, with a positive, the follow up and customer service is great. It has to be, due to the following comments listed. 2. Moved a 1 bedroom apt( bedframe , mattress, dresser , 2 TVs , and a sofa), and it took 5 hours , with a locked elevator , in the same building, separated by 2 floors.Everything additional was boxed or bagged. No loose items. 3. They attempted to change the charges the day of the move , even though we had confirmed less than 24 hours prior. Claimed the 3rd person Was due to their double booking, snow , etc . And the additional man would speed up the process . Did i mention this simple 1 bedroom move took 5 hours for an in building, one bedroom transfer? Does that seem expedited ? Everything was a group effort, and teaching moment. this slowed the move down. For example, it Took 20 minutes of discussion to figure out how to disassemble a bed frame efficiently . Constantly going back and forth to the moving truck on the clock ( for what idk ) . If not watched , disappearing for 15-20 minutes at a time . 4. I was advised that I could leave my dresser items in the drawers, and they could move them efficiently. I now have to find someone to take my dresser apart, due to items some how making their way to inside unreachable areas insiders dresser. 5. I have to find someone to reassemble my sofa. They didn't put it back together. 6. You're charged 30 minutes to and from . So, you owe an hour before they start . They didn't have to leave the property, but charged me fuel . How do you charge someone fuel, and time for arrival, and departure ? Seems like the rate is only labor . You're also charged for any items used to rap to transport furniture . The intimation that they try to give you when you book is that is inclusionary. 7. With a discount, A DISCOUNT, this move cost me $1,000. Between the random 3rd man up charge , wrapping items for the large furniture , fuel charge , insurance that they make you cover that they don't disclose until the last minute that is almost $200 additional ... 8. Moved my items into the hallway, and left them there unattended while moving. 9. Even if you pay by phone, they want you to write your credit card information on a random piece of paper. It's a hard NO, for me. Yes, I signed, and let them go about their business. It's exhausting to keep debating obvious discrepancies, and hidden fees during a move which is a top 3 stressor in general. Just .... Don't . Use someone else .

I booked my move a week in advance and paid a $100 deposit after being told it would guarantee my moving date and secure my spot. Then, only 3 days before my scheduled move, the manager -- I believe his name was David -- called to tell me they were fully booked for the entire week and that my move would either need to be rescheduled or canceled altogether. I made it very clear from the beginning that my apartment lease ends on the 31st and that I needed to move before then. Had this company been honest about the fact that paying a deposit did not actually guarantee service, I would have hired another moving company much earlier. Now I'm left scrambling at the last minute, despite having everything planned out. I also have to report to work in another state on the 1st, so this has created a major inconvenience and unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, speaking with them on the phone was a complete disaster. The communication was unprofessional, disorganized, and unacceptable. They agreed to refund the $100 deposit, but that does not make up for the inconvenience, stress, and potential consequences this situation may cause me. If I receive penalties from my landlord for a late move-out or face any employment-related consequences because of this company's failure to honor their commitment, I will absolutely be exploring all possible legal and consumer protection options.

Wondering if they are capable of handling a long distance move? Read on.. I received 4 quotes and felt the most comfortable dealing with Tony @ Dynamic. Some companies want to only do a virtual estimate on your phone and not come in person. He even came out a second time, in person, as I had downsized considerably and wanted to get the estimate updated based on the belongings I had left. They do flat-rate pricing which makes everything a lot easier. Did I mention their prices were also very competitive? A lot of companies see a TV, bed that needs disassembly, etc. and then tack on fees for the boxes, taking apart that particular item, etc. Even for transport up the hill I lived on. The pricing I got was for a 26 ft truck, with another flat price for an additional vehicle. Everything was included otherwise (and I had lots of oddball furniture, multiple TVs, shop tools, etc.). They also do not share your space with other customers. When the move day came, they were really careful wrapping, padding, and getting everything neatly organized into the truck. They had just enough that it overfilled the 26 ft truck. I was worried I would get charged for an additional vehicle, but Rodolfo had the idea of using a trailer attached to the 26ft truck's hitch, and only charged a nominal fee to add that on. Awesome! When we arrived, the crew unloaded in a half day and placed everything where I needed it. There was no delay in arriving--it was literally as fast as they could get there cross-country. If you can believe it, nothing at all was broken or damaged and at this point I'm fully unpacked. They were really accommodating unloading and even got a 300+ lb arcade machine down a basement staircase (not a walkout basement.. and this was a 29.5" wide arcade in a 29.5" wide staircase...), which I was thrilled about since I didn't think it would be possible. Top ratings from me and I would easily trust them to do another move. I've already sent them referrals since the move.

It was a few minutes after 9 so i figured it was open & the online Website said it was open so i go , pull on the door & it's locked , I look inside & see a black male sitting in an office & I figured he would come & open shortly , another customer shows up right after me , I tell him that someone will come open soon , so Darryl comes to the door & says to me " WHAT" you "ain't " coming in , it's not 9:30 yet , so I told him he did not have to speak to me in that tone of voice so he proceeded to tell me that he was not on the clock yet so pretty much telling me that he could speak to me however he wanted as long as he was not on the clock. After that I decided to get online to let others know about " Darryl " & what do I see , others also complaining about his nasty personality & attitude... Long story short, I'll be taking my business somewhere else.

Their price was competitive with the competition and what we thought was very fair for a whole house move. We are super glad we went with Prince because the crew was unbelievable. Carlos ran the crew and was so professional and courteous. All floors/stairs were covered. Marvin, Omar and Jeff were all hard-working and got everything done quickly like clockwork. All furniture was covered and protected. If we asked for anything to be placed in a different place or requested changes there was only one answer: No problem - with a smile! I honestly didn't think customer service like that existed anymore. I consider myself a tough reviewer, I can't believe myself how glowing this review is but they were that good.

Our floors on the main level of our home were being refinished and all of our furniture needed to be moved to the second floor. Daniel, Olvin and Gio were extremely efficient and professional. Took great care in covering our floors and protecting the furniture so nothing was damaged. When they returned to move the furniture back down they worked with me ensuring everything was returned to the right place. Also helped me get padding on the bottom of the furniture legs to protect the floor. Highly recommend!
