This should be an important review to read because I hired Dynamic for a BIG move--3000sq ft of belongings moving across country over 1700 miles. Wondering if they are capable of handling a long distance move? Read on.. I received 4 quotes and felt the most comfortable dealing with Tony @ Dynamic. Some companies want to only do a virtual estimate on your phone and not come in person. He even came out a second time, in person, as I had downsized considerably and wanted to get the estimate updated based on the belongings I had left. They do flat-rate pricing which makes everything a lot easier. Did I mention their prices were also very competitive? A lot of companies see a TV, bed that needs disassembly, etc. and then tack on fees for the boxes, taking apart that particular item, etc. Even for transport up the hill I lived on. The pricing I got was for a 26 ft truck, with another flat price for an additional vehicle. Everything was included otherwise (and I had lots of oddball furniture, multiple TVs, shop tools, etc.). They also do not share your space with other customers. When the move day came, they were really careful wrapping, padding, and getting everything neatly organized into the truck. They had just enough that it overfilled the 26 ft truck. I was worried I would get charged for an additional vehicle, but Rodolfo had the idea of using a trailer attached to the 26ft truck's hitch, and only charged a nominal fee to add that on. Awesome! When we arrived, the crew unloaded in a half day and placed everything where I needed it. There was no delay in arriving--it was literally as fast as they could get there cross-country. If you can believe it, nothing at all was broken or damaged and at this point I'm fully unpacked. They were really accommodating unloading and even got a 300+ lb arcade machine down a basement staircase (not a walkout basement.. and this was a 29.5" wide arcade in a 29.5" wide staircase...), which I was thrilled about since I didn't think it would be possible. Top ratings from me and I would easily trust them to do another move. I've already sent them referrals since the move. read more

Tonny and company had to take the doors off of my fridge and the door off the laundry room to get the fridge out. Nevertheless, the fridge arrived at my new home safely, and by the time they left it was humming along ready to chill. All doors were back in place perfectly. This is a great crew. My sister recommended Dynamic Moving and Packing company from her move last year but this was our first move in 25 years so was still nervous about their workmanship but they were top notch. 5 guys showed up on time right at 9AM on Saturday in hot July weather and worked all day to move our house and the storage unit. They were all equally professional, friendly and extremely patient working with us to accommodate where everything needed to go in the new house. They wrapped all our furniture to protect them and managed to bring down a very heavy armoire from the 3rd floor with precision - very impressive. Tony Moreno has now helped me move TWICE, and he is GREAT! I have written a review about "Morenos Movers," but Tony indicated this is the new name of the company, so I wanted to give it some love. Tony and his crew are super professional and efficient. They are willing to go above and beyond, including taken my unwanted old furniture to the dump for me! They wrap all your furniture in blankets are are very careful with not scuffing walls/doors. Tony charges a flat rate based on what you tell him you need moved. However, be honest (with him and YOURSELF). I forgot what a hoarder I was, and underestimated how much stuff I needed to be moved. Tony and his guys had to make 2 trips! At least it was only about 3 miles each way! I would highly recommend hiring this company. Great guys and great service. My wife and I were in the market for a mover. We contacted our previous mover who unable to do the job but he recommended Dynamic. It was a good recommendation. Tonny promptly came to my home and gave me a very fair estimate for both packing and delivery. I was a little concerned that since we were moving to the deep south he was not able to do it but I later found that he delivers anywhere you need to go. His truck arrived when the driver said he would. The two men unloaded our belongings and treated them as if our belongings were theirs. Our movers did an excellent job taking us from our one bedroom apartment to our 2 bedroom condo. There was a lot of traffic the morning of our move, but they communicated very well their location and time of arrival. Once they arrived, the team moved very swiftly with the break down of our large items and even helped us close up some of our last few boxes. They provided wardrobe boxes for us which was a big help with our hanging clothes. Moving in was just as fast as moving out as they reassembled everything for us. The movers showed up 5 hours late. I booked for 3 movers but only 2 showed up. They obvious couldn't care less for my stuff. Half hour later, another two movers showed up. These two guys are very professional and they took good care of my stuff. They were showing the first two movers how to do the job. So there is this wired situation that 2 out of the 4 movers are doing a great job, the other 2 were really dragging the team down. At the end the manger Dimitri demanded me paying the $675 fee in cash. When I told him that I don't have the cash and I can only pay by credit card, Dimitri threatened to take my belongings in holding unless I pay the cash imidiately. I felt trapped and uncomfortable, but looking into the two tired hard working guy, I did what they asked for. I cried at the end of day. read more

Having moved around the country all of my life courtesy of the military, I've never had to coordinate my own move before. Dynamic Moving & Packing were perfect for our local move. I solicited quotes from multiple companies and this company was one of the fastest to respond to ALL communication throughout the process (without sending any "auto-responses" like many companies do.) Plus the fixed-rate quoted was fair and gave us more peace of mind after reading through all of the caveats of other companies terms & conditions that gave them wiggle room to charge more. HORRIBLE! They are total liars. Don't believe what they say in the quote. They will charge way more than that. They will give you a quote, then they will ask for one-third of that price. But, at the day of moving, they will ask for way more that the original price you agreed on. You need to agreed on their price. If you refused, they will take your deposit. So, they will basically force you to pay whatever they charge. When you try to ask their manager, they probably will not email or text back. If you consistently email or call them, they will lie to you and threat you that they will not deliver your furniture and put them in a storage and charge even more. They will also deliver your furniture at least 7-10 days later than the actual date. They also broke some of the furniture. These guys are total scumbag. They will rob your money. Don't go with them. If you go, you will end up of paying 30% more than the original price. So, don't believe what they will they say. That sales person's name is Sam. He will do sweet talk with you until the deal. After that, you will realize he lied to you. I have been moving several times. Lot of companies have issues. But these guys are the worst. read more
