Good estimates, reasonable cost, everything done professionally and always easy to deal with. The teams were on time and diligent. They handled our complex move to our new home 500 miles away and did a great job. I'd use them again, for sure. read more

Not impressed. Had them come out for estimate to move out of state. Probably wouldn't have received our business based on others that quoted us after visiting on-site- but NEVER received a quote- just went dark. Poor business ethics- probably didn't like fact that we wanted fixed quote- vs the "Weight" method that leaves a lot of wiggle room to have your move jacked in price. Get multiple quotes, so you don't get screwed when they never respond back. read more

I was very happy with Royal Movers from start to finish. The process was straightforward and easy. Prices were competitive and transparent. I was able to move my 1BD 1BA apartment from Virginia to Maryland for under $1200 based on the time and inventory. The movers, Marco and his team were professional, hard working, and very careful with my items. I have used other movers in the past but I felt this was a great experience from a price and customer service standpoint. Highly recommend and I will most likely use them again in the future! read more

Once again, AMAZING moving experience with Royal Movers!! They are top notch! I used them five years ago when I moved across town and again yesterday when I moved two towns away. Marco, David and Jose arrived and quickly set to work loading up all my crap in the truck and got it all into my new place. Professional, courteous, respectful and friendly as they moved me. Fast too, if I ever move again they will be called! Oh, and Carlos hooked me up with the $100 discount coupon, thanks Carlos!! read more

These guys are the best. We moved after 27 years i the same pace, lots of boxes and furniture despite all the stuff we did not move. Freddy's crew worked very, very hard, and made it all possible. We are so grateful they were such great guys. Highly recommend this company. read more

We hired Royal Movers twice. First time was from our recently sold home to storage, then again to go from storage to our new home. The pricing was fair and reasonable. Marcus and his team worked exceptionally hard and they were very efficient. We had such a positive experience the first time, the owner, Carlos was able to get us scheduled with them again. We have moved with professional movers 8 times. Royal Movers was by far our best move and here is why. Royal Movers did an excellent job estimating the work. The movers worked hard and smart, we always felt we were getting our monies worth. Communication was very good throughout the entire process and they were always prompt. Upon arrival, Marcus took the time to understand the house layout as well as address all our questions to ensure that our needs were met. We are not big fans of moving, but Royal Movers made the process as palatable as possible. Thank you Carlos, Marcus, and the entire team at Royal Movers. read more

5 Stars!!!! The Royal Movers Team are AWESOME! I moved on 11/30/24 and utilized Royal Movers based on my former neighbor's recommendation and I am so grateful I did. Let me tell you why! Customer Service is a priority for me and Mr. Carlos, and his team were incredibly kind, professional and honest. When I made my initial email inquiry looking for a moving company, Royal Movers responded promptly. The communication from Mr. Carlos and his team were superb. Every call and email were answered promptly. I also appreciated the value of services. The cost to move was within my budget and the details of the contract were comprehensive and fair. I also provided a cash gratuity, though not required but very well deserved because they were incredible. Mr. Carlos was transparent, answered questions and checked in prior to my move. When the movers arrived, they were on time, professional and very efficient. The gentlemen were on point. I was in Aww! That's how good they were. The team protected my furniture and belongings and checked in with me throughout the move to ensure I was comfortable with the process, etc. I highly, extremely and wholeheartedly recommend Royal Movers. You will not be disappointed. Trust me!!! read more

I have moved 32 times in my life and I've never had a company do such an amazing job. They showed up on time, they were extremely nice, they helped us disassemble and then reassemble a number of items and they were first rate! I highly recommend this company, anytime you need to move anything. We will be recommending them to friends and neighbors. I hope we never have to move again... But if we do, will be in touch with Royal movers. read more

I've used Royal Movers several times now and also recommended them to friends. Universally, we have all had wonderful experiences! After a good back and forth with Carlos (the owner) on needing movers to move items around the house, we agreed on a day, and Omar and Jose came out and moved all our furniture in record time. They were friendly, courteous, coordinated, and hard working. If we need need to move in the future, or if friends need movers, we will recommend Royal Movers. Especially Omar and Jose. Thanks! read more

They were awesome. The move was so efficient. They treated my belongings with care, they really work very fast. The day of my move it literally rained all day long. I submitted an inquiry here on Yelp for movers and the owner was extremely responsive. We then spoke on the phone and he sent me a quote via email. I decided to go with this company because of their responsiveness. Like I mentioned, they treated my items with the upmost care, they wrapped items they were delicate. I was nervous because I normally have family members assist me I moving, but they are states away and we are in a pandemic, so hiring movers was the next best thing. I would definitely recommend their services and I plan on using them when I move again. They provide itemized invoice so the pricing is very clear. read more

They came on time. The price was fair. The employees were polite and strong as bulls. They had to carry a 1990s era Toshiba console TV that weighed probably 350 pounds, maybe more, upstairs and out to my garage. I'm a pretty strong guy, and I can barely tip it up on its side, let alone pick it up and carry it upstairs. I was impressed --highly recommend. read more

Fantastic moving company. I wish I had used them for my initial move. They are extremely professional, super organized, efficient, and had excellent communication. Pricing was fair and transparent. They worked very hard and did not waste time. Sometimes with hourly moving services, people tend to dilly dally. Not this team. They worked nonstop and tried hard to keep my time at the initial estimate. They were super careful with my belongings and reassembled my furniture carefully. They have my highest recommendation. read more

Excellent moving experience from start to finish. This particular move was for a specialty item - an arcade machine - which most moving companies I contacted did not have experience or resources to tackle. Thankfully, after searching on Yelp under "arcade" and "movers, " Royal came up, and I was pleased to read the positive feedback. Royal is very responsive. They have an efficient system for getting you an accurate quote with everything clearly in writing. No surprises - what you see is what you get. I spoke to Carlos on the phone and gave him the details of where the machine was, dimensions, weight and where it needed to be. He said, "no problem," and provided a reasonable quote for two movers. He got me rsvp'd for my preferred day, which landed in my inbox shortly. On the day of the move, Carlos texted me the estimated arrival. I was a little late to the location, and I made a request to him to see if they could wait until I arrived. He said he'd try his best, but the movers were on a tight schedule with other clients to follow, which I totally understood. When I arrived about 15 minutes past the scheduled time, I saw the movers at the front door. Both were friendly, and one was the designated lead. I asked him whether they had started to move the machine, and he said "no," he had gotten the message to wait. He did make clear that the clock had already started per the original time, and that they began to prep for the move. I appreciated that because per the quote, anything beyond the 2-hour would incur extra charges. I saw they had already padded the doorways, laid protective rug for the floors and wrapped up the machine with plastic seal and blankets. Needless to say, I was very impressed with their efficiency and protective measures. Speaking of which, both movers wore masks per COVID safety. As the 300+ lb machine was in a no-walkout basement, both movers carefully moved the behemoth up the narrow flight of stairs to the first floor without bumping anything. It was smooth sailing from there, as the destination ( my house) had a walkout basement. As a plus, instead of just loading it in the general area, I appreciate that they maneuvered the machine to the exact spot I needed it to be, which was admittedly tight. Once the job was complete (which was comfortably under 2 hours), the lead mover presented the price per the initial quote on his tablet, and I paid via card. In short, these guys did a stellar job, and I was more than happy to provide them a well-deserved tip. I would not hesitate to use them again for any size move and would gladly recommend to friends and family. read more

Marco and his team arrived and promptly got to work. They were quick and efficient. They carefully wrapped all furniture in blankets and shrink wrap. They also took a detailed inventory and went over any pre-existing scratches etc. with us. Each piece of furniture and all boxes were also numbered. They worked diligently until the job was done and finished up quickly. Everyone on the team was very courteous and handled everything with care. Part of our move included a piano, and they proved skilled at getting the piano out of the house, even down the stairs! We were very pleased with this company and would definitely use Royal Movers again! read more

I just completed my second move with Royal Movers and i have recommended them to a ton of friends-- they are THE BEST. From the stellar customer service, to the great care they take with your belongings, to their speedy pace and can-do attitude -- I just can't recommend them enough. Unlike other companies, they don't charge you more to use their fancier dollys/ other tools OR disassembling/ reassembling + they are all just the nicest folks. Huge shout out to Kyle who helped me book this move, and Jose and Alexis who took such great care of me and got everything to my new home safe and sound. read more

Royal Movers recently moved us from our narrow-hallway'd, four story townhouse to a larger house out in the burbs. They were able to move all of our furniture, including a treadmill and bike from our 4th floor, to our new house with no damage to any of our possessions, which was not easy. The only downside is they damaged a wall in our townhouse during the move out -- but when I mentioned that to Royal Movers, they immediately apologized and had a drywall crew come out 2 days later to repair the damage. 5 stars. read more

Royal Movers did a superb job for us on two tough moves recently. The crew is absolutely AWESOME! They're fast, strong and very careful of both the furniture/boxes and walls/doors/etc. The guys are super friendly and we're happy to accommodate all my requests- even moving end tables from one room to another (on different floors!) and then back. My daughter was moving to a new garden apartment on 12/23 (one day before Christmas Eve) which required making four (4) stops total to retrieve and load her belongings from our family home, to a storage facility unit, to a friends home, and finally to her new apartment. As if this were not challenging enough, her final destination encompassed navigating 3 flights of stairs to her garden style apartment. Three (3) gentlemen (unfortunately I cannot recall their names, my apologies) arrived in a timely manner and upon meeting these gentlemen they were extremely pleasant when introducing themselves to my husand and I. Being from the old school, it is extremely satisfying to see you people who exude courtesy, professionalism, and a respect for being on time as mutually agreed. They were extremely respectful and handled my daughter's belongings with the utmost care. In speaking with and coordinating the logistics of this move with Mr. Carlos Bonilla, he is extremely professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained Royal Movers, LLC pricing methodology, which I found to be most reasonable in comparison to many other companies offering the same services. To be provided "5 Star Best In Class Service" and at a reasonable and fair price is almost unheard of. If my husband and I are ever in need of moving services we will not hesitate for a moment to acquire them from Royal Movers, LLC. Their professionalism, and courtesy are a true testament to their exemplary service and I highly recommend Royal Movers without reservation or hesitation to those seeking 5 Star moving services.
