They are always pretty consistent with when they arrive every two weeks, and from what I can tell, they do a good job with the lawn. I'm not very picky about it, to be fair -- I'm just glad I don't have to spend half my weekend maintaining lawn equipment and cutting grass. I also used the leaf pickup service and also bought it for my mother-in-law. They didn't do a great job communicating about WHEN they would do it, but they did get the job done and do it well. I also had them do my mulching this year, mainly out of convenience of just being able to reply via email to opt in vs. filling out a bunch of Boy Scout forms. That too ended up looking really good, although they use the smelly kind of mulch, which is a little annoying. I will say the biggest area they have for improvement is that their account relations processes are just really outdated and unclear. They do everything via Word document, including collecting your payment info, which does not seem very secure. I wish more could be done via online intuitive, secure forms. The Word documents they put together asking for you to opt in to services are very unclear about what's provided and the pricing. The email correspondence and documentation in general is definitely not done by someone whose first language is English, so it requires a lot of interpretation. If you're willing to put up with a little bit of headache for keeping the HOA off your back at a great price, then this is the company for you!

When they finally showed up 5 hours late we had no other choice but to begin our move late. We needed to move everything to a storage space before 10pm. As the 10pm deadline approached we realized that we weren't going to be able to get everything in the storage that day, and all thanks for these guys not showing up on time. What they had to do now was to load up the truck with the remaining furniture and then go to the storage next day at 6am and load the rest of the furniture to the storage units. They finally moved everything into the storage space the next day, then came the horror part of this story. When we went to the storage to look at the furniture a couple of weeks later we encountered the biggest mess I have ever seen in my life. Everything was literally thrown into the storage unit without any order at all (LOOK AT THE PICTURES I'VE UPLOADED). A lot of valuable furniture pieces were heavily scratched.
