We have been loyal customers since they opened. Consistently great service and value. Never had any issues with any clothing/bedding items. They always take great care of us. Owners/family are the kindest people. read more

Used CleanMart for the first time to get 2 suits and a couple of blouses/button downs dry cleaned. The lady who took my clothes was very friendly. The service was super fast (done same day since I dropped off before 9am) and items delivered perfectly clean and pressed. Pricing is very competative. Will continue to use their services in the future. read more

This cleaner offered the best price to clean a suede jacket among three in this area. Around this area, any leather or suede products are sent to a specialist to clean according to three dry cleaners. When I needed to clean my daughter's suede jacket, I went to three dry cleaners to ask estimate price. Two cleaners answers were "Not sure", since the specialist decided the price. They would only know the cost after receiving the clothes back. The one said, "Maybe around $80." The second said, "Maybe around $60." Only this cleaner said the determined price $45. Nobody shared the specialist name, but since it seemed like sending to one specialist, why not taking the best price?! Also, I didn't want to be surprised to know the cost after receiving, so I decided to use this dry cleaner. The suede jacket came back clean and I was very satisfied and trusted this professional cleaner, so I asked how much it would cost to dry clean our silk curtains. The owner(I think) told me he needed to see how the curtains were damaged from sunlight. If the curtains' material were damaged, it's not worth to dry clean, buying new curtains is better option sometimes. So, I'll bring our curtains next time to ask the professional opinion. Thank you so much for taking care of the suede jacket and being professional! read more

Same day service and reasonably priced. Plus right off the 50 so I can stop by either on the way to work or on the way back.

Great service and results! I've been bringing my clothes here for months, and they always come back looking fresh and spotless. The staff is friendly, the turnaround time is quick, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for reliable dry cleaning! read more

CHANTILLYY, VA 01/12/20 ALTERATIONS -Don't take your jeans/pants to this dry cleaners for alterations. -They botched 2 out of 3 hem jobs (all three were $98 Gap jeans ) I requested. The inseam lengths were off and the one original hem I requested was terrible. Also, the regular hem jobs were poorly executed. -They measure you in their untidy bathroom. +The dry cleaning is good, but take your tailoring and alterations elsewhere. +They now offer credit card payments via Clover, but have a $10 minimum charge request sign posted. Services I purchased: '2 regular hem jobs on 2 jean pants '1 original hem job on 1 jean pants PM/DM me any places to take my alterations, please! read more

I trust them to clean my UGG boots and the most delicate gowns. I've been going here for years

I've been taking my dry cleaning here for years now, and they've always been reliable! When I first started going here, their prices were $1.79/shirt, but of course with time, their prices have inflated to $2.29/shirt. Still, not bad considering other places I've tried in the area that charge more. For context, I've only had button down shirts, dress pants/chinos, suits, and winter coats dry cleaned with them. I haven't done sports jerseys or jeans, or any tailoring with them. They also run an honest business. My wife took one of her jackets here that had different material throughout, and rather than just saying they cleaned it, they told her they were unable to clean it and refunded her her money. Any other business could have just said they cleaned the jacket and kept the money, but they were honest about it. This place has pretty much everything you could ask for in a simple dry cleaners: honesty, fast service, fairly cheap pricing, and friendly workers. read more

Great service and business! After having nightmare experiences and clothes ruined, I searched for cleaners and stumbled upon the reviews. Thankfully, I followed their advice and now I don't have to worry about my nice clothes getting ruined!! I went on a Saturday and although they were busy, the line moved quick. It was my first time and I let them know the stains I wanted removed as well as what I thought were delicate parts in the garments. The lady seemed really knowledgeable and cover a button with foil so it won't fall off, made sure a garment was washed and not dry cleaned so that the glitter buttons won't fall off and marked all the stains. When she did all that, I knew my garments were in safe hands. Picked them up a few days later and they were clean and spotless! Really recommend and will be going back! read more

This was my first time going to a dry cleaners and I think overall it was a pretty good experience! All of the stains in my clothes were out when I picked up my clothes. They did such a great job with them! The only problem was with alterations and tailoring. They hemmed the bottom of my jeans slightly uneven and a little too short. But it's nothing too bad! I highly recommend going here for dry cleaning but maybe find a different place for tailoring read more

CleanMart - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

So far we've had very good experiences with this dry cleaner! Tucked away in the back corner next to a kick-boxing gym and Wendy's, this is a hidden gem! They clean just about everything! I've taken a purse there along with everyday dry cleaning, and most recently an area rug. The area rug came out beautifully and I couldn't be happier! I have another rug in for cleaning and I'm sure it's going to come out perfectly just as the last one, and VERY REASONABLE PRICES for everything! They are fast, courteous, hard working and do a very good job for a good price. Bottom line - I highly recommend this dry cleaner for all your needs, and I'm most certain if you have a request they can do it, or point you in the right direction! A versatile cleaner who does it all! * Dry cleaning * Leather cleaning * Rug cleaning * Laundry * Alterations * Ugg/shoe cleaning and I'm pretty sure more! read more

It's great to find a service that's affordable and reliable. Check out their web site for the price list. $1.19 for shirts $1.95 for pants. These guys are great. The owners are very nice people and always greet you with a smile. I've been a loyal customer for about 10 years and wouldn't switch, even if they had to raise their prices. I hate taking my clothes to get dry cleaned because they seem to fade and/or shrink after a while. Sometimes they smell like chemicals too. I've been going here for a while even though there are many other cleaners closer to my house. I just build up a big pile before I head out there. My clothes never come back with any sort of chemical smell and they're usually ready the next day. Customer service is great and I never have to wait long even if there are a lot of other people ahead of me. Alterations are good too. I've had jackets, shirts, and pants done here for a pretty reasonable price and quickly. read more

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT EVER have them clean anything over $25 in value. They admittingly lost TWO brooks brother dress shirts $80 each- they tried to substitute 2 Walmart specials - POS quality- hoping I wouldn't notice swap. They claim their clerk mixed up laundry at check in. However they say their responsibility is only $25 per garment. Poor customer service, especially when their mistake. oh and if they loose your $500 suit - they will only give you $25!! Been going there for years- never again. Will see them next at small claims court- I'm not dropping this! read more

Brought my husband's clothes here because I was trying to find a dry cleaner close to where we live. Went here for about 3 months. First I just wanna day my husband is picky so he said that he did not like the way his clothes were done. Nothing specific about them. They do take cash only, which for me, was a little annoying. read more

Convenient hours, nice people working there. They always have my stuff ready when promised. They also offer repair services. They fixed the zipper on a linen dress that had torn, looks like brand new! read more

I tried this place a few times and each time was disappointed. I loved the convenience of the in by 9 and out by 5, as well as its' convenient location. The problem is the way the clothes smell. I thought that it was perhaps just the first batch of clothes but we gave them two more tries and the outcome was the same. They don't smell like chemicals. The smell is remniscent of clothes that have been left in the washer for too long before being dried. My husband told me this morning that his pants smelled like mildew and wet dog. Not a great way to start the work day. I'd love to be able to give them an updated review in the future but we will not be returning there. I don't know what causes the clothes to smell so funky (our clothes do not smell when they leave our house) but I hope that they address the issue. I would not recommend taking your clothes here no matter the cost savings or convenience. read more
