I took shirts in for laundering, got a receipt documenting my request, and returned a few days later to find that my request had been changed from laundry to dry cleaning, with no explanation for doing so. In the past few months, I have had several excellent interactions with the lady, whom I assume is one of the owners, who normally takes in your cleaning. She has been friendly, kind, and goes out of her way to get your clothes back to you when you need them. I have also had several alterations done because I'm short, and even if I buy petite length jeans or pants, I still end up having to get them shortened. She genuinely has gone out of her way to be accommodating. She does a great job with alterations, and the dry cleaning I've had done has turned out well, too. This was my first time doing business with this particular dry cleaners. The lady that assisted me was very professional and polite. I had a dress I wore to prom about fifteen years ago that had a small stain on it from dinner and they were able to get it. The lady said that they would do everything they could to remove the stain. A week later I picked up my dress and to my surprise they were able to get out the set in fifteen year old stain. I am so thankful for the time and care that I received. Great customer service.
