Heritage Cleaners was highly recommended but it turns out they don't actually clean anything there but send it off somewhere else. The cleaners that do do the work ruined my suit. Herotage did not initially put my suit in the bag when my wife picked it up. Than they said it needed more cleaning and now they say the massive stain on the suit was there when I dropped it off. Heritage refuses to take responsibility and won't even give me a refund on the cleaning accomplished that ruined the jacket. Not good Lost the money spent on the ruined jacket Lost the money spent on the alterations and hemming of the suit Lost the money on the cleaning cause they wouldn't even refund my cleaning bill. I dropped off some items for my mom (she raves about this place) this past Friday. I was next door in the middle of a manicure and wanted to drop these items off before the dry cleaners closed. The woman working behind the counter greeted me and she was so sweet! She thoroughly checked the items and after I mentioned my mom raving about this place, she actually remembered who she was! Prices are more reasonable! They actually CLEAN CLEAN the clothes! The woman behind the counter (assuming she was the owner), even walked my other times to my car because my nails were soaking! Called in from hotel because I wanted a single load of wash/dry laundry done overnight. Lady agreed. I walked in with my clothes, filled the laundry bag and gave her my full info for her content sheet, and she asked for $45. I said 'for a single load of wash/dry? No way... ' and then reached my clothes. She quickly responded 'ok $35! Different colors different loads.' I said 'no, just one load with cold water, wash and dry. No way $35.' She said 'ok, ok, $30!' I just kept shaking my head. She brought it down to $25 but I was already walking out. No set price for overnight wash and dry? I have to barter? Unprofessional. read more

I have been coming here for a year. The owner is professional and get the work done within the necessary timeframe. The location is easy to get to for people around the area. I would stick with dry cleaning. Other services, such as leather is a but tricky. read more

Since 2012, I have been using this place. I appreciate the helpfulness and warmth I experience. Customer service is top notch. I have had clothing altered that I was happy with. My clothes have been pressed the way I like them. If I've had issues with spots they were addressed. Currently, I live in Leesburg and travel down because I enjoy the customer service. Since the new owner came, the service has been changed. The lady who works in front is very nice and honest. Whenever I forgot to check the pockets, she always put what she found including CASH on the invoice ticket so now I can definitely trust her. Also, they remove the stains that I forgot to mention.(this is my favorite lol) Her English is not very perfect, however she is willing to help me a lot. As Cathy mentioned, the price is little higher than other cleaners. But, it is fair because this is organic cleaner. read more

Okay, definitely have to update this review because their service has improved dramatically since my first review. I think they may have changed owners because the woman we've seen the last couple times isn't the usual one. They've gotten so much better. They check every item over when you bring it in. On a particularly old, stained shirt, they left a little note saying something like, "special care was taken on this item but we couldn't remove every stain without damaging the fabric." I loved it because I could barely see the stain unless I was looking for it, so I know they're really inspecting the clothing before giving it back to me. Everything I've given them has come back without so much as a wrinkle, even linen. And I appreciate the fact that they'll refuse to clean something that they consider too delicate. Their prices are still much higher than anywhere else nearby, but they're really convenient, stay open pretty late, and the quality has improved considerably. Good job, folks. read more

My husband and I regularly use this Heritage Village Cleaners, and we are happy with the results we get there. Most of all, we love the quality of their service. Our clothes come out without any chemical smell that we used to get when taken to other dry cleaners. We don't need to leave our closet doors open to remove chemical odors from cleaned cloths. When asked, we're told that they are green (organic) cleaners! Love this fact! Most of stains are also removed each time, and when dropping, we are explained if the stains might not be removeable. The owner is so friendly, honest and nice. She has never lost nor damaged any items. We experienced these problems at other dry cleaners before, so we're happy about the professionalism of this cleaners. This is truly a 5 PLUS star establishment. This store is professional, clean, and it's run by a really nice lady. Most of the stains are removed by their non-chemical dry cleaning and pockets are checked always. I have been using Heritage Village Dryceaners for a number of years, and have always found the quality of service and customer service to be exceptional. The owner is extremely pleasant, and she always goes the extra mile to ensure the highest quality of service. Numerous times I have taken badly stained garments to her and miraculously, she has taken care of the problem. If it takes several attempts to remove stains, so be it, the job gets done. I also love that they use organic methods to clean clothes, not harmful chemicals. They also do an outstanding job tailoring clothing. I will never go to this establishment ever again. I wish I could give ZERO stars. I went to get my sandal fixed, as it is a shoe repair in the back. The woman told me that the shoe repair man, Hector, had left for the day. My sandals are inexpensive and I was not sure if it was worth fixing without knowing the cost. I gave her my name and number so she could call me with the cost before I have them fix my shoe. She kept insisting I need to leave my shoe there, however I was uncomfortable doing this because I didn't want them to fix it and me being stuck paying more for the repair than the cost of the sandal. After I had asked several times if she could just call me with the price without me leaving my shoe there she ripped up the piece of paper with my information and threw it towards me. Then she told me I needed to leave and kicked me out while locking the door behind me. I didn't even have time to say anything. I have never been treated this poorly and disrespectfully. I was so nice to her and was explaining to her why I didn't want to leave my shoe in the nicest way I could. I don't understand why this happened to me! read more
