Let me first say that I do not always frequent Laundromats but I do occasionally go for my comforters. I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters! read more

The first and last time I used this facility was in August of 2024. I just went to day with my throw rugs, pillows and bedding - and my opinion has not changed. This place is great and clean, the Manager is very helpful and friendly and so are the customers. I got soap on my hand and went down to the restroom, the Manager saw me and pointed out a sink in the last row. I've learned something new! Also, you can use quarters or your credit card to purchase a wash or dry, although it's not super clear, there's a block on each machine with a slot for credit cards. A++! read more

Great service dropped off 108 pounds of laundry! They took the close price was little high was hoping for little discount but was worth the money. Used my own detergent, compartmentalized the clothes, vac sealed to stay folded and had all ready in 24 hours without any issue! We will be back to now have them as the weekly laundry people! I came on a busy day Saturday, it had rain the day before and we also got snow a week prior, meaning salt, dirt and water from the rain and snow and this place seem like no body had step on the floor, everything is so clean and the ladies working here today are amazing.. they have a great attitude , positive vibes and are so nice and helpful, they were helping/teaching a child how to get coins from the machine and folding and cleaning at the same time.... I have a washer and dryer at home but will definitely come back to see this amazing ladies. read more

I've been to Wash N' Dry before today to do the large comforters that won't fit in my machine at home. But, today is the first time I've used their wash and fold service, and I have to say I'm blown away by it. The person that did my laundry carefully folded and wrapped like things together. Everything is clean and in order. I'm not sure that I'll have a need for this service again since this time I was in the middle of a home renovation with no working washer and dryer and also in a hurry because I'm leaving town for an extended period in the next couple of days. However, If I do need it, I won't hesitate to use this Wash N' Dry -- it's excellent. read more

This was my first visit to a laundromat in years as my washer is need of servicing. This place has a lot of washing machines sectioned off by load size/price and plenty of dryers. There definitely won't be someone taking your clothes out because you were a minute late. The shop is clean, not to busy, and the staff is very responsive. There is everything you would need available on site for purchase from bills to coins machines, laundry bags, detergent/fabric softeners all for reasonable prices. I really appreciated the staff; she promptly came over to help when I noticed one of my machines wasn't filling with water. She shut off the machine and checked the water valves and reset everything. She then paid for the new load and checked in on me a few times as I was waiting for my other washes and drying to finish. She also gave me some tips about how it's better to use their larger machines and combine washes for a more inexpensive trip. I'm pretty happy with my experience and I will definitely come back here again to wash my queen sized comforter! read more

Learned about this place because it is right next to the Marine Corps recruiting station. Needed to wash work towels so I stopped in and was VERY PLEASED to see how clean, neat and organized it was. I've needed to use this laundromat over the past 2 yrs. When I first started going there, it was clean, the attendees were very friendly and always quickly offered assistance when needed. This past year, the attendants have changed and the current one is often engaged elsewhere, like on her phone, not very quick to respond nor if needed acted as if, whatever needed attention was "not her fault" even when the washer wasn't turned on. The washers always need cleaning, detergent dripping down the front, detergent left in the dispensers or scattered over the tops of the washers. Many of the washers are out of order, and in the past year they've raised the cost of 1 load $.50! Service and quality of operation has definitely decreased over the past year. read more

I'm a fan! Clean facility that allowed me to wash my couch covers. All extremely large pieces. I also used this place when my son decided not to wash his laundry for 3 weeks... he came with me and we knocked it out all at once - on his dime. It was a good experience. This is hands down the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. I don't frequent laundromats often, but I'm impressed with this location. Options to buy different laundry soaps (not just out of a clunky dispenser.) WiFi available. Massive washers and dryers for bulk loads (which is what I usually use.) I've never had to wait for a washer or dryer. Prices are reasonable. VERY clean - there's always an attendant available and they've all been very friendly and helpful. They have a couple of different TVs - they run one with Netflix to stream kid shows which is nice. The only downside is the temperature sometimes, pretty warm on a spring/summer day but that's to be expected with all of the dryers. Overall a great place to get your laundry done. Highly doubt I'll go anywhere else from now on. read more

I came here on a Monday morning. Not crowded at all, very clean, plenty of washers and dryers, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Bring cash on hand.. machines only work with quarters so that's a little bit of a down for me (lots lots of coins to manipulate) the good thing is that they have bill changers so don't worry about finding quarters before coming here. They also have a selection of detergents and softeners if you forget yours. A Keurig machine available as well for coffee while you wait. read more

Our dryer is broken down. While I am waiting on parts to get it fixed we have been forced to use the laundry mat a couple times. We have been spoiled for a long time and I forgot what a pain it was to go to the laundry mat but Wash N' Dry does their best to make it quick and convenient. They have whatever size washer and dryer you need to accomplish your laundry needs. A mega load washer will hold what equals about 3-4 loads in our extra large washer at home. It costs $6.75 for the mega load but it is worth it to get it all done at one time. The dryers also come in varying sizes and are $0.25 for about 8 minutes in the large dryers or I think 4 minutes in the mega dryer. We were able to get a weeks worth of laundry for 6 people done in about an hour. The weekends are very busy so I could see where you may have to wait for a dryer at times, luckily we did not have to wait. They also offer drop-off laundry service at $1 a lb. or wash and dry service for comforters at established rates. I think it was $18 for a king size. We are now considering a new washer at home because the commercial washers they use got our clothes much cleaner than ours at home. The ladies that work there did not stop for the hour we were there. They were always emptying garbage cans or sweeping, mopping, or wiping down the machines and tables. The amount of fabric softener sheets just dropped on the floor and ignored by the patrons emptying out the dryers is astounding. If the workers did not constantly sweep up behind these heathens the place would be a mess. The workers were also quick to wipe up detergent spilled all over the machines by these nasty people. I hope I never need to use a laundry mat again but if I do, I will definitely return to Wash N' Dry. read more
