I wanted to write a review on this particular Laundromat because IMHO, they were different. I've driven past this Laundromat a couple of times before deciding to go in. I went on a Monday night, thinking it wasn't going to be busy. Boy was I wrong, it was busy! One of the two coin changers was not working and had an out of order sign. Aside from the broken machine and a few lint balls on the floor - I was pretty impressed with this store. Overall it was pretty clean and bright compared to other Laundromats I've been to. The attendant greeted me when I came in and helped everyone w/ bringing in their laundry - I have never ever seen this at any of the other Laundromats I've been to. Maybe it's because I don't frequent them enough but I really like the way they run their business here. They even give away prizes every month which I thought was a nice gesture but not sure why a Laundromat would do that. I used their biggest machine - I believe the attendant told me it had a 75lb capacity? It was $8.00 for the hot wash and for one of the large dryers it was $0.25 for every 3 minutes. I washed 2 comforters, one king & one queen, and it took me only 35 minutes. When the wash was completed the comforters were only slightly damp which was strange since I know I saw water soaking them. I asked the attendant about it and I guess the washers spin so fast that it dispels most of the water - allowing for quicker drying, which is always a plus in my book. I had the comforters in the dryer for only 25 minutes and they were completely dry! I was in and out of there in just under an hour - AMAZING! I thought my experience was good and warranted a review so if you're in the Manassas area and need a Laundromat, I don't see any reason why you wouldn't come here - this is now my go to spot for comforters!

This place is great and clean, the Manager is very helpful and friendly and so are the customers. I got soap on my hand and went down to the restroom, the Manager saw me and pointed out a sink in the last row. I've learned something new! Also, you can use quarters or your credit card to purchase a wash or dry, although it's not super clear, there's a block on each machine with a slot for credit cards. A++!

When I select the hot water it's always hot. I've gone to other places close to me but when I pick hot water when I take my clothes out it's never hot. In this place I pick hot water and when I get my clothes out it's steaming hot. I know that my clothes has been properly washed. Other places when you leave and come back people take out your clothes, for the past 4 years not over has this happen here.

The place is spacious, socially distant friendly, and CLEAN. You feel it as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff was incredibly sweet and helpful, especially when I needed some assistance with choosing which detergent to use. The machines are new, and sanitized daily. I encountered two unbelievable experiences at the R&B Laundromat on Liberia on Sunday, 02/07/24. I…read moreplaced my personal laundry basket and detergent in a laundry cart while my clothes were in the washing machine. An employee approached the laundry cart and began to remove my basket and detergent from the cart. I informed the employee (female) that I needed to use the cart to transfer my clothes from the washer to the drying. She stated that I could not keep the cart because there was a shortage of carts. The employee passed several customers with items in their cart before reaching my cart; however, she did not attempt to take their cart. When I refused to allow her to take the cart, she left the area. Another employee arrived 10 minutes later and began taking my items out of the cart. I asked her to stop and asked her why she did not try to take carts from other patrons at the laundromat. I have used this facility in the past to wash / dry bedding items. I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service in the past. I will NEVER patronize this laundromat again based on my experience today!
