I've never been to a laundromat before, but something is up with my washer at home and this place is close by so super convenient. I was afraid of not having quarters, but it wasn't a problem; there are card readers on all machines and bill exchange machines. There is detergent, dryer sheets, oxiclean, bleach, softener, etc. For purchase. You can always run a few doors down to dollar general if you forget stuff or run out. I can seating running out if your here at a busy time. It was pretty quiet on a Tuesday evening. Only 2 gender specific restrooms, you need a key to use them. I saw one staff member but I cant imagine having much interaction with them since everything is fairly self service in here. Washers vary in price depending on the size. Double loads are 2.75, triple 4.00, quad 5.50. Dryers come in 30lb or 55lb it seems, both .25c/minute. read more

This has been the nicest laundry mate I've been to from here going as far as to Fredericksburg. Very Organized, clean, Machines are effective & reasonably priced. The staff are so sweet and helpful. They speak very little English but they still help as much as they can. Plenty of places to sit and fold laundry. If appearance means anything to you this is the place to come for your laundry needs and they even offer drop offs. The machines accept credit cards too which is very convenient. I found this place by happenstance. I've started using the laundry drop off service over a month ago and it is amazing. I usually drop off my laundry before I do errands or before I head out for a weekend and it is usually done the same day or the next day depending on what time I dropped it off. The attendants are always friendly and professional. The process is easy breezy. Place laundry on scale, pay cash, get receipt for pickup... one, two, three. It is $1 a pound and they round to the nearest dollar NO MATTER what, it can be $5.01 they charge $6. My clothes, sheets and whatever other items turned in are always returned fresh, clean, and folded neatly. They have pickup and drop off services if items to be laundered is over a certain weight, it may be 35 pound but don't quote me on that... go to their website for more details. I went there to wash about 5 bag of clothes and I had my infant with me. The staff was very helpful when they saw I had lots of laundry and made my visit alot more easier. The store manager was also there and he also helped load my car when i was finish with my laundry. I left there feeling really happy knowing there are still good people in this world. I used to come here years ago when I worked aboard MCB-Quantico. I only stopped because it was somewhat out of my way. I came today because my barber is in the same complex and I figured I could kill 2 birds with one stone. I'm surprised at how nice Dhobee's is. It appears larger. There are a ton of washing machines and dryers. There is free WIFI and TVs all around. And this place is very clean! The young man working there is very attentive and hard-working. He's also personable. I actually observed him walking around and engaging customers. I've NEVER seen this in ANY laundry facility I've ever used. This place is really clean! I only come here every few weeks to wash my king size comforter. It fits in the 50pound load but there are bigger washers if you have a more heavy duty comforter. Also, the bigger washers have debit and credit card slots so you don't have to bring quarters with you. Which is super convenient! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

My family and I had a flood in July of last year and it's been unfortunate that we are able to get our laundry room operational. A shining light is Big Coin Laundry. They're courteous and clean. This is far and away the best laundromat I've ever been to. it's always clean, the booths are comfortable, and the vending machines have good snacks. Ive never directly spoken to anyone who works here but they seem friendly enough (I'm not one to try and make conversations with people who are working--that's not part of their job). most of the TVs play Spanish programs, which I don't particularly care about either way. The wifi is spotty, but it's no worse than any other public network. Honestly, I genuinely enjoy coming here. read more

I came here because of the 5 star reviews. Sadly I'd give this place a 2 just because of the annoyance I occurred while here. The lady who is working the wash and fold service has her three little kids running around like it is a playground. They are going up to everyone and disrupting and touching their laundry. Two kids ( under the age of 3) ran out the automatic door and came in with someone who almost hit them with their car. She had no idea that they even ran out. She then proceeded to do a diaper change one of the kids on the table she would fold people laundry that they pay for the wash and fold service . It's nice that the place is 24/7 and pretty clean but I would not return after this one time visit . read more

The laundry drop off service is excellent. I pick up my clothes and they are clean, smell great, and are nicely, neatly folded. The price is pretty cheap, and they can do really quick turnaround. The first time I dropped off my laundry I went next door to get my nails done. When I was finished, I walked back to the laundromat to ask when I should come back and pick up my clothes (I'm used to a 1-3 day turnaround), and my clothes were ready. I was very impressed. Will use them again! I don't wash my clothes here, so I can't speak to the actual machines and whatnot. read more

I came here late Sunday morning. The place was hoping. The attendant only spoke Spanish, but understood a little English. Everything was fine until I took my laundry out of the machine and it was still dripping wet. She assured me through another customer that it would dry alright. 42 minutes later I'm still waiting for it to dry. Not that happy with this place right now. This is a great, very clean, reliable, laundromat. I come here regularly and it's always quiet, clean, brightly lit, and the machines are in good repair. The staff is helpful but not hovering. They have several TVs on in both English and Spanish, there are often one or two families with kids but it's never chaotic. The bill changers always work. I've went several times and never had any issues. The staff have always been cleaning the area when I have been there, at truly random times. The female restroom has always been clean and accessible without hassle. There is a library right next to this laundromat, which is convenient for kids who just need some additional stimulation. They do let you bring food in, and while the staff don't jump up and clean your booth when you jump up, it's because they realize you're there a while, so you may be switching loads, getting something from your vehicle or whatever. I've always had a clean place to sit, despite there not being people glued to every table where it appears a family or individual has been posted for the last hour It's a laundromat... the struggle is real for all who find themselves in need of the laundromat, so let's stop being so critical and appreciate this clean, well lit, nicely located establishment for the benefit it brings to our family and our laundry! read more
