Sadly though, the hot water is either turned way down or off entirely and so unless you prefer to use cold water, you will not get what you pay for if you want to use hot or warm wash. II tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt, but this has happened of three separate occasions. The first time the owner paid for me to re-wash my clothes, and insisted it was a mechanical error and went to the hot water heaters,did something and the hot water was working within minutes...The second time I only had a small load and was in a hurry, and just put up with the cold water. The third time, the owner offered a refund on the wash, but insisted that he did not turn the hot water down or off...So I encourage the public to see for themselves. If the hot water does not work. Call the number posted and stand up for your rights as a paying customer. I personally will be using another laundromat that does provide hot water to it's customers.

She talked me through it and stated she liked the way the pants fit. She could've told me to hem them and make the money, but she instead gave me her opinion and stated she thought they were fine. I had put my clothes in the machine, put my soap, put my card in and went to push start and the machine was giving an error that the water was low and it wouldn't let me start the machine. I went to call the guy for help and I said hello to him, he didn't say anything back. I went to the machine and he followed me and tried to start it but it didn't work so he restarted the machine. He then walked away from me not saying anything so I kept saying "excuse me, excuse me" and he just kept walking. He finally turned around and I asked him was he going to refund me the money the card took, he said that was what he was going to do....WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THEN?? He came back and restarted the machine and it was still giving the same error message. He then told me to move my clothes to a different machine and I was trying to explain to him that I already put the soap in the machine and he just kept repeating "move it to another machine then proceed to yell at me "what did I say!?" and that I don't listen and started pulling his ear while yelling at me that I don't listen. That was utterly rude...I am not his child and there was no reason for him to get loud and disrespectful with me.

In hindsight the machine in my building not working saved me from walking up & down the steps and only doing 2 loads at a time. I arrived at 11 and was back home by 1:35 and that was after washing, folding, putting clothes in bag, and walking to the carry-out and liquor store. I might ditch the convenience of washing clothes again in my building and go to the neighborhood laundry mat and get it done much faster!

There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

I've been coming here at different times of the day and by far the least busy is earlier in the day...although it's fine if you can only do your laundry in the evenings...everyone is friendly and pretty chill here regardless of the time of day or how busy it is....it has always been clean and tidy when I've been here and the staff work hard to keep it that way...I would recommend using a credit card to purchase your time as the only drawback is that I have lost one dollar in the card machine when I used cash.... The washes are a good value for the small machines at $2.99 per wash. The dry is only 25 cents for 8 minutes for the small machines. You add time by just taking your card off of the ledge that holds the card and placing it back on..it automatically adds another 8 minutes...

There was a terrific manager name Armando who was always available to help customers get their clothes in and out of their car, something I never saw at any other Laundromat. Other workers help with this too. After trying several laundromats within a wide area, this one became my permanent choice! FYI, there is a good parking lot, but it can get tight at busy times.
