Clean, standard, self-serve laundrymat. The washing machines are capable of holding small to medium loads of 20-27 lbs loads, and upward from 40, 50, 60 and 62 lbs load. There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry. read more

I had an extremely positive experience here! I came to wash my comforter because it does not fit in my washer and dryer at home. The owners are so so nice! I was unsure of how to use the machines, but they were able to assist me thoroughly with it step by step! Their machines are excellent! I needed to find a place to wash my oversized bedding, comforters etc. and found Bubbly Bubbles on yelp. Very easy to get to, located in Mosaic District (Popeyes is a few doors down). Plenty of parking as it is in the shopping complex. The owner, Kathy and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Even helped me fold my large comforters. The machines were large, oversized, commercial so no problem getting a good deep cleaning. The dryers were also oversized so everything was easy to dry. They have only been in business since December 24, 2020 and have done a lot of cleaning and machine repairs and replacements. They are in the process of ordering more oversized dryers! They also do wash and fold if someone needs that service, including pickup and delivery. A great find in the area. Highly recommend! read more

The wash was super fast but the dryer took longer than I anticipated. Either way, it was a good value. The facility is clean and obviously a work in progress. There is a unisex barber shop next door, so you can get a haircut while you wait and there are many mom 'n' pop food shops to eat at, too. Our dryer at home got broken and we had to do laundry outside while it was being fixed. I decided to check out this shop given all the high ratings and were definitely not disappointed! There were a variety of sizes available for washers which allowed me to do a bigger load and all the machines worked well. ABSOLUTELY love the dryers as they were powerful and very spacious so I just needed to do one load rather than multiples. Also I just needed 20-30 mins on the dryer for a huge load! The owner was super nice and sweet too. Totally recommend if you find yourself in need of a laundromat. They also have laundry services but I live in Springfield so too bad it's not available... hopefully they'll expand soon and I'll definitely sign up for it! read more

I've been using Bubbly for my salon and it's been the best ever! I'm inside an office building that doesn't allow laundry machines so had to outsource because taking home the laundry 2-3 times a week was getting so tiring and time consuming. They make everything so easy from pick up to drop off. They fold everything so neatly so all we have to do is put away our towels, robes and capes. Their rate did go up a little, I believe it's $1.45/lb now with a minimum of somewhere in between $20-$25, can't remember the exact amount. It's been such a huge time saver and I can't imagine running my business without Bubbly Bubbles! The staff are all so friendly too! Place has done a complete 180 compared to the last two owners, who were just there to cash-in. Renovations have been made to improve wash and drying times. I am completely obsessed with this place. I HATE doing my laundry, it takes me days, I get distracted, I can never seem to get spots out and it's always half-done. Enter Bubbly Bubbles. The staff is incredible and so friendly, my clothes smell amazing and come back clean. They always remember me by name and take really good care of my stuff including hang drying whatever I ask them to. They also have an awesome web interface where you can create an account, set your laundry preferences (i.e. tumble dry low), and save your card information. It's actually super reasonable pricing at $1 a pound if you drop off your stuff. I typically spend $20-$40 every two weeks or so after tax and tip! They'll also drop off & pick up laundry at your house (it's a little bit more). It is magical - I put my laundry on my doorstep and two days later I get a text it's done and then POOF! clean laundry shows up!! Also, I went there near the closing time but was still able to wash and dry my clothes inside the store--they wait all customers to finish the laundry. I can exchange my bills to quarters. Disorganized, and awful service for dry cleaning pickup/delivery, and essentially unusable interface on their app/website. I recently moved to the area and was looking to set up regular service, so I thought I'd try to figure out their clunky system and give them a try. They overcharged me about $20 (charging me about $30 for 3 shirts and a pair of pants). I called and they said there is a minimum charge for dry cleaning. Their website does not list a minimum for dry cleaning pick up; it only lists a minimum for laundry wash and fold (25lbs). I had even called before hand to ask if there was a minimum for dry cleaning. The employee I spoke to said that there was not a minimum (but to be fair, she also didn't seem to really know what she was talking about). They flat out refused to refund me the excess charge saying that I should have known there was a minimum charge for dry cleaning because there is a minimum charge for other (non-dry cleaning) services listed on their website. Seems pretty dishonest to me, but if that's how they want to make a buck, I guess that's their prerogative. I hope that $20 is worth losing my recurring business. read more

The woman who helped me was very accommodating with my special detergent requests due to allergies. I was sick for two weeks after returning from vacation and my husband dropped off laundry to have washed and folded. He specifically told them that if there was dry cleaning items mixed in with the clothes to please dry clean those. What we got back was EVERYTHING folded. Dresses and sweaters that are now ruined because they're 2 sizes too small from putting in the same high temperature and wringing loads as jeans and tshirts. There were DRESSES that came back folded instead of hung. I'd rather have three weeks of laundry piled up than paying for this awful service we encountered. I am so upset! read more

Even though, I asked them to dry clean, they prolly just washed it and charged the dry clean cost. When I ask for the money back, the owner refused, and blaming on the material of the sweater. Will never use them again. Dropped off a suit and was told it would be ready Wednesday. They didn't notify us that it wouldn't be ready on time. Had to delay a trip we were going on because they sent my suit to another location. The suit was also not pressed correctly and still had creases. read more
