I needed to find a place to wash my oversized bedding, comforters etc. and found Bubbly Bubbles on yelp. Very easy to get to, located in Mosaic District (Popeyes is a few doors down). Plenty of parking as it is in the shopping complex. The owner, Kathy and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Even helped me fold my large comforters. The machines were large, oversized, commercial so no problem getting a good deep cleaning. The dryers were also oversized so everything was easy to dry. They have only been in business since December 24, 2020 and have done a lot of cleaning and machine repairs and replacements. They are in the process of ordering more oversized dryers! They also do wash and fold if someone needs that service, including pickup and delivery. A great find in the area. Highly recommend! read more

Clean, standard, self-serve laundrymat. The washing machines are capable of holding small to medium loads of 20-27 lbs loads, and upward from 40, 50, 60 and 62 lbs load. There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry. read more

I had an extremely positive experience here! I came to wash my comforter because it does not fit in my washer and dryer at home. The owners are so so nice! I was unsure of how to use the machines, but they were able to assist me thoroughly with it step by step! Their machines are excellent! My comforter came out smelling really good and it dried super duper fast. I only put the dryer on for 40 minutes! I will definitely be coming back and encourage everyone to come here for any laundromat needs! read more

Omg why have I been doing my own laundry like a CHUMP all this time?!? Bubbly Bubbles makes it so incredibly easy to outsource this chore, even going so far as to picking up your dirty duds and delivering your cleaned, fresh, folded laundry back on your doorstep. When we moved into our new house, we were still waiting for our new washer and dryer to arrive -- and here we are, almost a month later... and we're still waiting! Repeatedly taking tiny loads of laundry over to my brother's house to wash was getting old fast, especially with a family of four (and two of those four being happy, messy, crazy kiddos), so as the piles of laundry started getting stacked higher and higher, I began looking for other options. Lo & behold, I found Bubbly Bubbles and I'm not sure I'll ever be able to go back to doing the family's laundry all by my lonesome again! They charge by the pound, with a 20lb minimum for pickup service. I found the pricing to be extremely reasonable, and they make scheduling pickups and deliveries super easy (and contactless!) via their website. Our clean clothes were delivered smelling fresh, folded beautifully, and already separated into different bags for me & my husband + each of the two kids, meaning I *actually* was able to easily put away the clean clothes instead of just leaving them stacked in the basket for another two weeks. Consider me a fan for life! read more

I needed to get some bed quilts and fleece blankets cleaned in a hurry, and they did a great job! They don't fit in my washer and dryer well, so it was worth it. Two big quilts, two fleece blankets and some special detergent in hot water - 50$ and they got it done the same Day. read more

Friendly, helpful owners/staff! Clean, bright, and comfortable (nice, cool air circulation) place to wash items that don't fit in a home washer. They have a range of sizes of machines. I was able to do deep washes of my dog's massive cushions (I vacuumed and de-furred them beforehand), a comforter, blankets, and bath mats. They do $1/lb wash and fold, which is something I will keep in mind! read more

this may sound overly dramatic but every word is true - i could not exist without " 'bb"' . i'm housebound, and not able to perform laundry functions. they have been over the years - my wonderful, responsible, friendly, accomadating, 'laundry angels' !!!!. i told them they can never, never leave - their bussiness is an outstanding landmark for superior service. i read some mention in other reviews re: being pricey not so, they are underpriced when you take into consideraton all the pluses , such as the friendly, reliable, hepful service in a clean well established place that is desperately lacking in so many places. with praise & thanks jackie h. w read more

I loved the place: clean and many machines to choose from, friendly staff, sweet lady working there. I was surprised that the largest machine, 62lb load, can take much more than the laundry I brought. The clothes came out nice and clean. I will definitely be back to wash my heavy blankets. read more

I've been using Bubbly Bubble for their wash & fold service for years. The new owners are fantastic. They even text you when your laundry is done. I can't recommend enough. Are you super busy? They offer pick-up and delivery too read more

Bubbly Bubbles - Best wash & fold service I've found anywhere. They even text you when's it's done! - Laundromat Near Me - Falls Church, Virginia

My washer died and the new one wasn't due to arrive for another week. Bubbly Bubbles to the rescue! There are a ton of machines in different sizes. The wash was super fast but the dryer took longer than I anticipated. Either way, it was a good value. The facility is clean and obviously a work in progress. They updated the customer-focused items first, which is all I care about. Staff was friendly and available. I'll be back with my duvets now that there's a facility I can trust. read more

Bubbly Bubbles - Looking pretty spiffy! - Laundromat Near Me - Falls Church, Virginia

I thought it was a little pricey, but they did a good job and had it ready when they said they would.

New 2016 machines. Courteous and nice Chinese employees/owner. The prices are not too bad considering the Merrifield area. There is a unisex barber shop next door, so you can get a haircut while you wait and there are many mom 'n' pop food shops to eat at, too. The Mosaic District is a block away, as well, so there are plenty of options if you are trying to wash extra large blankets and pet items like I do every so often. read more

Plenty of working machines. Laundry products at good prices. Clean shop. Near food . Friendly staff.

Our dryer at home got broken and we had to do laundry outside while it was being fixed. I decided to check out this shop given all the high ratings and were definitely not disappointed! There were a variety of sizes available for washers which allowed me to do a bigger load and all the machines worked well. ABSOLUTELY love the dryers as they were powerful and very spacious so I just needed to do one load rather than multiples. Also I just needed 20-30 mins on the dryer for a huge load! The owner was super nice and sweet too. Totally recommend if you find yourself in need of a laundromat. They also have laundry services but I live in Springfield so too bad it's not available... hopefully they'll expand soon and I'll definitely sign up for it! read more

I've been using Bubbly for my salon and it's been the best ever! I'm inside an office building that doesn't allow laundry machines so had to outsource because taking home the laundry 2-3 times a week was getting so tiring and time consuming. They make everything so easy from pick up to drop off. They fold everything so neatly so all we have to do is put away our towels, robes and capes. Their rate did go up a little, I believe it's $1.45/lb now with a minimum of somewhere in between $20-$25, can't remember the exact amount. It's been such a huge time saver and I can't imagine running my business without Bubbly Bubbles! The staff are all so friendly too! I got 3 of my other friends in the same building to use their services as well! read more

I never realized this place was here until the shopping center was getting a face lift and I saw the temporary sign hanging while walking to Popeyes to satisfy my chicken sandwich fix. I decided to get a load of my work clothes dry cleaned here and was pleasantly surprised that they even offer wash and fold laundry service! Prices are reasonable and I appreciate the fact that they are open seven days a week. I also heard the place is under new management and the owners are incredibly friendly. Please support this family owned business! read more

I rarely use these kind of services but while on a work trip I was in a pinch. They were incredibly communicative, had a faster than expected turn around, and incredibly professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Oftentimes you download Yelp to find reviews of places...but I downloaded Yelp because of how amazing my experience was at this laundromat...If I owned a washer and dryer I might still come just for Kathy who is the kindest woman I have ever encountered! My sister and I went in and were out within an hour with clean clothes, smiles on our faces, and a burning desire to leave this review...please support this business and if you have had a bad experience here there is new management who are incredible! read more

Place has done a complete 180 compared to the last two owners, who were just there to cash-in. Renovations have been made to improve wash and drying times. I'm pretty sure the lint traps in the dryer haven't been cleaned out for years , before the new owners arrived. Keep up the great work! read more

Helpful staff. Most machines worked. Easy location. Parking. Fast washers & dryers. Would have liked lint removal on all machines after every load. Not available on all dryer sizes. Dryer was 25 cents for 5 min. 40 pound washer was under $5. Would use again. read more

I ended up just stopping by and washing my loads myself. Employee was very helpful and responsive to my questions. The washers and dryers are efficient and well maintained. Most places are very hot from the dryers, but I was comfortable here. Recommended this establishment to anyone that needs to wash! read more

The staff was super helpful! It was our first time to a laundromat in a while so they helped us with the washer and dryer process. Even other customers were helpful. It was clean as well. Will definitely come here before we leave again. Grateful to them! read more

I am completely obsessed with this place. I HATE doing my laundry, it takes me days, I get distracted, I can never seem to get spots out and it's always half-done. Enter Bubbly Bubbles. The staff is incredible and so friendly, my clothes smell amazing and come back clean. They always remember me by name and take really good care of my stuff including hang drying whatever I ask them to. They also have an awesome web interface where you can create an account, set your laundry preferences (i.e. tumble dry low), and save your card information. It's actually super reasonable pricing at $1 a pound if you drop off your stuff. I typically spend $20-$40 every two weeks or so after tax and tip! They'll also drop off & pick up laundry at your house (it's a little bit more). It is magical - I put my laundry on my doorstep and two days later I get a text it's done and then POOF! clean laundry shows up!! Seriously I love Bubbly Bubbles, try them out and you will NOT be disappointed. read more

It is now under new owners and management. The new owner is very nice and friendly; she was willing to go out of her way to help me and I appreciated that she asked for feedback and is implementing changes accordingly, like adding new large machines. Convenient location, good selection of machines, and nice owners. They are adding more large new machines, coin machines, baskets on wheels, and redecorating the interior. read more

Big TV to watch while waiting. Friendly and responsive staff. Fast Wifi and the password can be requested at the front-desk. Good tables with chairs to sit and use Notebook. Also, I went there near the closing time but was still able to wash and dry my clothes inside the store--they wait all customers to finish the laundry. I can exchange my bills to quarters. I don't know credit card use, though. Much better than other places where there is no chair. read more

I've been coming here for a few years to drop off bulk items to be washed that won't fit or wash properly in my washer (door mats, comforters, pillows, bathroom rugs, throw pillows). Rates are reasonable and staff are friendly. Happy to support a local and family owned business. read more

Disorganized, and awful service for dry cleaning pickup/delivery, and essentially unusable interface on their app/website. I recently moved to the area and was looking to set up regular service, so I thought I'd try to figure out their clunky system and give them a try. They overcharged me about $20 (charging me about $30 for 3 shirts and a pair of pants). I called and they said there is a minimum charge for dry cleaning. Their website does not list a minimum for dry cleaning pick up; it only lists a minimum for laundry wash and fold (25lbs). I had even called before hand to ask if there was a minimum for dry cleaning. The employee I spoke to said that there was not a minimum (but to be fair, she also didn't seem to really know what she was talking about). They flat out refused to refund me the excess charge saying that I should have known there was a minimum charge for dry cleaning because there is a minimum charge for other (non-dry cleaning) services listed on their website. Seems pretty dishonest to me, but if that's how they want to make a buck, I guess that's their prerogative. I hope that $20 is worth losing my recurring business. read more

dropped off my laundry before lunch and got it back - washed and folded - before dinner. All for $22 (not including tip)! The woman who helped me was kind and helpful. will definitely use again on my next visit! read more

Nice and clean place. The staff is helpful. Other clients always give good suggestion : extra 25c would have extra rinse cycle. There are plenty of machines to get your jobs done at the same time. $7.0 for the large load and $5.0 for the medium. read more

I loved their wash and fold service. I recently moved and had a bunch of clothes that had been sitting in storage getting dusty. With the stress of moving, rather than spend all day at the laundromat I splurged on their wash and fold service. The woman who helped me was very accommodating with my special detergent requests due to allergies. I didn't specify because I was in a hurry, but she proactively was careful enough to separate out things should be hanged to dry vs. which could go in the dryer. I would definitely use them again! read more

I was sick for two weeks after returning from vacation and my husband dropped off laundry to have washed and folded. He specifically told them that if there was dry cleaning items mixed in with the clothes to please dry clean those. What we got back was EVERYTHING folded. Dresses and sweaters that are now ruined because they're 2 sizes too small from putting in the same high temperature and wringing loads as jeans and tshirts. There were DRESSES that came back folded instead of hung. I'd rather have three weeks of laundry piled up than paying for this awful service we encountered. I am so upset! read more

I had worst experience at this laundromat/dry cleaner. DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! They have ruined my sweater as it got shurnk. Will never use them again. Dropped off a suit and was told it would be ready Wednesday. They didn't notify us that it wouldn't be ready on time. Have used this laundromat multiple times for their wash and fold service. We've never had an issue with their service. In the morning they will usually offer same day pickup, or next day at the latest. They have never missed a given deadline. As someone who HATES doing laundry I find the cost very reasonable. $30 will end up saving me hourssss of time that I'd rather be doing almost anything else. So glad to have found this place so close by! read more
