didn't want to give this place a low review because I love the guy who owns it, but the female who's there during the daytime is the worst. Not only has she gone through my laundry occasions without permission and only because I took about five minutes to come back in, mind you there are open there was nobody waiting specifically for my machine, but she was enough and had to go through my things and take my for no reason. Today was the last straw, that woman picks and chooses when she likes people, some lady came in with 10+ bags of laundry so I get it you see signs and treat people with respect, this customer took over 10 , when one was going to open up I thought I was able to use it, but the lady who was there running the show decided she was going to save her all the machines so I ended up leaving. It must be nice to be liked by the owner, anyone else does not get respect. read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about this laundromat. In all my 71 years, I had never been to one. Now I'm hooked. The facility is very clean, there are many machines of different sizes, and the women who runs the place is extremely friendly and helpful. I have never had to wait for a machine. Even when my washing machine is repaired, I will continue to go to the Circle Laundromat when I have loads that my washer can't accommodate. It's a great business read more

Place is spotless, but the lady behind the counter takes the longest lunch breaks known to man. I've noticed a pattern with her either never having enough change for customers, which in my opinion should be expected in this type of establishment. read more

Pretty good. A bit pricey but the machines were functional and large enough. Spent about $16 to do two full wash and dry loads. It was a bit cramped in the space but the staff were friendly with figuring out the quarter and laundry machines. Would recommend if you need to clean your clothes! read more

The lady (name pronounced Floor) is just the warmest, loveliest person to chat with and is always ready with a smile and any troubleshooting needed. This is my favorite laundromat for many reasons! 1) Ah-maz-ing family owns this and they are very helpful, friendly, and when busy, they are great at helping you sort clothes so you can get in and out quickly. 2) They are always cleaning everything! The floor, the washers and dryers. It's always fresh so you don't pick up someone's mud from a camping trip or something. 3)The varsity in WASHER sizes: A. Four MEGA LOAD washers hold up to 62 pounds. Great for bed spreads, king sized blankets, and big stuff. $6.50-$6.75, plus extra $0.25 each for heavy soil and extra rinse. B. Six GIANT LOAD washers hold up to 45 pounds. $4.50-$4.75, plus extra $0.25 each for heavy soil and extra rinse. C. Six TRIPLE LOAD machines for $3.50 D. Seven DOUBLE LOAD for $2.50 4) DRYER SIZES: A) Eight mega front loading large dryers B) Fourteen large front loading wall dryers 5) LIMITED SPACE: It's clean enough for kids to hang around, but realistically I don't recommend bringing kids because there isn't room for extra bodies around. There's only five seats on the bench and two stools. THE washers are on one wall and the dryers on the other. ****There is NO PLACE or corner for kids*** to be safe and out of the way of many people and moving carts. Most of the time, ppl using the facility are great. When the homeless shelter was nearby, there were more transient people. I haven't seen any since the facility moved, but it isn't conducive or entertaining for kids. 6) GREAT local eateries nearby. Especially in the summer on bit days, I recommend coming in the morning. Something came up where I needed a quick wash of blankets and comforters, and the parking lot was full with college kids! A melting pot restaurant and BonChoi are big draws. Home Depot is across the small street, while Chick-Fil-a and McD are around the corner, within walking distance. read more

I have been going here every week for a couple months now and actually love the place! The staff is very polite and the machines 95% of the time clean. Cesar, the owner always greets customers as if they've been longtime friends and will treat you with the utmost respect. Maha, a employee there, offers the same quality of customer service as Cesar and just makes the customer feel right at home. Circle Plaza Laundromat is one of the few businesses that offer free coffee to customers and will always greet you with a smile. Their staff is always willing to give a helping hand especially when it comes to folding big blankets! It's also very clean. Yes, the place is small and very tight but it doesn't bother me. I just put my headphones on, blast some techno/dance music and zip up and down the isle as if it was a dance floor! read more

Always used the place to wash the comforters. Once or twice they bailed me out with a back-log by using their HUMONGOUS machines. The owners (or managers) are truly kind. They help the inexperienced without any judgement. They can wash by the pound ($1 per lb) and do it with great care. I have never had an issue with anything I've given them over the three years I've used their services. Avoid weekend afternoons and you shouldn't be disappointed with access. read more

Wow, cool, clean and convenient! Located in my fav strip mall, we were so fortunate to find they were open on the holiday. They are on the Bon Chon and HotSpot strip mall. Owner was very helpful since we had not been to a laundromat in years. They have super duper washer and dryers. The location is very clean. This place is spotless and priced far lower than what I'm typically used to. $1 for a single pack of tide, $2.25 for a small washer and .75 to dry. Never gone somewhere this clean that I could do a quick load of laundry all in for $4. read more

It's clean and quite large. It was not busy for a Saturday afternoon. Seemed a little expensive though. $4.75 to wash and $4 to dry. Their machines do not take cards though but the change machine was working and gave me $20 in quarters. read more

This place was fantastic. It wasn't at all crowded mid-day Saturday (they appear to do a lot of drop off business). The place was super clean. They take credit cards. Plus they helped me fold my larger items! They offer a variety of washer/dryer sizes for any need. I'll definitely be using their drop off service for anything too big to wash at home. read more
