My husband and I have both taken a range of clothing here for dry cleaning from suits, dress shirts, dresses, and bedding. They are always so personable and friendly. We have never had an issue with their results, everything is returned to us nicely done. They are perhaps a little pricier and take a little bit longer than some places, but you know you are getting quality, which is why we'll continue to go here as opposed to somewhere that claims they can dry clean in one hour. read more

BEWARE, and AVOID unless you want your clothes RUINED! I have been taking items to this cleaners for some time now, and one thing that drew me to them were the fact they were into being environmentally safe, big on customer service, and taking great care of your possessions you drop off with them. I work hard for my money, and when I take things here I expect them to take their time to clean my garments, and especially read the care tags as the items are pricey this should be expected when they charge ALOT more than anyone else around here, they should take care of the garments no matter the price to say the least as it's not their items. Boy was this wrong, dropped off a Jacket I really loved, and it was worn a few times and never cleaned. Long story short, I pickup the item and its damaged, and they simply handed it off to me like nothing was wrong. I kept calm even though the jacket wasn't cheap, and explained the issue with them damaging and fading the entire jacket, deep navy looks completely ashy, especially when you bring this jacket in the light. They told me they don't have insurance here, so if they damage anything of yours you are SOL. They told me for 30+ minutes it doesn't take a genius to follow care instructions and that they followed it to a T, and it's the company fault. After speaking to the garment company and the place I purchased the item they both advised this never happened before especially if they followed the instructions. I then called the institute that they recommended to try and test the item but they too said the dry cleaners would have to send the items in not me as the consumer...They also said if they were deemed at fault that they would reimburse me for the jacket. Well after going back and forth with the cleaners for almost 2 weeks now she accidentally snitched on herself with how she treated my jacket and after confirming with her I told her the care tags said to NOT TO DO THAT, and now that explains why the jacket was mysteriously damaged. After bringing this up I then got more push back saying that wouldn't cause damage etc and the passing of the bucket continues. They will not reimburse me for my jacket that they did not follow the instructions for, and I will be reporting them to the BBB. I was even told I can take them to court to be reimbursed but we all know this would cost me alot more in lawyer fees, along with a long wait before getting reimbursed. Very unhappy but I did learn some valuable lessons here. Sorry for the long review this is not a place you should bring your belongings too, I get mistakes happen, but I shouldn't be held responsible or take the L as it wasn't my fault in the first place. Love these cleaners so far! I've only used their services twice so far, but the man who has checked me in/out both times is really nice! He took the time to explain pricing to me, which is mostly very fair pricing, and always makes sure the pick-up date works for me. The quality of the clean is also excellent. I normally order light starch on men's items and it tends to be perfect; just enough to keep wrinkles at bay, but not so much that it's like wearing cardboard. I'm looking forward to see how they do when I drop off my winter coats! The only concern I have is one that I'm not sure should be a concern: the cost for laundering a blouse/regular shirt is significantly higher than laundering a men's dress shirt...the blouse/reg shirts are not special material (couple of portofino shirts and a cotton crew), so I'm not sure why they cost so much more than a dress shirt. I don't use dry cleaning services often, so I'm not sure if that's just the way it is in the dry cleaning world?? In short: Convenient location, excellent service, decent pricing...I'll definitely remain a repeat customer and would recommend them to others! read more

Been going to zips for year and always was unimpressed with how my garments came out. Tried this place even though it is a little more expensive and it was totally worth it. My clothes smelled good, looked great, and they even got out some really old stains I did not expect them to be able to get out (zips couldn't do it). Needless to say I will only be going here from now on for my dry cleaning. Excellent customer service. read more

Very nice people but unfortunately their practices are not the best. First couple of visits they shrunk a really expensive t shirt. No remorse or recourse to fix things and just stated that it was not their fault. Fine, must be my fault, continued to take things to them but other items then couple months later had a stain on a shirt that wasn't there before. They offered to rewash it and honestly probably didn't because when I came to pick it up the same exact stain was still there in same exact spot. Brought a different sweater and they couldn't take the stain out. Seemingly made it worse and spread out more to new areas. Again no remorse and no recourse, still made me pay. No apologies ever or actions to fix the situation. And the audacity to still make me pay. Unbelievable, do yourself a favor and don't take your expensive pieces here it will either have a new stain, old stain will still be there, or spread to new spots and they just tell you that that was the best they could do. Other than that really nice people just their experience in cleaning is a bit questionable. read more

Price is a little steeper than other ones but you definitely get what you paid for.. $25 for a trench coat but they surely cleaned it like no other.. They took the small belts on the sleeves off - cleaned and pressed it separately.. The only thing that's gonna prevent me from coming here often is the price but if you're getting a $1500 jacket cleaned, this is a place to be. You spent a lot of money of a jacket, don't let a cheap dry cleaner ruin it - learned my lesson from zips. read more

I used to be a customer since they had opened but beginning in 2016 there has been a reduction in quality. Shirts I send to be laundered come back with new stains or they are not cleaned. When I point this out to the gentleman at the counter, he cheerfully replies it will be taken care of and corrected; unfortunately it is not. It is unfortunate they do not correct the issue as I like to provide my business to local merchants. Another customer wrote of the starch stains and I have the exact same issue. read more

Pros: Convenient location for me, friendly people, and reasonably priced Cons: Over the last 4 to 5 trips before I decided to change cleaners, the number of starch spots left on my shirts just became too prevalent for me to keep giving them my business. About 90% of the shirts I received back had some starch spots. Of those with spots, about 20% of them were too excessive that I couldn't cover them with a tie or hope it wasn't too noticeable to someone giving my shirt a quick glance. read more

This place is awesome! They do a great job dry cleaning my clothes and they are nice and friendly. Everything comes back looking brand new just like when I purchased it from the store. They also fixed the hem on my favorite dress pants. Now they look perfect once again. My clothes are always ready on time.
