Unfortunately, after ten years of supporting this dry cleaner, I now must warn people about my most…read morerecent experience. They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. I cannot go back here and am deeply disappointed.

I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner! I took my dress in to adjust the hem, and when I…read morepicked it up, it was still too long. I went back to the store, hoping they'd fix it, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff stated that I had changed my mind and insisted that the hem was the length I requested. The hem sat 2 inches past my shoes and dragged on the floor. I was unable to walk without tripping. The seamstress refused to fix the length of the hem unless I agreed with her that I had "changed my mind and said I was sorry." I've never been treated so rudely by a business. They failed to do the job right, and the customer service was appalling. I felt they were very disrespectful and implied that I was a liar. I will never return.

I've used this place 3 times for suit-type dresses and they've done a great job each time. My…read moredresses come back CLEAN. I can't say the same for Zips across the street! It's decent prices compared to what I've paid for other good service at other dry cleaners. My only complaint is poor ventilation in the shop. Desire your dry cleaning to smell like body odor? Go to Fair Center Cleaners in Fair Lakes Shopping…read moreCenter! I return a dry-cleaned suit jacket because the arm pits still smelled after Fair Center Cleaners' initial service. I specifically explained this a re-clean because they didn't clean it effectively the first time. Upon picking up the jacket the second time, the same smell exists and is easily detected by waving the jacket around. The staff claim they can't smell any body odor. I was absolutely appalled 1) that they claimed they couldn't smell it and 2) they refused to return the paid amount $8.50. Why would I bother to give them a third chance to 'clean' it again. I explained I have been coming here for a number of years (mostly laundry not dry-cleaning) and asked why they are they lying, not providing a cleaned product, and do they not care about retaining customers. The owner said, 'We don't need your business.' Well there you have it folks, consider finding a dry cleaner that actually needs customers instead of taking money for continued failed service. And note this is not an isolated incident, read complaints from other past customers both on Yelp and Google.
