I went back to the store, hoping they'd fix it, and instead of taking responsibility, the staff stated that I had changed my mind and insisted that the hem was the length I requested. The hem sat 2 inches past my shoes and dragged on the floor. I was unable to walk without tripping. The seamstress refused to fix the length of the hem unless I agreed with her that I had "changed my mind and said I was sorry." I've never been treated so rudely by a business. They failed to do the job right, and the customer service was appalling. I felt they were very disrespectful and implied that I was a liar. I will never return.

There are large to very massive sized dryers as well. Note: The newer, shiny industrial size dryers are hot! I put in a queen sized comforter and it was dry in less than 15 minutes. I would start with 10 minute intervals and add quarters as needed. I almost put in 40 minutes worth of quarters which would have been way too much. The machines operate on coins only, specifically quarters. There is a change machine on hand to break down small bills up to a $20 bill into quarters. They have a laundry service as well. I noticed people dropping off and picking up their laundry. Not too crowded on a Sunday afternoon. Very pleased. In addition, there are more than 6 casual dining places within the same plaza, so you can grab a bite to eat while waiting for clothes to wash and dry.

2/17/23 Getting my Ravens's Sling Backpack fixed was a…read morenecessity. The zippers had come off one side of the track. If this wasn't bad enough, the zipper tracks had become deranged and unusable. Okay, poor choices of words, but it's what came to my mind at the time. It cost $45 getting the zippers fixed, but oh so worth it. I hope to get some fabric sewn into the inside of the back, because the outer padding is getting thin. They are apparently under new management, and on our last visit, they lost two $250 items of our clothing, and also mistakenly gave us an item belonging to someone else, who must now be missing that item. When we went in to talk to the owner about it, she denied having made the mistake, never offered any sort of monetary compensation for the items they lost, and in fact never even discounted the cost of the cleaning for the order that resulted in the lost items. I cannot go back here and am deeply disappointed.
