I went to Joanne Fabrics and bought a few yards of fire-engine red boat canvas to use as a new interior coat liner. Regal did a great job replacing the old liner and repairing the old pocket stitching. They also added a two large interior pockets the original did not have. I should have buffed out more insulation but decided not from concern it may look too puffy. I like the idea of selecting my own fabric and they understand well my intent.

I've been shopping at Burlington Coat Factory for a few years and had no idea that this magnificent…read moretailoring establishment was located near the fitting rooms! If I didn't search Yelp!, I would never have known. I read the great reviews and decided to give them a shot. I had three suits that I could no longer wear because I had lost a lot of weight and at least 6 inches from my waistline. Getting the pants to look like they fit me normally instead of fitting me like a clown would be challenging, but I decided to go for it and I was pleasantly surprised. The first fitting left the pants a little loose, but once I brought them back, they were corrected in no time. I wore my suits this past week and no one noticed that the pants were once a size 38 waist! My boss probably didn't know that it was the same suit I wore during my interview, 50 pounds before. My only complaint is that I did not know of these gentlemen sooner. I will be bringing more trousers to them for fitting, I still have a few that could be tightened up around the waist... Oh! I forgot to add, their pricing is fair. I once had to pay more to have a pair of pants brought in than I paid to purchase the pants, when taking them to a dry cleaner one time. I paid a fraction of the cost this time, and much more work was done. Thank you so much for breathing life back into three suits I was sad to have stopped wearing, even though the reason was a good one.

They were able to turn my dress around pretty quickly, but there were issues -- it was tightened too much so I couldn't zip it up and they had adjusted the straps and didn't reinstall the bra strap loops. I was going on a trip and really wanted to take the dress with me so they had me wait on site and quickly let it out a little bit. I appreciated that they were willing to do that. They loosened it enough that I was able to zip it up without issues, but the front was bunching in a weird way. They were closing and I was leaving on my trip the following day. When I asked if I could bring the dress back to readjust the straps after my trip (which they had done as part of my order, also evidenced by the missing bra strap loops), they said they hadn't adjusted the straps and that I couldn't bring it back. The cost was $70. I don't think I'll be going back to this tailor. My friends have recommended others who charge a lot less and will ensure you're happy with the fitting before they close out the order. So I'll be taking this dress to someone else now to do the final fixes for an additional cost. :/

Over the…read morelast four months I have had three separate leather items repaired, cleaned and re-stiched/seamed. I had a leather jacket and two purses repaired. Bar none, the repairs were the best I have ever had done anywhere! The quality was outstanding! Their attention to detail is not something I see anymore. On all three repairs they found extra items that needed TLC and did them without extra charges. The staff is always friendly too. I would rate them 4 & 1/2 stars on their workmanship if I could. I would give Casmera 5 stars if they were not so in demand and took longer than expected for all the jobs. That is a great problem to have. Also, striving toward better communication with their customers about the repairs would definitely give them five stars. Don't go anywhere else. Go to Casmera. Communication - I didn't have trouble understanding them, but wasn't certain they understood me. Expertise - This is where they feel short. It is a husband & wife team, and I have always been measured by the wife. Her expertise of the fit of men's clothes isn't as good as Y&Z tailors. I had to explain in much more detail what I wanted on two adjustments and was not confident she understood. When asked if the jacket needed other adjustments, she did not spot the third flaw in the fit. Work Quality - Overall good, but the the sleeve length (on my unequal arms) was not correct. It will need done over. Price - They were the highest price. I would still recommend them for woman's clothes, but won't be going back for my own.
