I needed a dress altered that was too tight in the sleeve openings and way too wide for my torso. When I picked the dress up after the alterations were complete, the dress fit perfectly on my torso but the sleeve openings were still slightly too tight. I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends. read more

Horrible job i Brought in 5 shirts and 4 jeans he did a good job with the jeans but he messed up my shirts each shirt I brought was 2-500$ I paid him 800$ to get everything cropped I told him I want it to my belt line/ waistline specifically he says okay no problem he measures me and he tells me be ready in a week about 2 weeks go by i show up he only had the pants done tells me it will be done in a few days I come in a week later he says shirts are ready I put the shirt on and this dude pretty much turned my shirts into a crop top I tell him this is way too short I wanted it to my waist/belt line he goes you wanted it short I went short some guys like it like that a crop top and proceeds to say i thought that's how u wanted it which i took offense too felt like he was tryna play with me not taking accountability for the mess up he tells me it's okay no problem we fix come back in a week I come back and now my shirts have this big ass line going along the middle which is extremely noticeable you can tell where he cropped it and added the fabric back on I'm disappointed man this was my first time going to a tailor now I'm stuck with these messed up shirts. I recently brought two sweaters to Exact Fit for repair. One was a wool sweater with small moth holes in it and the other was a much beloved cotton sweater whose collar had frayed into unsightliness. The repair on the wool sweater was done expertly and with no evidence of where the holes once were. However, I was amazed at the repair job Ramadan did on the cotton sweater! He totally restored the collar as if it were new! His mastery of repairing clothing is extraordinary and his price was quite reasonable. If I ever need to have other items of clothing repaired, I will return to Exact Fit! read more
