I needed a dress altered that was too tight in the sleeve openings and way too wide for my torso…read more When I picked the dress up after the alterations were complete, the dress fit perfectly on my torso but the sleeve openings were still slightly too tight. I explained and was told they would try to make a bit more room in the sleeves for me, if possible. Within 10 minutes I tried on the dress again and it felt SO much better and fit great. I really appreciate that they listened to me and made every effort for the dress fit me beautifully. Note: If you arrive on the weekend and the building is locked, just give them a call and they'll come get you! The building is an office building so the front door locks on the weekends.

My soft cat eye top was taken in and from the front center, which changed the look of the dress and where it sat on my chest. I said it wasn't what we discussed and it changed the dress, and they suggested cutting the cat eye corners. I showed them the picture of how it was before and said to make it just that way and the next week luckily they did--it was back as it was! The hemming was just fine and done well. The bustle loops were made of a material that was like a very thin clear fishing line. I was a bit nervous about how it would hold up but I trusted it since I'm no expert. Sadly 1 of 3 bustle loops snapped before walking into the reception and a second bustle loop snapped 10 minutes into dancing. It looks so weird in pictures but it was game time and we couldn't grab a pin. It was a heavy ballgown with a cathedral train and multiple layers. Because it was just so heavy and impossible to hold up, I had to put on my outfit from the rehearsal 30 min into dancing. Luckily I had it with me, but I was so bummed because I wanted to wear it for at least half of the reception dancing! I'd come here for other tailoring because they're quick and reasonable pricing, but not for wedding dresses.

My friend unfortunately lost the pants to her áo dài and thought they may have been misplaced it at the store, and they were very helpful by checking their security footage to see if it was brought there (it wasnt lol). When I came in to get my dress tailored, the lady was really helpful and gave me suggestions on how I could adjust the dress. My fiancé ended up picking it up for me, and when I tried it on later, I felt like I didn't love the final look 100%. I called around 5:30 PM to see if there was any way they could help touch it up. I got there around 5:40 PM and explained that I needed it the next morning by 9 AM. She told me not to worry and to come back at 6:30 PM, right before closing. She was so nice and fixed it up for me really quickly, and there was no extra charge. I will say, I was a little taken aback by the price of the tailoring. This was my first time getting a dress tailored, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I had the shoulders adjusted, a slit added, and the back touched up, and it came out to around $150. I'm not sure if that's a normal/average price since this was my first time..... But anyway-- the place is clean, the staff is super friendly, and they were really accommodating. I'll definitely be coming back to get more of my dresses tailored and dry cleaned here! :)

They are hard-working, will take on any task no matter how big or small and finish everything on time -- and you can always count on superior workmanship no matter what you need tailored. Last month, i brought 2 of my favorite cashmere sweaters in because they had small moth holes and Mr. Choi was able to hem up the holes such that I couldn't see them any more, even when I held them up to the light. I still can't figure out where the holes were originally! Yes, they're that good!! Above all, the Chois are wonderful, friendly people, which should count for something these days. Highly recommend this store!!

First, they took my dress in and literally made it 1.5 inches to small, it would not even zipper. So then I had to come back and they were trying to put boning in, but it did not look good so then I had to ask for them to take it out. And STILL the dress is too small but they would not listen to me when I asked for it to be slightly bigger. It felt like I was being dismissed and they were really poor at communication. I was hoping for better, especially after all of the good reviews, but it did not live up to the expectations. For how expensive they are, I would spend my money elsewhere.

I used a 40lb washer and dryer, for clothes that would be 2 loads in at-home washer dryer. The washer was 5 dollars for 30min, and I used the dryer for 28min which costed a dollar. They both worked really good. The dryer could have used another quarter for certain items like a small blanket but I was too lazy to wait any longer. Overall, good working machines at a reasonable price, spacious and clean laundromat....nothing to complain!

I have been a customer at this laundromat for approximately two years and visit about once a week…read more I routinely wash the same types of items each visit, including my work uniforms, my husband's work uniforms, and my dogs' blankets. During my visit today, I loaded two large-capacity washers, added the appropriate amount of detergent according to the detergent instructions, selected the warm water setting, and started the machines as usual. When the cycles were complete, I immediately noticed that many of the clothes still smelled unwashed and felt as though detergent and soil had not been fully rinsed away. Some items were only damp, some were extremely wet, and others felt almost dry, as though they had not been washed properly. The clothing also retained the same odor it had before being washed. I brought my concerns to the attendant. She checked the washer briefly and stated that because the clothes were wet, the machine had washed them. However, my concern was not whether water had touched the clothing, but that the wash cycle did not appear to clean the clothes properly. I was left with no option but to move everything into another washer and pay to wash all of my laundry a second time. As a result, I spent approximately double what I normally spend on laundry. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to investigate whether the machine malfunctioned or to offer any assistance, reimbursement, or courtesy rewash despite my being a long-time customer. I understand that equipment issues can happen. My frustration comes from having to pay twice to wash the same load and feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I hope management will review the condition and performance of the machines so that other customers do not experience the same problem.

leather Repsir perfection! my Lambskin jacket had a shredded sleeve. The man (Ramadan) who repaired my lamb skin jacket did it with Artistry! I love my jacket. Tried to find a replacement because the sleeve was shredded. They're non-existent. I bought a piece of lamb skin off of Amazon. Brought it to Ramadan at Sew In Style. Had hemming done on 9 pairs of pants and had a waste take-out done on 1 pair of pants. The hemming was perfect. The initial take-out turned out to be a little on the tight side. No problem. The owner did additional alternating on the spot, and in less than 10 minutes, the fit was perfect! Very impressive, indeed! I recommend this shop for their competence. read more

Ilove that they come pick up and drop it back off - so convenient. They were so kind and heard all my thoughts about what I was looking for and said they would reach out with any questions. The update: When I first got the quilt back it wasn't what I expected with the material that was used for the patches. But I'm adding this part to speak to Burrell's incredible response and solution. He offered to rework it and was very sincere on making sure I was happy with the finished product. After I found a fabric that was the same material and matched the style better, he redid the patches, sent me pictures before redoing them to make sure it was what I envisioned, and returned my quilt again. I absolutely love it and am just so grateful for how he handled everything. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely contact him for anything I need in the future.
