I left a lightweight quilted bedspread for wash and fold and paid the $18 "comforter" charge in advance. I asked for scent-free detergent and no fabric softener or dryer sheets. After I picked it up and got home I unwrapped it and it reeked of fragrance. Instead of hauling it back for a re-do I ran it in my dryer on the air-only setting (since the bedspread was not wet, the dryer was able to handle it). When I removed the bedspread I noticed that the lint filter was full. I thought it strange for something that had just been washed and dried to shed so much lint. Cleaning the filter I discovered that instead of lint, it was filled with dust - the same thick sticky dust that I am always clearing from my hand-vac and that unfortunately is so common in my apartment. They were allowing one customer to monopolize multiple machines on both sides of the establishment. She literally had 3 pieces of clothing in a high-capacity washer just so I wouldn't put my clothes in a washer next to hers! Another day there was a man there who was obviously homeless take his clothes off right out there in the open and place them in a washer! Maybe I came in on "off" days! read more

I don't need to use a laundromat anymore but when I did this place was the MVP. Always clean, staff always really kind and helpful, machines in order, bathrooms available, and honestly they have bomb ass snacks. There's some pink coconut milk thing they sell that has me in a chokehold to this day. A+, a platonically perfect laundromat. read more

It never opened on a Saturday. The posted hours were 7am - 10pm. I arrived at 645am and waited until 9am. Nobody showed but customers. I called after 9am and nobody answered. Unprofessional, so I went to their nearest competitor and it was nice. read more

I LOOOOVEEEEEE this laundromat! This is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been to and I've been to many laundromats. The woman who works at the front is so nice and accommodating. They have a bathroom for customers, which is really convenient since I really had to go when I came. It's cold right now because it's November and it was a nice temperature inside and it wasn't even too hot. I didn't have to wear a jacket inside and it's 45 degrees outside now! I like this laundromat so much that I would literally just sit in here all day. They offer laundry detergent inside. They have an ATM. They even have offer cold drinks and popsicles. This place is unbelievably nice! Highly recommend for you to use this laundromat and you won't be disappointed. read more

I love this Launder service station!! It's been a life-saver. My washer/dryer broke at my rental home and I brought like 6 baskets with tons of laundry to do and all my kids with me...they offered to help either with getting me started on my own with their washers/dryers available or doing it for me and I could just come back to pickup. I opted for them to do for me, so kids and I could spend the day at the park. They were so accommodating for this tired and frustrated mama and made sure I could pickup SAME DAY. It has been awhile since I visited a laundry mat but needed a place to wash large loads. I wasn't particularly excited but found Laundry Station and was pleasantly surprised! It's very clean, the staff was great and they have lots of things to make doing laundry a little less painful like snacks for sale, wifi and TV. The machines are in great condition and the cycles are fast. I also love that you can pay with an app so no need for quarters! I definitely plan to return with more large loads and would highly recommend if you are looking for a laundromat. read more

Staying in National Harbor and believe it or not only place close by to do laundry. 11.00 Uber here came on a Sunday so obviously busy but the lady at the counter was super nice and friendly. Standard Laundrymat with plenty of options. Glad you can buy single use pods as I travel for work and don't want to be carrying around detergent. 3.00 for a wash looks like it can fit a good amount and only 23mins! So 5.00 total I went with two pods I'm that kind of guy. Give this place a try if ur in need of a quick efficient wash. The location has ample parking, there are 2 large rows of Extra Large, Large, Medium and Small washers. They also have several large and medium size dryers. They have clean carts to help transport laundry to the dryer. The average time to wash and dry clothes takes about an hour. So logistics are on point. With regards to service, the owners/workers keep the place very neat and clean. They are responsive and friendly. Everything that brings me back. And the have a small desk area with laundry items (detergent, softener, laundry bags, ect..) and sodas and yummy popsicles that are fairly priced. And a change station so you don't have to worry about going to the bank ahead of schedule to find quarters for the machines. read more

Laundry Station is my preferred laundromat in the area. There's always an attendant on site and they keep it very clean. I use the biggest washer which costs $6.50 and holds up to 6 loads. The dryers cost 25 cents per 5 minutes. Therefore, I wouldn't say this laundromat is the "cheapest" in the area. The only weird thing about the washing machines here is that you can't select a setting, only the temperature. So you can't select delicate, permanent press, etc. Therefore, do not come here if you specifically need to do a delicate load!! read more

I really like this laundry mat. I take all of my linens here to wash. They have large washers that you can put in 2-5 loads in one. My linens always come out very clean. They have never ripped or torn in the washer. The dryer are also very good. They dry in a short time and without burning or typing your clothes, and it's a great value for both wash and dry. You can use quarters or their app which makes it easy to load money through your bank or apple pay,etc. You scan the QR code and slide to start. It's easy and you don't have to bring cash with you. They always keep it clean. There is always someone working because they will also wash your clothes for you. They sell full sized from small to large laundry washing and drying cleaning products. They have refrigerators with a large selection of drinks, and ice cream, plus various snacks that you can pay at the counter with a debit card or cash. It's always a pleasant experience. read more

This review is for the wash and fold service. I decided to visit the laundromat to do bulky linens; I found this place and liked the reviews so I decided to give it a shot. While I intended to do my laundry myself, to save time, I decided to try the wash & fold service instead since it was just linens. I was able to drop my things off and get them back the same day. The people working there were very friendly and explained the service well. Everything was ready right on time, nicely packed and they even helped me carry it to my car. I rarely need to use a laundrette but being in a hotel it's limited washing facilities I drove out to Laundry Station early one Sunday morning. It's really clean and modern, the machines all look good and I had no problems. Watching the drier was all so therapeutic. There are drinks and snacks available. It's all very civilised. This is a great little laundromat. My family is renovating our basement so we've been coming here to do our laundry. The man working at the front desk is very friendly and helped us get the WiFi. Best part of this place is how clean it is. The floors are a nice gray fake wood and the logo is very cute (see picture). Even the bathroom was sparkling, and I'm picky about my public restrooms :). And of course, the industrial washing machines and dryers work quickly and well. There is even a change machine to turn your cash into quarters. read more
