Online it says they are open to 11pm but we came to wash close at 9:30pm and the employee told us they closed at 10pm when online told it says open until 11pm. 10/10 won't recommended for anything. Customer service was awful. Employee gave us dirty looks. read more

This place is amazing, the young ladies that work there are awesome, very nice and friendly. I love that I can take clothes (especially when I allow my laundry to pile up) one day and pick them up the next! The folding of my clothes is perfect and can't be beat. Theres nothing like bringing perfectly folded and smelling good clothes home that are ready to be put away within 5mins of being home. Maybe the Landromat is good but I tried the online wash and fold and have been waiting for 3 days for laundry to be picked up. Laundry had been sitting outside:( No one ever answers the phone when I call to discuss. I am very frustrated because this place was highly recommended by my cleaners. Nice and clean facility . Great employees if you need help or have questions. Clean bathrooms and vending machines (snacks and drinks) if needed. I came here to wash my heavy blanket before the winter came and it was a good experience. Very reasonably priced. Small washing machines start at $2.75 medium $3.75 and large $4.75. I was in and out since there wasn't a crowd on a Saturday afternoon. Will come back next time I need to wash something that won't fit my apartment w/d unit. read more

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT! If you need wash and fold service, try Forest 24 Laundromat, Norge Laundry, or any other laundromat in the area. I've been using various wash & fold services in the area for about 5 years now. I always presort my clothes, I don't know if its necessary, but that's what I do. The first time I used this laundromat, I was really excited because it seemed like a clean place and they turned my clothes around very quickly. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that I was missing AN ENTIRE BAG OF CLOTHES!! Like I said, I presort my clothes, so when my laundry had absolutely no sheets or towels, it was easy for me to realize that they didn't give me a bag of clothes! I went back, but no one working was very helpful. I figured I would give them a few weeks, hoping that someone would bring back my clothes (if they gave it to the wrong customer). When I called back, they were very rude and difficult to talk and completely denied that they lost my laundry. If they had apologized, no problem. Mistakes happen. But based on the way they handled it, they won't even accept that they have a problem. Which means they'll do the same mistake again and there's absolutely no accountability. I'm sad to say I won't be able to use their service again and I absolutely cannot recommend that anyone else does so either. read more

The staff is always looking to help and provide your visit with a smile. Another plus is that you can use your credit card at the machines. Awesome! I may never do my own laundry again! So my washer/dryer in my condo went kaput and the new one is not being delivered for another week. I decided to try the wash and fold service at Casa Laundromat. 40 lbs for $0.89 per lb. Dropped it off last night, picked it up this morning and I love it! Clothes are clean and smell fresh, they are all neatly and perfectly folded. My batch included clothes, sheets, and towels. The socks were all matched up and paired. I will definitely use Casa Laundromat again while I'm waiting for my in house washer/dryer. And I think even after that I'll consider this for when I'm short on time and big on dirty laundry! I dropped of 51lbs. of laundry at 7:15am and picked it up at 3pm, all washed and beautifully folded. My machine is broken at home and I hope it gets fixed soon, but in the meantime, Casa was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The folding makes me rethink doing laundry myself! read more

I come here at least 2x per month, usually every week, for a couple of years now. It's always clean and once in that time frame I have not been able to use a single-load machine (crowded). Staff is nice, change machines always work, washers and dryers are efficient and CLEAN! (I have not used the wash/fold service, only ever done my own laundry) read more

Highly recommend Casa Laundromat, very clean, neat, and machines wash/dry really well. If you want wash/fold done for you, its only .89 cents a pound for wash/fold next day ready laundry. Same day is a bit higher. We were using a laundromat just up the street, but it was beginning to be really run down with broken machines, and just not kept up very well. We use a laundromat about once every six weeks to do a "Catch-up on laundry" day when we get really behind on laundry - and we were really behind this time. Glad I looked around and found Casa Laundromat. Staff are always present, easily found, and helpful. The machines are new, neat, and efficient. They operate by coin or card. Note, not credit card. You have to buy a card ($1.00), and then load it with money. So much easier than other laundromats, especially because we use the largest $9.00 machines. Before we had to sit and put in change, now you just swipe the card and voila. Easy peasy. These machines clean well, and the dryers are new and do their job efficiently. Love the oversized dryers. Dries jeans and towels within 20 minutes. I didn't realize that its also a wash and fold place. I watched them fold some clothes, and they do an amazing job. Looked like they were sorting by size (shirts), so if you have several family members, in general they would be sorted by person if you wear different sizes or types of clothes (brother and sister). Good selection of drinks and snacks, and some quarter games to play if interested. Clientele were nice and we felt safe. There is a CVS nearby and Taco Bell and other restaurants within walking distance. So you could run errands like pick-up a prescription or get something to eat. We won't be going back to the other place, and wish I had found Casa Laundromat place first. They have the really big machines (comforters, large loads, blankets), to smaller machines. I didn't see any top-loading machines, though. Highly recommend, and my wife and I decided we'll use them for wash and fold after seeing what they are capable of doing. Successful trip - quick (hour and 45 minutes to wash, dry, and fold seven machines worth of clothes), clean clothes, and thoroughly dried laundry (towels and jeans included). Will use again, and will use the wash and fold next time as it wasn't that much more than what we spent to do it ourselves. Very happy, A+ recommendation. read more

I dropped off 42 pounds of laundry on Friday at 7 pm. This was my first time using a wash and fold service and I was a bit apprehensive. I hoped that I got all my clothes back and that they were clean. I went back the next day at around 7 pm and my clothes were ready. The clothes were neatly folded and had a great scent! And most importantly the clothes were clean. It was also inexpensive. I only went to a wash and fold service because I had let my clothes pile up and I didn't want to spend all day in the laundry room. Now I am thinking about putting them in my budget. This is my first ever Yelp review; but this place is awesome! I took 75lbs of clothes to Casa Laundromat for wash and fold. Painless drop off. (They only take cash, but have an ATM inside the building) I dropped it off on New Years Day around 9:30pm. The attendant told me I could pick up Monday morning, but he would call if it was finished sooner. I thought great! SATURDAY morning he calls to tell me the clothes are ready. :O AWESOME! My clothes washer broke at home and I was dreading going to a laundromat, but this place was great! Super clean and my load of wash was done in a mere 18 minutes! Barely enough time to enjoy the free wi-fi. ;o) But, if you are going on a weekend, go early. A lady who is there often gave me the rundown about how busy the place gets. I was there at ~8:00 AM on Saturday and there were only a few other patrons, so it was fine at that time. Casa Laundromat as a self service laundry is a good local choice. However, their wash/fold service is terrible! its great that their rate is .89 cents per pound, but you get less than what you pay for with that service. My clothes look like they where Just dried and folded, Not washed. i had simple stains (that came out after self washing) on my clothes when they returned them. I once forgot to empty my pants pocket and lost 60.00 to them. But the final straw was, they lost 2 pair of pants and my bathroom rug. when i brought this to the manager/owners attention i was called a liar. Then my rug was "magically" produced by an Employee. I Received no apology for being called a liar and my pants were never found, nor searched further for.I left the laundry feeling violated and cheated. I'm giving them the 1 star for the self service facilities. If i couldn't wash my own clothes there they would get 0. read more
