Home Depot messed up a W/D installation at my home, so I had to go here for a few weeks. Out of all the nearby laundromats, I chose to go to this one based on the reviews, and I was not disappointed. It's cleaner than the other one I inspected. Here, they always have someone ready to clean up any mess. I mean, sometimes, there may be some lint or drops of water on the ground, but they'll clean it up within 30 min. or so that I've noticed. The inside of the washers and dryers are close to always clean and almost always smell freshly cleaned. They had people cleaning the insides of the machines every day that I went. The washers cost $3.50ish to $8.50ish depending on the size you use. The medium and large dryers are each $1 to use, but last for only about 20 min. so you may have to dry your clothes again, depending on how much you're drying. It's not bad. You'll need a Stars Laundromat card to pay to use the machines. You can reload your card with cash or Debit/Credit Card. This place is across Planet Fitness and to the left of the corner mart. read more

Another week of no air and many machines down. The owner did bring in 2 portable machines to help with the temperature. Not sure what's happening as this used to be the best laundromat in the area. We love the ladies that work here but they are subject to these poor conditions. They deserve double time for putting up with this. He sure is making money as it's always busy. read more

Clean - the machines, floors, tables, etc. it was busy but not at all crowded even when I thought it might be packed (Saturday afternoon!). And there are great tables for folding clothes. The woman attendant was constantly cleaning the floors due to the rain and it was so clean that I couldn't tell people were constantly tracking mud in. You CANNOT use cash. You must use a credit or debit card to load a different card specifically for these machines. Think of it like a replaceable gift card. read more

You cannot ask for more. Machines are clean, work and environment is impeccable. They also have the super large machines to accommodate the largest comforters! Love love LOVE this place. I clean my big items here instead of taking them to the dry cleaners, whom usually don't get them clean enough, charge way more and overall are disgusting when you learn that they batch clean with other peoples stuff Staff is kind and hardworking. 100% recommend read more

Half of the machines were out of order. The laundry attendant was very rude and argumentative when my friend and I were having an issue with a dryer not properly working. Will not recommend this establishment to anyone! Very dirty as well floors, machines! Nasty! read more

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went to ask the lady for help with the drying machine because it was saying i needed to use the original card to add more time. I've only been here once, so I only have one card. The lady insisted that I must have used someone else's card or had another one because their machines could not possibly be reading anything wrong despite the fact that more than half of the machines were malfunctioning upon arrival. I used one of the machines that was free and presumably "working". The lady offered no assistance and basically just told me to just wait so i could waste more money on a broken machine. Dropped off clothes because my washer broke. First off when you arrive, the door is on a hill. The curb is high so while I can grab a cart, the ramp is not readily available. Of course some if my clothes were wet which means they weighed more. So I paid more. The math was off in general. They used their basket to zero balance their scale and then weighed the clothes in my basket. I ended up writing down the weight and validating the amount myself. Great for an emergency, but will not be using the drop off service again. Definitely do your own math! read more

Our washing machine broke and I needed a laundromat for a week. This laundromat is very clean and bright with plenty of machines and clean folding space. There are lots of live plants all over. The woman who works here during the day cares very much about the atmosphere and cleanliness of her laundromat. I am super impressed! read more

Very clean, plenty of machines, carts and seating. They even have a laundry sink. Free wifi is FAST at 80mbps download. You can load a laundry card using cash (bills only but they can give you bills for your quarters) or a credit card. The only thing I don't like is that $1.00 buys you 20min on the dryers but you can't buy smaller amounts. read more

This was my first time using this place, it is indeed clean. However I wish I would of known about not being able to you quarters I'm glad I had some cash on me to upload there laundromat card. I do like that system . however they should have a system to allow customers to use quarters to upload to that card. This is probably my most favorite laundromat. It's very clean the staff and customers are always friendly. Kinda small but it's very clean. Prices are a bit high but I don't mind it. You do have to have cash to get a card to put money on to wash. But other then that it's GREAT!!!! read more

This was my first visit to this laundromat. There was no one there for help and few people were doing the laundry. When I first put my credit card in the washing machine it flashed a very brief "bad card". I was struggling with it until I found a "laundromat card" label on top I realized I had to get a laundromat card. The washing machine showed 5.99 for washing. I found the laundromat card machine so I put in 5.99 on my credit card and I got the new laundromat card. I put in new laundromat card in the washing machine and it said insufficient fund for washing. What's going on? I put in $5.99! I went back to card machine and added in $2 more but it said it must be minimum of $5 so I had to put in $5. I finally got my clothes washed. I checked the account balance and activities of my laundromat card on the laundromat card machine and it showed charges of $1.00, .24, .20 and the .24 and .20 were charged to my credit card. I didn't expect those fees. Beware of hidden fees in this laundromat place! I think $1 was for the new laundromat card and the other two charges were from my credit card company which I think were unnecessary. I have $4 left in my laundromat card and I don't think I can get $4 out of the card. I guess I have to keep the card for next visit to this laundromat place. read more

Clean, well lit, cool, all fans going, machines clean and in great condition, and the young lady who works there gives service with a smile and is very helpful and sweet. I took my King size comforter to Stars Laundromat to have them wash it for me since it won't fit in my washer. The woman working there was very friendly and efficient. We struck up a conversation and I mentioned that I'd had my left knee replaced a couple of weeks prior. The pickup day on my ticket came and went and a couple of days later she called me. I told her I'd be by later in the day and thanked her for the reminder. A few minutes later she called me back and said she'd mentioned to her boss that I was recovering from a knee replacement and he told her to call me back and tell me he'd be happy to drop the comforter off at my house. I was so touched at the offer. That kind of customer service is pretty much non-existent these days. They have earned a loyal customer in me. I will use them anytime I'm unable to do my own laundry or need something large and bulky cleaned. read more

This laundromat is decent but a bit pricey. They also advertise free wifi but when I asked attendant for the password what he gave me did not work and he attitude was less than helpful to resolve the issue. I like that you do not need to come bearing change, they use laundry cards you load up however, if using cash you may want to come with some lower denominations of currency, as the machine does not make change or offer a cash out option. This was a particular draw back in my case, as I was a one time user because we are in the process of moving. It is a newer establishment, therefore all the machines were functioning and there were plenty available for use on a weekday morning. read more

This place is terrific! I used their wash and fold service when our dryer broke and it took three weeks to get a new one. It's super clean and brand new and the staff is very kind. The prices are very reasonable: $1.25/lb of laundry (at least 10lbs). I dropped off 8 loads of laundry and it was all done in 4 hours! Stars Laundromat is clean, reliable, and convenient. There's one staff member who works there regularly, and although he doesn't have the best English language skills, he will do everything he can to help. I went to this laundromat a couple times because my drier was broken. And the staff at Stars taught me how to load money onto the cards that their ATM system prints off. I love that I didn't have to stop by the bank for cash just to get my laundry done. This is the ideal place to do meet all your laundry needs. read more

I will drive out of my way just to come here. The location is well lit, the bathrooms are clean, and the machines are clean. All the staff I have encountered are extremely courteous and very helpful. It's a great place to come do a few loads of laundry. I'm normally in and out in about 1 1/2 hours. My washing machine was out of service so I went to Stars Laundromat. What a pleasant experience. The place was very clean and big. So many washing machines & dryers of all different sizes. No need for quarters; you purchase a convenient card to run the machines, purchase laundry detergent if you didn't bring your own, etc. To top it off, Stars has free WiFi and coffee.
