He wore it for the event and we brought it to Zips for dry cleaning. I dropped it off along with 10 other items on Aug 30th, and I came to pick it up tonight on 9/12 (not often out this way). The dude grabbed most of our items off the conveyor, then disappeared to the back. He came back with my son's suit jacket, not cleaned, with every one of his front buttons missing or destroyed/broken in half. They said when it was received, it was inspected before cleaning and the buttons were discovered as broken/missing. We know my son didn't break the buttons on his brand new suit, and we dropped it off with buttons intact. They claim that's how it was received. One button falling off, that I could find explainable. But a button literally cracked in half and the other not just missing but the threads looking like they were stretched to the max before the button tore free...that looks like obvious damage to me. They credited me the cost of the cleaning ($3.50), but they claimed zero responsibility for the damage.
