Just say NO! They don't speak English and it will end up costing you. They advertise (sighnage) "laundry service" along with dry cleaning. That means socks, undershorts, etc. in a washing machine. Ok, that's what we needed so instead of driving into Manassas on 234 to New Image Laundry, we decided to save the trip and try Polo Cleaners. Huge mistake. 6 pairs of underwear, 5 pairs of sox, 3 pairs of shorts, 3 pairs of pants, 7 shirts (polo) and a partridge in a [bleeping] "pair" tree. I told them repeatedly "no dry clean, no dry clean, just laundry". They nodded emphatically and said it back, "just laundry, no dry clean". Then before leaving I specifically said "no dry clean, right?". They said "no dry clean" and nodded. Thank you and thank you and we were on our way. Then they dry cleaned and pressed everything. Now I don't have an issue with the dry cleaning and the job they did, short of it being EXACTLY what I told them NOT to do. What I have a problem with is that I told them no dry clean because it is all washing machine fodder. That costs $15 to have washed and folded at the little cleaners named New Image Coin Laundry. Instead this "laundry" cost (#%*%#) $85 dollars. Like the other sign said "Dry cleaning" and they cleaned my wallet dry too! read more

Terrible. Do not risk your clothes here. I took a brand new WHITE suit jacket in for cleaning - it had a small coffee stain on the sleeve. It came out muddled grey and riddled with stains. They argued with me that it had been grey when I dropped it off. They asked for more time to fix it, I agreed. It came out worse than before. Am currently in small claims process for reimbursement of the $329 I paid for the jacket just 3 months before they ruined it. The ONLY reason this is getting one star is because the female owner apologized to me for her husband's behavior. I brought in a custom made Phantom of the Opera cape who was VERY expensive. He wanted to charge me $70 to dryclean it. It had a few stains on the inside of the cape so I asked the husband if anything were to happen to it during his cleaning process (like the beads falling off, etc) he screamed at me, then snatched my dry cleaning ticket out of my hand and told me to get out. The wife followed me to my car, so I opened the window to speak to her. She then wouldn't let me leave! She had her arms IN my car. Finally I told her, unless you want me to drive away with you hanging from my car, you should probably move back now. She finally did. NEVER GO THERE. They're wayyyyy over priced anyway. And their ad for "Same Day Service" is total nonsense! I asked about it previously. They don't actually do it on the same day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!! read more

The "worst" customer service I've ever seen. They have a sign up that says in by 10 out by five same-day service. I got there at 9:50 and the front desk gentleman wants to talk down and yell about how I am waiting till last minute. I had two suits taken in late March for around 120.00 dollars. I was at work last week when a co-worker noticed that I had a one inch tear down the seam of the right leg. I just figured that the cleaner would fix his work as I've been a loyal customer for over a year. Instead the owner was extremely hostile even after discovering a second tear in the crotch of the pants while arguing with him. I was told I should have noticed this earlier and three months was too long for him to fix his work. I tried to calmly explain to him that I have many suits and have only worn these pants a few times since the alterations. He became very upset and combative with me even with two other customers behind me in the store. No refund was offered and he wanted to charge me to fix his work. I've never written a review but found this experience so appalling that I had to do something. Buyer beware here!!!! Find another dry cleaner!!! read more

I signed up for Yelp just to leave a review about this dry cleaner. How to say this without vulgarity.... I was flat out ripped off. Took in a vest and had them sew on three small patches. I wasn't given a price by Mr. Personality who took my vest and patches because the person that sews wasn't there. When I picked up my stuff today, Mr. Personality scans the tag and says, "$70." I about had a heart attack. I wonder if they charge by the minute because only took about 3 minutes to sew all three patches.... That comes out to $23.33 a minute. If we were to put that in to an hourly wage we're talking $1400. I should have learned to sew instead of going to college!!! Bottom line - if you want to get ripped off, go here. I will never go to this place again and will inform everyone I know not to go here either. read more

If there was a way to give less than 1 STAR, we would. This cleaner has the worst customer service. We have gone three times and had terrible experiences each time. Gentleman won't get off his phone while customers are waiting. When collar tabs were missing, I asked if I could take from his pile, he yelled at me when I tried to take 4 sets. Even though I had four shirts. The last time we went in, the woman told me she wanted to charge me $10 for one shirt. This was due to me not having cash. Their policy clearly states they charge an extra .50 cents if under $10. The woman then demanded I go to Giant to get cash. I continued to argue and she eventually gave in. Stay away!!! Strongly recommend against using this dry cleaner. Owners refuse to accept responsibility for mistakes. Time and again I have asked for shirts to be folded flat. About 25% of the time they are on hangers. I always confirm that receipt says BOX when dropping clothes Today was last straw. 9 shirts cleaned, three in a box and six on hangers. Receipt Attached to the hanging clothes clearly says BOX. Owners berated low level employees, but they do nothing to supervise or train their personnel. I have tried to work with them as the shop is convenient. I spend minimum of $50 per visit, well over $2000 per year, but this means nothing. Owners just keep saying "sorry" as if that makes up for these chronic mistakes. Only choice is to take business elsewhere. I have read other reviews and they all seem to fit the same pattern. I am shocked by other reviewers! We've been using this cleaner for a year now and believe it or not this was the first time I did the drop off/pick up. I parked in the closest spot, grabbed my bundle of clothes and my two kids (5 months and just under 2). Obviously my hands were full! The woman owner came running out (in the cold rain) grabbed my clothes, my toddlers hand and held the door for me! On the way out she carried my clothes to my car and stayed by until both kids were back in the car. Customer service at it's finest which is worth every penny to me! We have never had a problem with our clothes in the last 14 months using them! read more

Went to pick it up in promised time and I found a stain he said he will clean and take care of it went back again to get and found three stains all over the shirt then he refused to give me my money and I had to call to police on him. DO NOT GO HERE!!! - 911 Police Called! Long story short, my wife went to Crystal Brite Cleaners to pick up a few items. She paid, but then looked at the clothes and found that the clothes were not pressed correctly, a jacket was ruined, and the clothes didn't smell clean. She brought her concerns to the owner and he started yelling at her that it's the material and that it was her problem not his. She asked him politely to stop raising his voice, that she had a 2 year old child with her, and that they needed to work this out. He refused, she called me from her cell phone and I talked to him. This, unfortunately, made the situation worse he kept saying he did his job and that this was our problem. I told him we were not satisfied with his level of service. I also told him you can't talk to people like this, and that if he was not willing to work with us we needed our money back. He refused, took our clothes back while yelling at my wife, he wouldn't give us our clothes back. I then asked my wife to call 911. Police showed up in less than 2 minutes and the owner started arguing with the police! It was absolutely unbelievable, this is no way to behave or run a business. We got our clothes back, but the situation scared my wife and our 2 year old daughter. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they have complaints and have low ratings in all three locations, they refused to give us our money back. The police report was reviewed by the credit card merchant and we received a full refund via that route. You've been warn, DO NOT do business with this place!!! read more

I created a yelp account just so I can rate Polo cleaners. This is the worst business I have ever been to in my entire life. The owners both male and female are extremely rude to customers. They are unable to follow simple instructions. They are unwilling to repair mistakes they made. They ruined the $70 pair of pants because they washed and instead of dryclean them and the colors bled from one area to the other because they weren't cleaned properly. They refused to take responsibility, they tried to fix the error only to make it worse, they always raise their voice at customers which is completely rude. I will never go back! I have been going here for years and have had periodic issues, mostly the attitude of the couple that owns/manages the cleaners. It clearly advertises same day service but when I ask for next day service I get a sigh and dirty look. Last week I took a brand new pair of my husband Khakis in. I picked them up a few days later and he took them on a business trip they were neatly folded over the hanger. When my husband took them off the hanger on the opposite side they were covered in stains, I mean covered. One was in the shape of an iron. I took the pants back in and asked the older lady what happened. She said what did you stain them with? I said I did not do it you did it and I want you to fix it. The lady grabbed the paints, glared at me and sighed. That was the last straw. I am tired of walking in that place and having them make me feel like they are doing me a favor for dry cleaning my clothes. They treat me as if I am an inconvenience walking in to bother them. They charge more than everyone else and it takes at least three days to get them back. They are rude and this is the 3rd item of clothing that has been ruined.
