The 2 movers were better than I expected; polite, friendly, professional, courteous and most important they respected my property while removing my stuff. The team was also on-time and got the job done al ot faster that i expected they would have. I will be happy to recommend and more importantly use 123Junk in the future. read more

Two men came to take away a variety of items--2 mattresses, box springs and Harvard frame; lots of lumber and yard waste, an old basketball hoop, and an old TV, and two plastic kids' wading pools. They were right on time and got to work immediately. They carried the beds downstairs and didn't make any dings on the walls! They were gone within an hour. Very efficient and polite. I highly recommend this company. read more

Responded quickly and were able to schedule promptly. The men were able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Very responsive, came quickly, and took away everything I asked. My junk had a good amount of debris around it from demolition, and they cleaned up way more than expected! I was expecting them to only take the big pieces, so when I came out after with the broom and didn't have to do any sweeping, I was pleasantly surprised. It's also great that they partner with Habitat for Humanity. read more

Excellent pick up service of the items I no longer need. It was easy to schedule a pick up. The crew of 2 came in on time. They were very nice guys. I showed them the items. They told me the exact cost, loaded the items in the truck, collected the payment and left. It was such easy to get my items removed. I will use them again for more items and I highly recommend them. read more

123JUNK is the best junk removal companies/services. Everything was easily handled from initial contact to the actual pickup. The two gentlemen were on time (even early), professional, courteous and friendly. Once I showed them what needed to go, they got to work right away and did our clean out in a very short time. In addition to great service, the pricing can't be beat and it is always great to give a local business our business. We had 123Junk come to our Public Storage Unit to remove about 130 boxes of books (about 1.75 tons). The fee was very reasonable, and the job was handled smoothly and efficiently. The two men who did the job were friendly, professional and service-oriented. I would call them again. read more

This is a professional operation. The scheduler is responsive and very communicative, explaining the pricing structure and process up front in precise terms and is very helpful. Very professional outfit, from scheduling and estimating, to doing the actual removal. Brad and Juan arrived within the requested time window, called ahead to let us know when they'd arrive, and were polite and courteous throughout the work. The job primarily involved removing a complete queen bed and a king mattress and box springs. They also helped us assemble the new king foundation, which had been shipped, and unwrapped and installed the mattress. The job had unusual complications, but they helped troubleshoot and solve the problems. We highly commend them for their professionalism and can-do attitude. The cost was well within the estimate and fair for the work done. read more

I am getting my house ready to sell, and over the 11 years I lived here we accumulated a huge amount of junk. I have now had two separate experiences with 123 Junk (we kept finding more junk). Each time I had the same experience - efficient, professional, courteous people to work with. They were fast yet very careful and respectful of my house. I will not hesitate to use them again. read more

Great pricing. They called ahead, were on time, took the steps to put up all the necessary protection as they took out the junk, and the crew was courteous and "awake" - you could tell they really cared about doing a good job. Then there was a follow-up call later in the day to make sure things went well. I'll DEFINITELY call these folks the next time I need stuff hauled away. read more

Incredibly professional and great service! 2 emails and a phone call and everything was set up. We contacted 5 highly rated junk haulers and this company was the only one that would work with us to get to a reasonable fee. They showed up on time a day later and did the work in under an hour. We highly recommend these folks and we intend to use them again. Fair price, professional crew, no damage, and fast work. What else do you want? read more

yep- there is a reason why they got all 5 stars. They go out of the way to find a way to impress. and they never asked for reviews.......amazing. read more

It was very easy to get a quote and book a time. The estimate was very close to the final price; they did not under-estimate or spring any fees on us. Showed up on time, polite and nice guys. Did not damage the house despite having to haul stuff from 3 levels of the house and navigate stairs. I'd highly recommend them to get rid of large household stuff. read more

Excellent service, convenient schedule and professional pick up. I set up the appointment online and received a call to talk through my request. I was given a quote on the phone and set up a good time for the pick up. I had reached out to 2 other services -- one never emailed/called back, the other quoted me 75% more. On pick up day, 123Junk called ahead and showed up as scheduled. It took them less then an hour to do the job. They went above and beyond (sweeping the garage to pick up all the debris). I was impressed and felt compelled to give them a tip. I highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future. read more

Everything went very well. They were super quick. Wish I had requested an onsite estimate (not customary) as couldn't get it done in one visit with number of trucks reserved. Furniture items were slotted for donation. If you want small items (dishes, clothing etc.) to be donated, suggest boxing them up in advance. It's time not efficient for the movers to do the wrapping/boxing. Because they have open truck, they can not take any liquids or aerosols. The guys were great. Would definitely hire them again. read more

This is the third time I've used this company, and they are excellent! Friendly, professional and so helpful. Today, James climbed up and removed chains from an old swing...and swept the patio when they were done. Amazing service! I highly recommend this company! Every crew has been exceptional. read more

These guys are the best in the business! I dealt with Kevin in the office and the booking process is so smooth and easy. Zeb and Patrick showed up on the day of service early which was great and worked in some pretty exhaustive heat to get the job done. These guys are pros! They took great care to load items on the truck in a way that makes the recycling or dumping process super efficient and even though they are just getting rid of items I need to get rid of they definitely made me feel good that I decided to go with 123 Junk. Kudos Junkmen! read more

I highly recommend 123Junk for removing unwanted items from your home. Prompt and polite. Good service cleaning out a garage and shed. The price seemed reasonable and I like the fact that they recycle or repurpose as much as possible. We'll have them back to clean out the attic. read more

I'm a realtor in NoVA and have referred many of my clients to 123Junk. ALL of my clients have been extremely satisfied with their 123Junk experience from beginning to end. Recently, I used 123Junk myself for my own house move and was equally impressed. This service is truly a lifesaver. They absolutely solve the problem of "What do I do with all this accumulated 'stuff' I don't need anymore, yet could still be used by someone else?" Colin & Kevin worked with me individually to plan, estimate, and schedule my move. The price estimate was more than reasonable and the moving teams professional and very efficient. They showed up prepared, on time and had my stuff out the door, loaded, and ahead of schedule. Having this extra time really helped ease the timing to prepare my house for incoming tenants. I received a tax receipt for all the items that local charities found reusable. It feels good to be able to give back to the community AND it REALLY feels good to get rid of all that stuff...you should try it! THANK YOU 123Junk!!! read more

These guys are really great. I used their services yesterday to get rid of unwanted furniture and junk. 3 guys showed up, gave me a very reasonable estimate upfront, and carefully and quietly (I live in a walk up apartment building) removed all the items. On top of it, they were really fast. It was in and out. Done. I'd recommend 123 Junk - Super professional, friendly, on time, and stayed in communication with me as needed. Someone picked up the phone every single time I called to answer any questions. (Great service!) read more

I used 123 Junk for the third time this past weekend. Kevin and Ethan worked quickly and efficiently to haul away junk and also in the removal of a house full of carpet. I was extremely impressed with how diligent and friendly they were in their work. While they were working someone in the neighborhood (had to audacity to ask them and not the homeowner using the service) offered them $100 to take a few of their items. Kevin and Ethan were honest and explained that their responsibility and duty was to my items. I'm not sure that many would done this as it was only a few items but they remained professional at all times. I cannot say enough good things about their services. read more
