They came started cleaning the carpet then said they needed their steam machine, but it was in the shop getting fixed. A time was giving for the following week for them to come back, they never came or called so I had to hire someone else. Beware. Further detail as to why you should be careful. CCS responded to my yelp message and stated the machine in the shop. I scheduled the carpet to be cleaned on June 30 because my tenant was to move in July 1. My tenant had to delay her move-in because they came to clean my carpet without the proper equipment. CCS said the machine would not be ready until the following Tuesday, July 7, which I had to inform my tenant of the delay. I messaged as to when they would come on July 7, and they stated they were waiting to hear from the technician. At this point, I had already given my tenant $100 off her rent because of their bad business practice, therefore I said just forget it and found another great carpet cleaning company that came with the appropriate equipment and did an amazing job. Message me and I will provide their information. A company taking a job just to take one's money and being unprepared for any level of carpet cleaning as a carpet cleaning company is bad business. read more

This company had high ratings, so I reached out to them. I paid $185 to have the floor boards and shelves wiped down before the painter came. One person arrived, he was so quick that I didn't even get time to walk-through the store before I received a text from him that he was finished. I made the mistake of not taking the time to walk in the house and check the work. With the reviews on yelp, and supposedly verified, I left. My husband ended up doing most of the work himself. I requested a refund and I never received a response after multiple attempts to reach out to the company. I notified Yelp since they verified the company and I never received a message from Yelp at this time. Disappointed. read more

We don't regularly get our house cleaned because we always try to do it ourselves, but when there's too many things going on, we need the help! The first time I tried their services was when my sis in law had our house cleaned after their family of 3 stayed at our home for months and they were getting ready to leave. It was probably the second time we had our place professionally cleaned because we did not budget on spending for cleaning services. Their price then was very good and affordable though! We have probably used them about 3 more times since then, but I'm a bit disappointed that the price increased 3x. That may be our fault because we can go 4 months without needing services and cleaning companies prefer a regular schedule. As far as cleaning though, their team of two do a pretty good job. We have had no issues. I may have found a top rack to still be dusty in the bathroom, but it's nothing I would complain about because overall I'm satisfied. I did ask Giovana to clean the oven today, but it is not included and would be an extra charge. She let me know she could not do it because she did not bring her easy off cleaner. (I did not specify this when making the booking). I guess one should specify everything before getting a quote and making an appointment if you want certain things done so there is no question or confusion. All in all, I would recommend them and use their services again because I like the ease of booking and that they're in and out even while both my husband and I are working from home. I'm pretty disappointed in this company. I really try to support small businesses, but even more so I believe time is valuable. I left work early and sat in traffic to meet this company at 4 PM, the time we agreed to. They texted me saying that they would be 30 minutes late. I waited for them and when 4:30 PM came I texted them again and they said they would arrive at 5 PM. At this point I have already waited an additional hour, so I canceled. I understand that traffic is a factor, but I also know there are things like Waze that can prepare you to be on time. I would not recommend this company as there are other companies that take their business/ customers more seriously and will arrive on time. Update: they reached out to "sincerely apologize" for their bad service and asked to reschedule my time. I responded to their request asking for a price and I've received no response. Communicated with Giovanna through Yelp. She explained her pricing and what that included. So far so good. I gave her my number and address because she offered to stop by and look at our place and said she could give me a better idea of actual price, rather than the range she provided initially. On the day we were to meet she text me saying she would be here around. 2:30pm. That time came and went and no Giovanna. No call at 4pm or even 5pm. Nothing. Now in full transparency, I didn't reach out to her because, well, I wasn't the one trying to get the work. Plus, let's be honest...should I really have to call her and find out what's going on? It wasn't until 7pm the same day she finally text me again to say things ran late at the other place. Now, maybe it's just me but when I'm running late with a client I make it a point to text them, as soon as I know things will take longer than I originally anticipated. I would definitely reach out before 5pm on a weekday to let them know if something came up. I wouldn't wait until 7pm. I can only assume she completely forgot about the appointment. If so, that's fine but just say that. When she did text me she explained things ran late and did apologies. She even offered to meet with me the following Monday. When I text back saying I couldn't do Monday...nothing. Crickets. Never heard from her again. Clearly my potential business wasn't important enough to remember, let alone follow through on. Oh well. My rule of thumb is, if they can't show up to discuss the work and finalize the deal, I can only imagine the quality of the work they are actually do. So it's a hard NO from me. I booked a cleaning service after my tenant left. I don't normally hire cleaning service so I don't really know what's reasonable. She was ok. I can't say I would recommend. I paid $230 and gave an extra $25 all before I saw the results. After I saw the results, there were places that I wish she could've gotten. I contacted her and she said she would come back to do it but the timing didn't work out for me. I can definitely clean better. I would say communication is a 4 and she seems nice. read more

While I would recommend this business for carpet cleaning, I wouldn't recommend them for house cleaning and other services. The owner needs to communicate better. I sent a request for cleaning through yelp for my house listing the same day, and provided contact info ( I have screenshots). We agreed to Friday with an estimated arrival time of 10-1030. Friday arrives and no cleaning service. When I reached out, she responded with two different stories: 1) I hadn't responded to a confirmation email sent Tuesday and 2) a message on yelp asking if we can confirm the cleaning on Friday. Which one is it? I also asked why didn't she follow up through yelp or my cell phone if more confirmation was needed. Response: she didn't have my contact info, which isn't true. Bottom line: I would say the business is unreliable. I was left scrambling to find another cleaning service two hours before my listing went live! read more
