After reading the positive reviews I wanted to do business with DMV CC. However, due to very poor communication and missed appointments by Rodney, that became impossible to do. Twice he acknowledged/approved my requested appointment time and twice he did not let me know that he was not going to be here. Preparing in advance to have the carpet cleaned is no joke. Moving things, vacuuming, making sure someone will be home, and then nothing. I'm guessing that Rodney doesn't have a secretary or any sort of office help and left to himself, he does not keep up with the courtesy of communications and appointment times. read more

Unfortunately for him he had to travel two separate of stairs but he was extremely pleasant through and through and even pointed out some additional work that could be done in terms of carpet maintenance.
