We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her service and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making grass remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. I requested a move-out cleaning for my duplex apartment. Elizabeth was very prompt with communication, something I always appreciate. Elizabeth estimated 2-3 hours to clean, but on the day of the cleaning, I got word back that she had finished in just about 1 hour. I thought, great, I'm glad it wasn't as bad or daunting as the cleaning had looked to me. A few weeks later, the property management company did the move-out inspection. There were several items required to clean still. I coordinated with Elizabeth for a trip back, and she quoted me $80... to re-clean what she and her team had missed. I replied saying I would do it myself if she was going to charge me to finish what I'd already paid her to do. I got no reply. I ended up driving an hour back to my old apartment to sweep the floors and clean the stove myself. Over a week later, I have still received no reply from Elizabeth. They were very quick to reply and scheduled me within two days. They arrived when they said they would and brought all their own supplies. They asked only for paper towels and some trash bags. Our home was in need of a deep cleaning and we received an excellent clean from this company. They spent about 3 1/2 hours from start to finish and did a very thorough job. The scrubbed the cooktop to be very clean and the bathrooms were also done very well. Our windowsills had seen better days before they came and now they are spotless and shiny. The wood floors look great too. We have no complaints and the way they folded our towels was very cute. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Elizabeth and her staff. Elizabeth was very communicative and thorough leading up to the appropriate. On the day, she informed me well in advance that she was running a few minutes late due to a cleaning before mine. I liked that because it lead me to believe she will be thorough in her work.
