She managed to clean all three levels of my house (3K+ sq ft, where we have 3 huskies living) to such an extent that my chronic asthma settled down about halfway through the day. She has a regular customer in me now. I would highly recommend her for anyone who wants to support a locally owned and operated mom shop who also needs someone who pays attention to all the little details that are critical to getting a home truly clean.

In my real estate career, I've used many cleaning companies over the years. I've used a total of at…read moreleast 30 cleaning companies all the way from Northern Virginia down to Richmond. Kristina and her team blow the competition out of the water. She's fairly priced where the average person can actually afford her, and her attention to detail in top notch. My home looks brand new again. She even took the time to scrape some goo type of substance of the floor. Any other cleaning company would have tried to get it up, but if it didn't come up quickly then they would have moved on. She took the time to figure out what the substance was and use the appropriate method to remove it without damaging my floors. Also, I have a black dog who sheds like crazy and white carpet. You wouldn't even know a dog lives here with how clean my home looks! There aren't many cleaning companies left that are priced well and offer this level of service. Give Kristina and her team a call. You won't be disappointed!

I received a flyer in the mail and decided to give them a try. I called and Silvia came in to do an…read moreestimate of 2.5 hours each floor for $210. I had a coupon for $35 off. I made an appointment for the day before my Wedding Reception (which was being held in the backyard) Two employees showed up on time at 11 am to get started. I was taking care of other preparations outside but kept checking in on them. A few times, they were standing around on their cell phones and not cleaning. Neither spoke English and could not even understand when I asked if everything was ok. After 4 hours on the one floor, a man in a uniform drove up and said he was here to talk to the ladies. I followed him upstairs to discover that one of the maids had leaned into my kitchen sink to wash the window and the sink separated from the counter top. This also knocked a pipe loose which spilled water everywhere! He said there was no extra charge for the extra time spent and he would come back later to fix it since he didn't have tools. I told him I would be out but to call me so I would know when he was coming. I then noticed the ladies had moved a print I had purchased in Williamsburg that was waiting for a frame off a chair and threw boxes on top of it, wrinkling and folding it. Ruined! Edwin said it looked like a piece of paper and so how were they to know not to wrinkle it?! The maids finally moved downstairs to clean and left within an hour. After they left, I noticed one of my windows would no longer open (it had been open when they were there and they couldn't close it properly) and there were cobwebs in ALL the ceiling corners and the two ceiling fans weren't even cleaned! They were at my house for almost 6 hours and barely did 3 hours of work. Then Edwin called me around 7 to say he was at my door (and I was NOT home, as I told him) to fix the sink but he didn't have any tools (really?) my husband provided the tools and after an hour, the sink was in place but now there's no seal. He then called me AGAIN at 1030 pm to tell me I never paid them. They never gave me an invoice or requested payment. I told him to email me the invoice. I will never use this company again. What a horrible experience.

I requested a focus on the floors - all hardwood and tile - but that was not satisfactory (bathrooms seemed to be their focus and ours are tiny).
