It appeared that Brenden was a new guy on the team and Randy was showing him the ropes. However, both were extremely professional, courteous, and respectful of my things as they moved their equipment throughout my apartment. When they needed to unplug my stuff, or plug in their equipment, Randy always made sure he asked me first and also explained what needed to be unplugged and why. Then, Randy made sure everything was plugged back in before he left! (Very nice attention to detail!) Randy did most of the work while he taught Brenden and walked him through the process and use of the machinery. Randy was thorough in his work and patient with his trainee and I know first-hand that that takes both mastery of the job and advanced interpersonal skills, so I tip my hat to Randy! (Well Done!!) I was amazed at the speed in which they completed the work and my carpets were beautiful and bright again and the color in my designer floor rug was restored! It literally looks brand new! Finally, I was blown away when I saw Brenden wiping down the floors (wood floors) where they stepped and where the machinery was rolled! What a nice touch!! Oh and the representatives that answered the phone each time I called, but especially on the day of service to try to narrow down the service window, was super responsive, nice, and friendly!! I will be using this service again and will refer First Call to everyone!! Thank you First Call!

This company seems to be very concerned about negative reviews and is trying to erase them. But not concerned about doing a good job as the pictures show. Here is what Yelp sent: I'm contacting you to let you know that we have removed your review of Brighthouse Cleaners. Yelp is a place for freely sharing your experience with businesses. However, reviewers shouldn't be threatening businesses with negative reviews (or offering to remove negative reviews they've already posted) as a way to extract a payment. Here is my review: We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her service and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the tenants a full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making rude remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

Red flag right there. Refused to work with Lowes tile if I provided it, (a near perfect match!) saying it was inferior tile (not!) After I requested to know why he could not do it the way I wanted it done, just a reasonable explanation was all I expected, he ignored my email. I wrote him again a week later to ask if he got my email and he wrote back he was too busy to schedule us and not taking any new business right now, as if we had never spoken before. Kinda rude, gruff and indifferent to customer satisfaction. His way or the highway. Could care less. His loss and we saved $5K.

That was extremely kind of her, especially considering our home looked immaculate when she finished. She was friendly and very professional, which is something I tend to look for because I'm a very outgoing person. She came on a Friday, house was listed on Monday, and we had an offer on Wednesday morning! Of course, I'm a pretty hard guy to please and felt that the oven could've been done better. When I called to discuss the matter...
